Modern styled hotel located right next to the Bus Terminal and JR Tokushima Station for convenient travels. The rooms are quite large for Japanese standards and very quiet. Will stay again.

A very decent place to spend the night. It's very close to one of the vine bridges, which is light up at night sometimes. Take into account that there are VERY limited options to eat out in the area and everything closes at 17:00. It gets dark ans there may be wildlife on the road so driving can be dangerous. And the nearest facilities are far away. So if you want to eat, either make use of the meal options from the ryokan or bring your own bento's. The room was very nice and the bathroom/ toilet areas were clean. Please note that the stairs is quite narrow and steep which may bring a challengeto take a big suitcase upstairs. The staff was very nice and helpfull. With a bit of help from our phones we could communicate that which we did not understand in Japanese and/or English. They pointed out sights to see in the area and lend a flashlight to walk to the bridge at night.

Very good hotel, set in the bay, exclusive scenery, very comfortable. In the morning, sitting in the morning dining room facing the sea, watching the sea, fishing boats and birds, every bite you eat is delicious... unforgettable!

Overall facilities, food, services were awesome. Amazing services provided to us: complimentary ride to vine bridge, waterfall due to early arrival to hotel. Assisted to our train schedules for our next destination, offer treats for our long journey. Mailing postcard service. All staff demonstrated professional and courtesy attitude to their guest. Room Tenjin with open air bath is excellent, definitely recommended. Enjoy our stay. We would like to see bus schedules to be improved by increasing more buses run to and from the hotel; or arrange free hotel shuttle to and from Oboke Station, if required.

剣山に登るため利用させていただきました。 駅の目の前で最高のアクセスで、館内も割と最近リニューアルしたのか、とても綺麗です。 部屋はとても広く、ツインベッドにソファ付き。バスルームもよくあるユニットバスよりも広くてゆったり出来ます。大浴場は無くてもこのお風呂なら良いですね。部屋においてある湯沸かし器がデロンギなのにはびっくりしました。 朝食は6時30分から。少し急いで食べましたが、駅近なので6時52分の列車に問題無く乗れました。 もしまた来ることがあればまた利用したいと思います。

Great location, next to JR station, convenience store and many restaurants around. Spacious room. Amazingly I can put a chair inside the bathroom. The staff is very helpful. Prior to my checkin, I emailed the hotel for booking a table outside the hotel but they replied can only book for us after our checkin. Upon my checkin and without my asking, the front desk staff confirm with me whether I still need a reservation.

A truly wonderful place to stay in the heart of the Iya Valley. We had a very warm welcome, and our Traditional Japanese room was great with its own hot bath on a private balcony. The food is exceptional, both in taste and presentation. Every member of staff was very attentive and went out of their way to accommodate my wife’s dietary requirements. Staff even came to wave us off when we left. Highly recommended. We had a wonderful stay for 2 nights.

It was our first time staying at a Ryokan so I can't really compare but everything was great, food, room, and service. The onsen has an open air area where you can hear the roar of the river below and enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains.

The hotel is 10 points comfortable. I really feel that the hotel management level is very high. The colleagues are very friendly and polite. The room is very tidy. I can fully feel the attentive attitude of the colleagues. I sincerely praise it. It makes tourists feel 10 points comfortable. The location of the hotel is very convenient. It takes only two or three minutes to reach the nearby transportation. There are many shops and food right next to the hotel. I felt really relaxed during this trip. The largest resort in Naruto, with Awa Blue as the main theme, is very close to Naruto Whirlpool and Otsuka International Museum of Art. It is a very large hotel, divided into the main building and the annex building. There are Awa dance performances and indigo dyeing in the evening. There is a game room with coupons. There are two hot springs, the open-air on the first floor and the starry sky on the eighth floor. Dinner was divided into French food, which was quite ceremonial. Speaking of the shortcomings, the sanitary conditions are not good. The air-conditioning outlet in Figure 5 is full of dirt, and the air-conditioning is very loud, affecting sleep, and finally had to be turned off. In addition, the French food was served too slowly, creating a very tense atmosphere. It took two hours to eat, which was a waste of time for us who were traveling.
