personally, I find a bit dangerous for a single lady traveller. the uber driver did not alight me in front of the hotel and is block by construction which I walk around to find the entrance. interior is nice and comfortable.

The hotel room was old. TV did not work properly and shower pressure was poor. I would recommend it just for one night. Though the hotel location and breakfast included make it worth to stay.

1. Sometimes the hotel staffs are the nicest people in the world. And sometimes, they are the rudest at this place. I sent them 3 emails, but I never heard back from them. So I called them to make sure my requests were in the system. It took me few tries. One staff picked up, I never expect the staffs to be my friends, nor do I want them, however this person decided to have Korean drama brawl over the phone with me. Rude hotel staff(rhs): Guten morgen Atrium Hotel. Me: Guten morgen, I am sorry do you speak English? RHS: ...I am listening Me: Hi, I have a reservation from then to then. My name is so and so. I sent emails before but... RHS: Name Me: I'm sorry? RHS: I asked for your name. Your last name. Me: oh it's so and so. RHS: Wait, I saw your emails. Me: good, then can I... RHS: if you have written to us, why are you wasting my time again? Me: I'm sorry what? RHS: ugh (hangs up) Then he unhooks the phone, and I couldn't reach them for 6 hours. After that, even though the hotel was great, other staffs were fantastic, my experience with this hotel was all overshadowed. 2. Beware if you are staying in Frankfurt, near the Frankfurt am Hbf, the central station, is NOTORIOUS for being dangerous. This hotel happens to be just outside of the dangerous part of it, but it is close enough. If you are from major cities in US, Frankfurt is nothing, but it's something to consider. 3. Do not take the AC for the granted, I was foolish to think my Frankfurt hotel experience was gonna be transferable for the rest of my trip in Europe. Just because most Western Europe winter can be brutal, does not mean the summer is going to be easy to get by, and believe me, YOU WILL WANT THE AC.

The location is perfect for the people who loves downtown areas but the staffs service is not welcoming like a neutral. The price is fair if you booked far away from the date when you want to travel. The decoration is not too bad but even they don’t prepare for bed sheets for the guests. For price you can consider but for facilities I don’t want to recommend

One night stay in the airport, it's really nice hotel, because very close to the airport T1, just by walking. But you should go to the departure of T1A&T1B, Then you can see the sign to the hotels. By the way the breakfast is really good.

I love everything about this hostel except the big guy was so rude. I don't know how to check in and made some mistakes, but the guy got angry and asked me to register again without any help. After few failed attempts, finally he help me to settle down. I wonder why at the 1dt place he didn't help instead of get angry. Very rude. The other reception was friendly

i arrived at hotel late and I encountered problems, I  forgot my credit card at home and I don’t have enough cash to pay the city tax and deposit. The nice guy in the reception named ANGELOS MEMELLI, beautiful name :) helped me to get checked in and paid city tax for me in this difficult time. Thanks a lot and the hotel is honered with such a good staff!

My partner and I stayed at Flemings Hotel Frankfurt-Central from December 17–19, 2024, and we had a lovely experience overall. Pros: Location (5/5): The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to major attractions and public transport, making it perfect for exploring Frankfurt. Cleanliness (5/5): The room was impeccably clean, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job throughout our stay. Service (5/5): The staff were very friendly, accommodating, and professional, ensuring we felt welcome and well taken care of. Cons: Facilities (3/5): While the room itself was comfortable, some of the hotel facilities could use improvement or updating to match the high standards of other aspects of the hotel. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic option for couples looking for a central and clean place to stay in Frankfurt with excellent service. Highly recommended!

Good for travellers. Strategic location that is close to FRA airport. Ample parking space in the garage. I booked a queen bed room but was given twin beds instead, did not bother about it as it was only for a couple of nights. Room is not equipped with a hot water kettle, however, front desk staff were happy to compel to give hot water in a flask every time. Room has a bluetooth sound system that one can connect a phone wirelessly and start playing music. Considerable choice the next time I fly via FRA. This hotel has very high occupancy rate...many guests checking in and out throughout the day.

The hotel was good and clean. Have all the basic amenities needed, however the location was pretty shady. We felt unsafe walking around at night and early in the morning around the hotel area :')

Great hotel - highly recommended! My stay at the niu hotel was perfect all around. The location of the hotel is excellent - central but still quiet. The rooms are modern, clean and extremely comfortably furnished, so you immediately feel at home. Particularly pleasant: free parking directly in front of the hotel (main street). The price-performance ratio is unbeatable and I will definitely be back. Thank you for the great service!

Sehr freundliches, hilfreiches u. humorvolles Personal am Emfang. Als Alleinreisende fühlte ich mich gleich willkommen! Super zentrale Lage u. trotzdem ruhig, da mein Zimmer nach hinten raus war. Das Hotel ist sehr geschmackvoll im modernen, barocken Still eingerichtet. Da ich Freunde besuchte u. bei diesen frühstückte, kann ich darüber nichts sagen. Ich würde immer wieder dort buchen, da auch d. Preis sehr okay war!

I took a short break here after finishing a month-long business trip to Europe, and it is truly a perfect hotel. There is a large mart and DM nearby, so it is a good place to rest. It is a bit inconvenient to go into the city.

I checked in and went up to the room, only to find the room not done yet. The door was open, with everything undone. Had to call the maid somewhere in the floor, and waited 15 minutes downstairs before going up to the cleaned room. But everything else, including the whole interior, was in good order. Service personnel were all polite and ready to help. The room could have been a little spacier, though.

The location is away from the main city, which I love it. The staffs were friendly and polite. There are nice restaurants nearby too, local food, Italian food, etc. I love the neighborhood, so quiet and peaceful!

The hotel is nice and close to the airport, but there is nothing around it. There is a small supermarket 500 meters away. The breakfast is good and the price/performance ratio is very high. It is very convenient to stay here if you are in transit.

A very nice hotel, with very friendly reception staff. Many extra services, such as slippers and shoe polish. The location is ideal, close to the S-Bahn (suburban train station), and parking is easy to find. The room is tastefully furnished, with great colors and style, a comfortable bed, and very clean. It has a small refrigerator and a coffee machine. Excellent! We'd be happy to come back!

I stayed here for one night while traveling along the Romantic Road. The location is a bit out of the way, but the reception staff is friendly and the place is convenient to stay. The room is big and the bathroom shower faucet and sink were recently replaced, so they are very clean. I recommend this hotel for its good value for money.

Good location right at the train station, quiet, convenient room equipment, Mstrststens are ok, instead of overdimensional night lamps might be wall lamps more suitable, for 1 DZ very small bathroom, hardly depositable, at cleanness there is still much air upwards

If you are driving ev don’t choose this hotel. There is no charger in the hotel parking. And also there is no tools such as slippers, cleaning cotton etc. for uour comfortable. Orhervise hotel rooom was nice.

The room facilities are novel, and the family room is unexpectedly spacious. There are 2 rooms, 1 big bed + 2 small beds, and there is a door in the middle that is both hidden and will not separate the alienated relationship between parents and children. It is such a creative sense of space👍🥰 The breakfast buffet bar saw the robot butler busy in and out delivering the meal tray to the kitchen, and winked at you with a pair of cute eyes, super cute😍

I would say this hotel exceeds the expectations, and most of luxurious hotels as well should learn something from this one. So comfortable place to be for a short stay before the flight. Helpful staff at reception, except in the morning when the Lady was ignoring me even though i was standing in front for 10 minuets for checkout, She was busy making coffee and at the same time attending guests which is not convenient for anybody i guess. Also i read that hotel guests did not need to pay airport transfer fee of 5 euro, but they still charged 10 euros from us. I like the waiting area and bar

The hotel room is very clean and equipped with free drinking water. It is very close to the airport and the hotel has a shuttle bus for pick-up. The service staff is very enthusiastic and has a good attitude. It is recommended to stay.

It takes 23 minutes to walk from the airport to the hotel. It will be inconvenient to push luggage, but apart from the distance, everything else is pretty good, and the service is also good, above all!

The hotel is relatively close to the airport and the staff are very friendly. Unfortunately, the equipment is not in line with the price level. Other hotels nearby have coffee machines in the room and offer free water - that was not offered here. It was particularly annoying that the pipe water had tasted strongly to iron and therefore was unsageable. I'll probably use other alternatives next time.

Overall it's quite good, mainly because it's cost-effective. It's the cheapest hotel among all the surrounding hotels. The only bad thing is that the waiters all look like Syrian refugees, and their service attitude is average. They even knocked on the door one by one in the morning. Asking what time to check out is not a good idea.
