Lovely staff and great amenities. Everything was clean and bed was very comfortable

The hotel itself has a perfect location and it is accessible to everything you need. The staff is friendly and very accommodating and easy access to everything. When it comes to the room not that spacious but still cozy and relaxing vibes in addition to that is the bed and pillows is very comfortable. And it has a variety or restaurants inside of the hotel where u can choose from. 

The hotel is near the high-speed exit, it is very convenient to travel, parking is also very convenient, the hotel room is slightly smaller, but the comfort is very good, recommended.

The check in process was kind of long, considering no other guest is queuing. The receptionist staff was not professional, no smile, no welcoming. However i heard from my other colleague told us that the morning she check in with a lady receptionist that is very warming and helpful, even have one packet of coffee beans for room to make coffee (not accor platinum or gold member), so when we request from the guy again, and told us that we are all not entitled and need to purchase. So as a guest, we felt different treatment from different staff. The room is ok, clean, but middle of evening with burnt smell from the air conditioning, complained to reception, came in to check, after that the smell gradually gone away after 2-3 hours. overall stay was decent with tram just in front the hotel. Nearby to the frankfurt exhibition hall.

The hotel is in a great location, the front desk staff is very welcoming, the room is well cleaned, the breakfast is particularly rich, and the price is very affordable. It is worth staying here again.

The hotel and the room are very new. It is not far from the train station and you can walk there. There is a supermarket nearby. It is worth recommending and cost-effective. Fruits and water are provided in the hotel lobby.

Other than the shower water pressure which is really low. Everything else was superb. Near shopping street & eateries. Will recommend.

useful information, while hotel doesn't offer itself is, shuttle bus leaves from hotel at every full hour, and arrives at T1 hotel bus station approx. a quarter past full hour. The hotel is not bad knowing the price, though I found 1-2 long hairs in the bath room which obviously don't belong to me. Otherwise nothing on complain. Breakfast is good, but nothing to eat for the rest of day. The Italian restaurant recommended by the staff is very good. In order to go there, one needs to cross a street full of trucks and no traffic light. Use caution to cross the street!

Very nice hotel by the park, spacious. Close to Frankfurt and Offenbach, but isolated. A car is a must, and unfortunately the parking lot costs 15 euros.

I booked it by someone else, and I personally specified it. It should not be wrong. The single bed in Germany is really small. If you like to sleep in a double bed, you can choose a double bed.
