I was very satisfied with the large facilities and the swimming pool at this hotel. The room was spacious, and both the indoor and outdoor pools, along with the hot springs, were very clean, making it a place I want to visit again. Although the breakfast area was a bit small, the food was absolutely delicious. I’d like to especially thank Ms. Jisun Kim, the Korean staff member, for her repeated assistance. However, during check-in, I was quite uncomfortable with the front desk staff member, HIGA, who repeatedly used the phrase ”as I said” while explaining things like the hotel parking. I hope this feedback helps with the hotel's future operations.

The hotel is located in the center of American Village, surrounded by colorful buildings, beautiful beaches, nice restaurants, convenient stores, and shopping centers. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. A highlight of the stay is the breakfast, where you can enjoy traditional Okinawan food. It is definitely a must-try!

Price wise, CP value is high.  Breakfast is great with different varieties for buffet; it is also very good for the Okinawa style.  You could choose either one.  Rooms are quite big, good view at higher levels.  Facilities wise, it is satisfactory with all you needs.  The only comment is on the room lighting, it is a bit dark at the TV area, the rest are very good.  Location, it is not near to the beach but hotel has shuttle bus provided.  I am highly recommend this hotel and would return next time.

The hotel location is very convenience, just a 10-minute drive from American Village. Free parking is available for guests. The hotel has a beautiful environment, very clean facilities and rooms, and friendly and polite staff. It is very suitable for business and family travel.

It was ok. But there were some miscommunication between trip.com and the hotel. We requested baby cot but they say we didn’t. In fact I have rven reach out to trip.com personnel to put across the note specifically that we need a baby cot. Because of this. Our check in took 20 mins and we stood there for 20 mins to get this sorted. Also, the aircon seems to be central controlled. At times it was too cold, and at time it was too warm.

We love Maihana wellness resort especially the onsen in the resort. After a day out the onsen make us recharge and refresh. Clean and cozy stay 30/1/24-2/2/24. Free parking available and there are many places to eat around the resort.The room are spacious and have partial seaview .We will be back here if we are in okinawa again

Location is the main reason I chose this hotel online, however, when I really stayed in the hotel, it was beyond my expectation. It was truly one minute walk from the railway, and I love the vibe in the hotel lobby. The room was comfortably nice, clean, and the music made u so relaxed. It was also near the main shopping center and food court. All in all, I will definitely go back and recommend anyone who is planning going Okinawa to travel to stay in this hotel.

If I had the chance to choose again, I would definitely not select LEQU. The reason is that I experienced unfriendly treatment during check-in on December 20. While the female staff member at the front desk was very beautiful, her attitude was truly disappointing. 1️⃣ Our car was parked outside, so I asked if we could unload our luggage first. However, she firmly insisted that I complete the check-in process beforehand. 2️⃣ Regarding the parking lot, although it was located right next to the hotel, she handed us a confusing map. Since I couldn’t understand it, I asked her again for verbal directions. Her reluctant and unclear explanation only left me more confused. Wouldn’t it have been simpler to just say, “The parking lot is next door”? 3️⃣ Throughout the entire interaction, she maintained a sour expression. Did I do something wrong to deserve such an attitude? A bit of professionalism would have gone a long way. I have visited Okinawa many times, but this was the first time I encountered such unkind and unpleasant service. I always thought Japanese people were incredibly friendly, so this experience was genuinely shocking. I am also very disappointed in this hotel overall. It’s evident that staff training is severely lacking. Update: When we were checking out and about to leave with our car, we were informed that we needed to pay ¥10,000 for parking. We returned the car to the parking lot and went back to the hotel to clarify, only to find out that we didn’t need to pay at all. Why didn’t the front desk staff inform us of this during check-in? This oversight caused us unnecessary trouble, as we had to go back to the parking lot to deactivate the card. The entire experience was truly frustrating and disappointing.

While the hotel has limited parking, they made it easy for us by providing coupons for a nearby car park, ensuring we could park conveniently and enjoy our stay without a hitch. The bathroom offered a generous amount of space, providing a comforting contrast to the often cramped bathrooms found in many Japanese hotels.

Hotel Collective was hands down the best hotel during our stay in Okinawa! From start to finish, everything about this property exceeded our expectations. The service attitude of the staff was truly outstanding. Every interaction was warm, professional, and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcome and cared for throughout our stay. The hotel’s commitment to hospitality really stood out. The rooms were super clean and spacious, offering a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. It’s rare to find such well-maintained and generously sized accommodations, especially in such a convenient location. Speaking of location, it was absolutely perfect for shopping, dining out, and sightseeing. Being right in the heart of Naha, we had easy access to Kokusai Street, local restaurants, and cultural landmarks. Everything we needed was just a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Okinawa. Hotel Collective sets the bar high for comfort, service, and convenience!

we went with family of 3 kids, spent whole day at the hotel using all the facilities. staff were super friendly and helpful, they help us made all the reservations at restaurants. will come back again!

Booked the hotel last minute, the room in person looks way nicer than the pictures online, there’s a infinity pool with warm water at the rooftop as well, there’s staff were helpful and friendly even though they spoke limited English.

The hotel just opened last year and is very new. The skyline swimming pool on the top floor is not too big, but it is great. You can overlook the surrounding street view. The room is clean and tidy, and the location is very good. It is only a 1-minute walk to the busiest and busiest Kokusai Street. shopping street, The breakfast is not rich in variety, but it is exquisite and tastes very good. I stayed at three hotels in Okinawa this time and I feel that the breakfast here is my favorite. However, the breakfast time ends at 10 o'clock, which feels a bit early. I saw many guests there. I hurriedly arrived before breakfast was over, because most people who come to Okinawa travel on their own, and they will sleep until they wake up naturally in the morning. Rebooted fornour last night in Okinawa. The hotel is awesome in every aspect! Modern decor, clean room, next to Asahibashi Monorail Station. The staff are so helpful and attentive...they remembered my hard pillow when I requested it on our 1st check in when we arrived in Okinawa! Definitely to book again if we visit Okinawa!

The location is very advantageous. It takes 15 minutes to drive to Naha Airport, and the taxi fare is 2,000 yen. The environment is quiet. Turn left when you go out. There are two 24-hour convenience stores, Family Mart and Rasho. Turn right when you walk to the main road and you will see the main place. There are food supermarkets, agricultural and sideline products, and fruits. They are very rich and affordable, especially sushi and sashimi. A box of 24 pieces of sashimi is only 950 yen (47 RMB). Japanese strawberries are also delicious, and the price of a box is 690 yen (34 RMB). The citrus is very sweet and not sour. There are many restaurants to choose from in the mall (Japanese, Western, and Chinese). In front is the Okinawa Prefectural Museum, which often has many exhibitions. On the left hand is Toys R Us, and next to it is a large supermarket, with Uniqlo (cheaper than in China) and Muji, and a shopping mall specializing in sportswear, which often has discounted products of many brands and is very cost-effective. Go north for 1.4 kilometers and you will reach Kokusai-dori. The hotel is designed in the style of a southern French resort. The 35-square-meter room is quite spacious. The bathroom is a little cramped. There is no separate shower room, so you have to stand in the bathtub to wash. The breakfast is divided into three types: buffet, Japanese set meal, and Western set meal, all of which are very exquisite. There will never be crowding or empty plates in the buffet, and the waiters will replenish the meals in a timely manner. The service in Japan is simply the best in the world. Although the bathroom is small, it is very clean, especially all kinds of towels are given a lot. There are at least 4 bath towels, 4 face towels, and 4 hand towels in a room for 2 people. The room was nice and spacious with a great toilet and amenities. The only downside is that they do “eco cleaning” which I understand, but they won’t even make your bed, I don’t mean replacing the bedsheets but just making your which all regular hotels do. They won’t clean your cups or replace them but they won’t also give you soap to clean your cups so I personally don’t think it’s eco cleaning it’s eco disgusting. Wiping the surfaces or making beds does not increase the use of water or resources. Besides that, the staff are lovely and the breakfast is a good highlight for sure. I would like them to improve their “eco cleaning” as it just looks they are “under staffed” for cleaning services and had to come up with a new term to greenwash their intentions. I would rather them not having disposable amenities, made of plastic.

Really perfect for family!! Although it is very expensive in summer, you will not regret booking! Very nice and fun swimming pools, my kid can spend whole day in the swimming pool. We also joined snorkeling and banana boat at the hotel marine center. Strongly recommend staying for at least 3 days or else you won’t have enough time to use all hotel facilities.

Amazing resort hotel. I stayed there for three nights and i am so glad that I have chosen it for my first time visit to Okinawa. I really love the swimming pool and the private beach of the hotel. Their infinity pool even is filled with sea water! Breakfast is also awesome. I like the great amount of vegetables options. I hope they can offer more variety of protein such as chicken dish. There is no freshly made juice which is also a letdown. The room is perfect in all areas. Bedding super comfortable and the air con is quiet. I think the ventilation of the bathroom is the only issue.

Lifeguard at the hotel pool was very rude to us when we were a few minutes late leaving the pool when the time was up, because we were handing a 6-year-old kid. This is totally unacceptable and have ruined our hotel experience completely!

The room is big and clean. All the rooms are facing Emerald Beach. It has a nice view of the beach and sea. There are a lot of varieties for foods and drinks for breakfast. Foods are nice. The location of hotel is very near to Churaumi Aquarium. You can purchase discounted tickets from the hotel lobby (near the check in counter). Parking is free if you stay in the hotel. Staffs are able to understand English well. There are washers in every rooms level. There is Lawson just beside the hotel. Restaurants are just 10 mins away by car. Overall it was a very satisfying stay for me and husband.

First of all; we stayed during the winter (Christmas holiday) so we did not use the swimming pool and water sports facilities, so it is difficult to evaluate the hotel facilities🙏🏽 Regarding the hotel, the hotel staff are very friendly and courteous. The receptionist and the staff who assisted us in taking photos of the car can all communicate in English. The room is very spacious, with two bedrooms, a living room, a terrace and a kitchen. The terrace faces the sea and the corridor outside the door faces the golf course, which makes it feel like a vacation. For breakfast, we chose the buffet breakfast. The food was average, but I really liked the Taco rice that I could mix with myself 😂. In terms of location, it is about a 10-15 minute walk from the main street with the food market. The street is dark at night, so be careful when walking out for dinner.

Overall a good experience for my nights stay. Just that I am comparing it to Hilton Chatan. Hence, some improvement can be made. 1. TV is still old TV, without streaming app. 2. Outdoor pool is closed, maybe due to strong wind or other weather reason. 3. Landscaping can be better maintain.

We booked three nights at the ANA Manza beach hotel and I had a great time. The service was amazing and the location is exceptional. The private beach was great and as a hotel guest towels and chairs are included. I highly recommend use of the concierge lounge, the check-in process and the daily option for breakfast and evening snacks and cocktails was wonderful. Food was great, staff was great, beach and location were great. We would definitely do it again.

Halekulani Okinawa has definitely exceeded our expectations, mainly by the following reasons: Service: The hotel offered great first impressions to us, as mango smoothies were offered to us during check in, which was a nice touch to the experience of having a tropical feel even before exploring the whole resort. Also, we were given a free upgrade by the hotel workers, which definitely leveled up our experience. Design: The hotel has used the same design as the resort in Hawaii, including the signature orchid flower pool. This really made our family feel like we have been instantly transported into a tropical paradise. The hotel has also been designed to mix in with the spectacular view of the sea and sunset. Size of the hotel: Halekulani has a total of 5 pools, 2 blocks of buildings, which gives us a good time to actually explore the hotel instead of knowing what’s where in one single glance.

The facility was clean and stylish everywhere. It was helpful that they provided a baby bed, diaper trash can, step stool, and even children's body soap. Also, since we were traveling with a child, the in-room washing machine was very useful. Since we had a baby, it was comfortable to stay in a clean room where he could crawl. The breakfast buffet was really great, and the seafood bowl that you can make yourself was popular. There were also Okinawan dishes, Ryukyu porridge, and Okinawa soba. The salad corner had thick, beautiful salmon! It was very delicious. There was also a wide variety of bread, including churros. There was also a Western-style side dish corner and a rice accompaniment corner. I had it for breakfast, but it seems that you can change it to a lunch buffet for free. A kind staff member asked me if I wanted to take a family photo near the pool. When I asked for eco-cleaning, I received a 500 yen ticket that can be used in the hotel. There were snacks sold next to the restaurant, and there was a convenience store in the facility that sold drinks, snacks, and souvenirs, so I used it there. The large public bath only has one bathtub, but it was spacious and relaxing. I'd like to go again!

Booked two nights through Ctrip, but can't enjoy any member activities discounts. It's better to book through Marriott. Because I chartered a car and booked a trip, I didn't make any reservations for the hotel's activities. The waiters in the whole hotel didn't speak English very well. I encountered a little trouble when checking in, and communication was difficult. The children's swimming pool is good, the water temperature is suitable, and there are slides. The buffet in the restaurant is also OK.

Excellent restaurants, I tried all three restaurants’ breakfast all so great value of money. I especially love the buffet breakfast really huge selection of food.

Very enjoyable stay during the colder month in Okinawa although we could not really make use of the swimming facility outside the hotel due to this season. But the overall experience was very pleasant with the free mini bar my kid enjoyed every evening. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many choices. We stayed on an upper floor which was quiet. The extra money is well spent. The room had enough space for 3 beds. I may come in Autumn again and will definitely consider booking this hotel again.

Beautiful place! Staff were friendly and accommodating. First experience with a 5 star hotel and it was amazing! Situated right beside American Village and there were many places to just walk or cycle around and explore. Staff even helped with making a taxi booking since we had an early flight. Thank you Hilton for making the last lap of our Japan trip a memorable one! Oh and breakfast buffet was good! Wished that the items changed around but not complaining since the food was of top quality!

Located in a corner of the American Village, it is quiet in a bustling city. The green wall in the hotel patio is very beautiful. When I came, I encountered a jazz live. The atmosphere was great. The room was also very large, but it should be a conversion from a residential building. The switches were very scattered, which was a bit inconvenient. Nicely located in Chatan Beach with AEON mall next to it and American village within walking distance. Rooms are well kept considering the older design. Good bed to sleep on. Also free milk and diapers for babies.
