Hotel located right at the city centre next to a covered shopping strip. Surrounded by good restaurants around. Room is good enough for 2 person and complete with everything a traveller needs. Free coffee machine at reception area for morning coffee if one doesn’t want to drink coffee in the room. Highly recommended

Great location and great hotel. Very accessible and near to malls and attractions. The hotel has amazing restaurants from fine dining to more affordable food halls - you’ll really never go hungry! 😊And if you’re planning to watch sports games at The Stadium, the hotel has direct access to premium boxes 😊 you’re watching without really leaving the hotel. It’s really the best place to stay. Also, the tram and other public transports are just a walk away!

CChubby Girl On Tour 2025.10.23
🛌 The room is spacious and clean, offering all the necessary amenities, including a microwave. The bathroom is exceptionally large. Also, all the lights are conveniently controlled by remote. 🏞️ The hotel is situated on a narrow street just off the main road. The location is ideal, with Peace Park Nagasaki and the Nagasaki Atomic Bomb Museum within walking distance. A short walk to the tram station provides easy access to other attractions. A Lawson convenience store is just 200 meters away. Though the area is a bit dim at night, it remains safe for walking. 🚙 Parking is available for 1,500 Yen per night. While it might seem a bit high, but nearby parking options are limited. Additionally, the receptionist speaks English, which is very convenient for foreign tourists.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything about this hotel just worked. The room was clean, spacious and properly laid out. And the amenities were fantastic. From the natural hot spring to the massage chairs to the free refreshments and free evening (small) ramen. There is a shopping mall across the road (AMU Plaza) and also a tram stop a stone throw away. The breakfast was good but nothing to write about. And if that’s not close enough, there is a 7-Eleven next door (and connected to the hotel).

We are coming with family occupied two rooms. Front office staff are very nice and arrange us on the same floor. The rooms are big enough to open two large suitcases. The double bed is so huge that can sleep three people. The only complaint is the car park arrangement, this information need to post in the website for us to aware in advance as the carpark is not on the same building and there is no space to park the car for unloading the luggages. The front office staff only tell us we cannot drive through the building at that time cars cannot enter. We need to park to two designated parking areas which make us in a hurry to drive away the car.

Breakfast was great, and the service was very welcoming. There's no swimming pool, but it's very close to the train station and Mount Inasa. You can take the ropeway up to the summit to watch the sunset and the night view of Nagasaki Port. I even spotted the Adora Magic City cruise ship!

Great hotel, next to the Shinkansen station. Unfortunately no English speaking reception. Amenity bar is good and very clean. Only the bed is so small; you can’t call this a 2-personsbed! When they clean all rooms, they use the hallway for all linen and cleaning stuff, a bit unprofessiona

Good location and quiet and comfortable rooms . Very nice bedding and good mattress .  No communal spaces in the hotel other than the lobby . No living room . No laundry service at the weekend . No English speaking  staff and google translate didn’t seem to work for them which meant I had a lot of frustration in trying to find out some information . If I spoke Japanese it would be a lot easier

This is one of the best guesthouses I have stayed at so far, and I highly recommend it. The bedrooms are semi-private, so you can maintain a fair amount of privacy even though it is a guesthouse. The interior is decorated in white, giving it a clean feel. The location is close to Chinatown and the shopping district, making it convenient for sightseeing. The staff are also very friendly. A simple but complimentary breakfast is included. This is a guesthouse I would like to use again if I have the opportunity.

The check-in and check-out procedures were conducted smoothly. The hotel is conveniently situated in close proximity to Nagasaki Station and the local city tram station. A convenience store and a shopping mall are located nearby, directly below the hotel. The hotel itself is located on the second floor of the shopping mall, requiring an escalator ride to access. The room was clean and spacious for a solo traveler, even featuring a dedicated area for hanging clothes. The bathtub was also quite satisfactory and clean. I was very pleased with my stay and hope to return should I visit Nagasaki again in the future.

JJethro_NganAfter picking up our rental car at Fukuoka Airport, we drove straight to Hotel Okura JR Huis Ten Bosch. The hotel itself is like a grand castle, perfectly blending in with the nearby Huis Ten Bosch theme park – quite a spectacular sight! The room was incredibly spacious, which is a rare find in Japan. We also highly recommend the buffet lunch in the hotel lobby; it offered a good variety of dishes at a reasonable price. Definitely worth trying!

TTCYLWe had a connecting room facing Huis Ten Bosch. There's a private entrance that people staying at Hotel Nikko can use to get into the amusement park which closes at 9.30am. If you are early, you can check in first and leave your luggage. The staff will bring them to the room when the room is ready while we went to the amusement park. The facilities are dated but clean. There's onsen that we can use and the breakfast spread is tasty 😋 Staff are very friendly.

GGuest UserUnzen is a magical place, with all the volcanic steam rising from the ground and the lush greenery dotting the town. I thought it was truly beautiful and this KAI hotel made it doubly special. The services were top-notch, the kaiseiki dinners delicious and interesting, and room was good sized. I am not a fan of traditional Japanese ryokans, so this was a good compromise, and I enjoyed myself there very much!

Mmeow_littlecatI recently had the pleasure of staying at this onsen hotel and it was an unforgettable experience! The serene and relaxing atmosphere of the private onsen was exactly what I needed to unwind. The hot springs were impeccably clean and offered a breathtaking view of the surrounding nature. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail of our stay was perfect. The traditional Japanese cuisine served at the hotel was exquisite, with each dish carefully prepared and beautifully presented. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and offered a lovely blend of modern amenities and traditional decor. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel made our stay truly special. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway. It’s a hidden gem that I can’t wait to visit again!

GGuest UserI would definitely like to stay in this place again. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. I asked them for ferry directions to another nearby island and they were quite diligent in finding out the information for me.  The hotel also has all the amenities that most Japanese business hotels have: toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, and even mouthwash, which most Japanese hotels do not offer as an amenity.  Literally right across from the Sasebo station. It was a lifesaver after having an almost two hour train ride from Nagasaki.  Another interesting fact: the hotel doesn’t have the fourth floor because the Chinese pronunciation of “four” in Japanese is similar to “death.” It’s actually my first time seeing this in Japan. I’ve seen it several times in Hong Kong. Quite interesting and old school!

HHUIThe breakfast is rich and delicious, with Japanese food and Western style. The hotel is actually a bit away from Shimabara Station, but it can't be reached within ten minutes. There are multiple buses in front of the door, which can reach Shimabara Port to Kumamoto, or directly to Unzen Hot Spring. The hotel room is facing Shimabara Castle, with a wide view of the scenery. It’s not far from the martial arts house. Go out and turn right a few steps to the home of the three Shiba Inu brothers. One more walk is Liyu Street. In short, the price is better.

SssxllExtremely convenient, just across the road from the station. Check-in isn't until after 3 PM, but you can drop off your luggage beforehand. The room, though a bit dated, was very clean and spacious. They also provide free water. We skipped breakfast since we were checking out early the next day. But the hot springs are fantastic! The open-air bath even offers a view of the Ferris wheel at Huis Ten Bosch. Highly recommend it!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is very close to the Unzen Hell scenic spot, making it very convenient to visit in the early morning. The hotel rooms are large, clean, and tidy, and the hygiene is excellent. The hot springs are excellent, and the views from the baths are beautiful. The hotel also provides exquisite yukatas free of charge. The breakfast is delicious, and the dinner buffet is even more varied, with fresh ingredients and high quality. This is a very cost-effective hotel and highly recommended.

GGuest UserRoom is clean and spacious except the carpet looks worn out. Breakfast was either typical Japanese or Western, nothing to wow about. Interestingly the room doesn't comes with free bottled water, no power socket near the beds and no luggage stand. There is DIY laundry on the ground floor but feel kinda of eerie doing my laundry there but good thing is the washing machine and dryer are separate so clothes are much drier than those washing machine with dryer feature. For the price I paid, might not consider for my next trip.
