The hotel has a unique vibe. It has a good location, close to Oura Cathedral and Glover Garden. Staffs are nice.

The hotel is conveniently located near Nagasaki station (about or less than ten minutes walking) and a five minute walk to the bus station that has buses that go to Fukuoka airport, Kumamoto, etc. It's a standard Japanese business hotel that is basically clean, spacious enough, and the staff is efficient and will help with the self check-in kiosks. There are FREE luggage lockers in the lobby that guests can use prior to checking in at the hotel starting around 3 or 4 pm (I forgot the exact time).

As a first-time visitor to Nagasaki, I can confirm that this hotel truly lives up to its excellent online reputation. I booked the smallest room; while the bathroom was compact, the bed was notably spacious, making it perfect for solo travelers. The hotel boasts an unbeatable location. Tram and bus stops are just a stone's throw away, and there's a Yoshinoya right downstairs. Across the street, an indoor shopping arcade means you're covered no matter the weather, ensuring all your dining, entertainment, and shopping needs are met with ease. Both the guest rooms and public areas are exceptionally clean, and the 3rd-floor lobby lounge offers a wonderfully relaxing ambiance. On the ground floor, the elevator entrance features an automatic hand sanitizer dispenser and fresh flower arrangements, adding a very welcoming touch. Breakfast was quite enjoyable, featuring two types of homemade toast as the main items, complemented by a wide selection of side dishes, salads, hot and cold platters, and drinks. It was really satisfying. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and polite; even without Chinese language skills, communication was never an issue. The hot spring bath on the 11th floor is definitely worth experiencing. Overall, this is an excellent hotel perfect for both business and leisure travelers.

10 min walk from jr Nagasaki with luggage. 3 mins walk from you me where there's a big supermarket,Starbucks ,Uniqlo n. Pre-owned luxury bag shop. Also 5 mins walk from the port area where U can watch the sun set over the hills while having dinner or drinks. 10 mins walk from most yakiniku restaurants, but reservations are needed at peak times 6-8 pm......if it's full, ask what time to return for a table....most likely tables will be available after 8.

The Nagasaki Shianbashi Richmond Hotel, a 3-star business hotel, underwent renovation in 2023 and boasts excellent overall quality. The hotel's strongest asset is its prime location – Shianbashi tram station is just a one-minute walk away, and JR Nagasaki Station is a quick 10-minute ride. The Hamamachi shopping district and Shinchi Chinatown are also within easy walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for shopping sprees or savoring local delicacies like Nagasaki Chawanmushi and sushi. The guest rooms are equipped with practical amenities, including air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a flat-screen TV. A thoughtful touch is the option to request daily housekeeping service directly via the TV. The beds are comfortable, and some room types offer ample space, ensuring families don't feel cramped. The 24-hour front desk staff are communicative and provide warm service, promptly addressing guest inquiries such as parking directions and transportation advice for sightseeing. In terms of hotel facilities, a laundry room, free WiFi, and self-check-in options are available, catering well to both business travelers and independent tourists. While some guests have noted the breakfast price of 2000 JPY to be a bit high, the extensive selection, including Nagasaki specialties, means its value for money can be subjective. It's worth noting that parking is available in a mechanical car park for a fee. While there are numerous restaurants on the ground floor beneath the hotel, especially at night, the soundproofing is decent and generally doesn't disturb sleep. Overall, the hotel stands out for its convenient transportation, clean environment, and practical facilities. It's ideal for travelers prioritizing efficiency and value for money, comfortably meeting the basic needs of both business and leisure guests.

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with decor reminiscent of established, classic 5-star hotels in China. We had lovely mountain views from the window. Its location is incredibly convenient, being extremely close to both Nagasaki JR Station and the bus terminal, with AMU Plaza right downstairs. Overall, the place was very clean, the complimentary amenities provided were excellent, and the price was also incredibly reasonable. After meticulously comparing almost all conveniently located guesthouses and hotels in Nagasaki within my budget, this was my final choice, and I'm genuinely pleased with my decision.

The bathroom was incredibly spacious! My child loved spending ages soaking in the bathtub every day. The hotel's location is excellent. It's just a few minutes' walk from where the airport bus drops you off. One of the young men at the front desk spoke absolutely excellent English, making communication completely seamless. It's situated on what I believe is Nagasaki's largest pedestrian street, perfect for all your dining, drinking, and shopping needs. As for attractions, most places are actually within walking distance, if you don't mind a bit of a walk and the heat. We even braved the hot sun and walked all the way to Glover Garden, and the views there were fantastic. Hope to come back again someday!

The hotel is conveniently located a 10-minute walk from JR Nagasaki Station, with some rooms offering distant views of the station. The lobby is bright and spacious, offering complimentary morning coffee and a microwave for guests. The self-check-in kiosks are very user-friendly; you just enter your booking number, and with Chinese language options, the check-in process is seamless and free of any language barriers. A 7-Eleven convenience store is conveniently located right next to the lobby, perfect for grabbing snacks and essentials. Our room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. As a welcoming gesture, the mini-fridge contained two complimentary bottles of water and two mango puddings. A complimentary hot spring ticket was also provided. We managed to book this room during a 618 sale event for under 600 a night, which was absolutely fantastic value for money! Overall, a five-star experience; I highly recommend staying here.

Great location and great hotel. Very accessible and near to malls and attractions. The hotel has amazing restaurants from fine dining to more affordable food halls - you’ll really never go hungry! 😊And if you’re planning to watch sports games at The Stadium, the hotel has direct access to premium boxes 😊 you’re watching without really leaving the hotel. It’s really the best place to stay. Also, the tram and other public transports are just a walk away!

This hotel truly stands out as a five-star destination for both leisure and business travellers. Exceptional Breakfast Selection One of the major highlights of my stay was the hotel’s breakfast. The buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, ranging from traditional Japanese dishes to international favourites. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and replenished frequently. Whether you prefer a light continental breakfast or a hearty Japanese meal to start your day, the breakfast at Hotel Nikko Huis Ten Bosch caters to all tastes and dietary needs. Spacious and Well-Equipped Onsen The onsen (hot spring bath) facilities at this hotel are truly remarkable. The area is spacious, immaculately clean, and exudes a relaxing ambiance. There are several pools with different temperatures, allowing guests to find their ideal comfort level. The amenities provided — such as towels, toiletries, and relaxation spaces — are of excellent quality. After a long day exploring Huis Ten Bosch, soaking in the large onsen was the perfect way to unwind and rejuvenate. Comfort and Convenience My room was modern, well-maintained, and offered stunning views of the surrounding gardens. The bed was very comfortable and the room was equipped with all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The location is ideal — just a short walk from the Huis Ten Bosch theme park, and conveniently connected to transport links. Final Thoughts Hotel Nikko Huis Ten Bosch exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of great hospitality, a top-class breakfast, and outstanding onsen facilities makes it an excellent choice for anyone visiting the area. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.
