The Hotel Okura grandly welcome us as the train pulls into the platform of the station. The european style building is impressive and grand. The rooms are spacious and clean. It is located next to the Huis Ten Bosch theme park. Very convenient with a big family mart at the basement. Some restaurants and gift shops located nearby. Very convenient for theme park visitors.
After moving from Hitakatsu to Izuhara, you can immediately see the Izuhara Hotel Toyoko Inn when you get off at Izuhara Station.
You can see Toyoko Inn wherever you go in Izuhara, so it is the tallest building in Izuhara. You can also see Toyoko Inn Hotel from Izuhara Passenger Terminal.
There is Tiara Mall and Value Mart right across the hotel entrance, so it was convenient to leave your luggage at the hotel after duty-free shopping.
Since it is a hotel where you can also have breakfast, I filled my stomach with Japanese home-cooked breakfast.
I think I will definitely stay here again if I visit Izuhara.
I'd been interested in this hotel since before it opened last year, and finally got to go.
The space and service lived up to my expectations.
The location is great, and as you'd expect from Japanet, the room was well-equipped with appliances, so I was able to stay comfortably.
I'd definitely like to stay here again when I visit Nagasaki.
Location is good, tram station just ahead. Walking distance to shops n restaurants. Parking instructions should be part of booking email confirmation. We went round and round to look for parking in the hotel, not knowing the hotel is in the shopping arcade. We stopped the car at a corner street and one of us went to the hotel to inquire, then only we realised we have to park at the public car park opposite hotel. The hotel staff gave a map to the three parking area, but the map font is too small and faint, we ended up missing the car park nearest to hotel.
It is the best hotel and the best service. The staffs are lovely and polite. I got upgraded room because of honey moon. The room is very clean, comfortable bed. The breakfast is delicious, there are many choices. I have to thank you guys.
Good location- near to shops, eateries, bus stops and sight seeing places. I like its huge hot bath; hotel staffs are very helpful and friendly. A pleasant stay for me.
The hotel is conveniently located a 10-minute walk from JR Nagasaki Station, with some rooms offering distant views of the station. The lobby is bright and spacious, offering complimentary morning coffee and a microwave for guests. The self-check-in kiosks are very user-friendly; you just enter your booking number, and with Chinese language options, the check-in process is seamless and free of any language barriers. A 7-Eleven convenience store is conveniently located right next to the lobby, perfect for grabbing snacks and essentials. Our room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. As a welcoming gesture, the mini-fridge contained two complimentary bottles of water and two mango puddings. A complimentary hot spring ticket was also provided. We managed to book this room during a 618 sale event for under 600 a night, which was absolutely fantastic value for money! Overall, a five-star experience; I highly recommend staying here.
I traveled with my parents and booked a double room. It was significantly smaller compared to a twin room, which is typical for hotels in Japan.
The onsen was comfortable, and breakfast offered a good spread, though the menu was a bit repetitive.
On the third floor, they provided complimentary tea, coffee, ice cream, and Yakult, along with shoyu ramen in the evenings.
The hotel is conveniently located near the airport bus stop. Tickets for the airport bus can be purchased at the airport's ticket counter (to be presented upon alighting), or you can simply pay with your Suica card.
I've also attached the airport bus schedule for those who might find it useful.
The most surprising discovery of this trip to Japan was the half-water raft of the hotel! From the moment you step into the courtyard, the simple Japanese-style architecture is interesting with the flowing water, as if you have entered an ink painting. The room layout is full of Zen, the tatami is clean and soft, and the dry landscape courtyard outside the window is quiet and elegant, making people instantly relieve the fatigue of the journey.
The service is impeccable, the staff is kind and professional, and the Japanese hospitality is conveyed with intimate details. Kaiseki cuisine for dinner is artistic, and each dish is carefully prepared with seasonal ingredients, with a full sense of color and fragrance, and the dining process is full of rituals. The freshly ground matcha for breakfast with exquisite refreshments awakens the taste buds.
The location of the pavilion is also very good, the surrounding attractions are within walking distance and convenient for travel. At night, I fell asleep with insects and woke up in the early morning in the bird's eye view. This slow life is unforgettable. Highly recommended to friends who want to experience Japanese style in depth, the half-water raft will definitely become the warmest memory of your trip!

GGuest UserIt is the best hotel and the best service. The staffs are lovely and polite. I got upgraded room because of honey moon. The room is very clean, comfortable bed. The breakfast is delicious, there are many choices. I have to thank you guys.
GGuest UserThe room was a little on the small side. It featured a tatami-style bed, which made for quite a novel and enjoyable sleeping experience. The location is excellent, very close to Chinatown, with plenty of food options nearby.

BBecky Lay Fong GohLocation is great, just walk 12 mins from station. Hotel is near the Dejima Wharf which is a pleasant spot for a glass of wine n there are restaurants there too n near the hotel too, n there's a big shopping mall near by too. I'll stay there again!
BB_BI recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. If you're planning to drive, be aware that the hotel has limited free parking spaces. I recommend contacting the hotel in advance to reserve a spot. If parking is full, the front desk staff are very helpful and can suggest nearby parking options that are just a short walk away.
Check-in and check-out are both quick and convenient with the hotel's automated machines. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches—like providing nightgowns for guests. If you need to do laundry, there’s even a coin-operated washing machine available.
The room comes with a full set of kitchen appliances, which is super convenient for light cooking or prepping fruits and snacks. While the room isn't very large, it still offers enough space for a baby to move around comfortably.
Overall, a clean, efficient, and cozy stay with thoughtful amenities that made a real difference.
TtomomiWe enjoyed to stay. Hotel staff members are very friendly and kind. Breakfast buffet at hotel are good as well. I just didn’t know about free shuttle from station to hotel at the beginning. If I know early, I did not walk extras and save energy. Otherwise we are very happy to stay there.
OOlga TarI really didn't expect anything from staying at this hotel, as it was twice as cheap as anything in the area. But it's really a hidden gem!
The location is perfect for exploring Nagasaki, in the heart of Chinatown, lots of eateries in the area, and a tram stop nearby. The entrance is between two buildings and not obvious at first glance, but Google maps will get you there.
The hotel has a retro vibe and doesn't look like a traditional business hotel, but does it need to? Big comfy beds, huge rooms (a lot more spacious than you expect to find in Japan), all the amenities you need inside. The description didn't mention a fridge, but we had one in our room. No view, but it didn't bother us.
Good breakfast for a reasonable price.
The only downside is that they don't have a coin laundry in the hotel, but there are some in the area.
In my opinion, it's more than value for money!
SSooI recently stayed at this Japanese hotel, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is great, with easy access to key attractions and transport, though finding food in Nagasaki can be a bit tricky, especially early in the morning. That’s why I highly recommend booking their breakfast—it's absolutely the best. The spread includes everything from traditional Japanese dishes to international options, and the quality is outstanding. It's definitely worth paying extra for, and you won’t regret it. The hotel’s service was also top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The Chinese-inspired decor added a unique touch that made the atmosphere even more special. Given the excellent service, beautiful facilities, and amazing breakfast, this hotel offers great value for the price. Highly recommend!
GGuest UserWe are so happy to stay in this hotel!
From the moment I stepped into my room, I was greeted by the soothing warmth of the private hot spring. The comfortable bed provided a perfect retreat after a day of exploration.
The highlight, however, was the delightful dinner experience. The summer menu featured a fusion of Japanese ingredients and Western cooking techniques. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared, with fresh flavors that allowed us to taste the local ingredients.
Since we don’t speak Japanese. The staff patiently explained each dish, making the dining experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, the service was exceptional, and the combination of comfort, cuisine, and attentive staff made our stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hot spring hotel to anyone seeking a relaxing getaway.
ZZhuxisongyuIt's quite clean, but there's nothing to eat around. It's a bit far from the train station and scenic spots, but not far from the port. The room window can be opened for ventilation, and it's good not facing the road.
