The room was clean and spacious enough. The shower had no issues with hot water. They provided two 1-liter bottles of complimentary drinking water. Unfortunately, due to clouds and smog, only the lower hills in the foreground were visible, not the main mountains. Breakfast was adequate for a hotel of this size; not lavish, but sufficient. If you're leaving early, they can prepare a simple meal if you request it in advance. The hotel offers a free shuttle service twice a day by reservation. It's fine for the outbound journey, but you'll need to catch a taxi for the return. When heading to the airport, if the timing works out, taking the shuttle to town and then a taxi to the airport can save you money. Since there are two airports, it's best to specify 'international airport'.

Staying in Dahlia Boutique Hotel was one of the highlights of my trip to Pokhara. Perfectly located near Phewa Lake, the hotel offers the ideal balance of convenience and tranquility. Watching the morning light over Pokhara from this spot is truly memorable. What makes the experience exceptional, however, is the hospitality. The staff are genuinely kind, attentive, and always ready to assist — whether arranging transportation, recommending local experiences, or simply greeting guests with a warm smile. Their professionalism and friendliness create an atmosphere that feels personal rather than transactional. Facilities: Generally good. Being on the mountain, the electricity can be unstable at times, with occasional power outages, but it's usually restored quickly. The road leading to the hotel is very winding, especially the last 50 meters, which is a super bumpy dirt slope. A taxi from the hotel to the airport costs around 2000 rupees, and to the city center, it's about 1200 rupees. Cleanliness: Acceptable, neat and clean. Environment: Absolutely beautiful. It was the most therapeutic day I spent in Pokhara. Checking in in the afternoon, you can see Phewa Lake and the World Peace Pagoda, though not the Fishtail Mountain (Machapuchare). At night, you can enjoy the city's night view. Waking up to a sea of clouds in the morning, you can see Fishtail Mountain right from the balcony – it's stunning and truly felt healing. Service: Warm and polite, the staff are very friendly. We ate at the restaurant; breakfast was a buffet, and for dinner, we had curry rice, which also tasted great 😌. Overall, I highly recommend staying here 😊

Had a flight cancelled from Kathmandu and arrived the next day. Rozeena and the team were more than accommodating and supportive. During the stay they acted with swift communication and supported me throughout the time at the hotel. Would recommend to anyone staying in pokhara!

Located at the center of Lakeside road. Very traditional design but only have two towels in the room and they look a bit dirty. On the official website it’s written “free airport transfer”, we have asked the reception staff and have been told this service need additional charge. We asked the clarification of the service written on the official website but the staff said “I dun know”. The next day morning we reached to the manager, and has been told this service needs to be reserve one day in advanced and only applicable to the reservation through their official website. If we book through any other online platforms this service wont be available. Caz we extended for one more night and didn’t go through the online platforms, I thought we are eligible for the transfer. Well, this is already a middle class hotel in Pokhara but I don’t find it worth with the service. They should anyway inform the customer during check-in. Also not enough training for the front line staff. Lack of consistency.

Had a wonderful vacation here. It was so convenient to have the lake right outside. The staff were friendly; one even showed concern when I went out late at night. The front desk also helped me communicate with my car service.

Avoid this hotel! Three of us stayed in two rooms for two nights, and upon checkout, we were forced to pay an extra $30, completely uninformed. Breakfast was clearly provided as a portion per room, but someone didn't eat it the next day and gave their share to their companion. The hotel then demanded payment and refused to refund us. Lack of transparency, forced fees, and complete dishonesty! A truly terrible experience!

Many thanks to Tuk Prasad and Sabita. Sabita welcomed me at the Valley Station of the Cable Car . And Tuk Prasad at the Reception of the very nice and newly opened Resort very nice located as well. They also have a Swimming Pool , Sauna and even a Steam Bath . When is it good Weather you can even see all Range over The Mountains nearby and do a Hiking to the nearby situated Manakamana Hindu Temple. Usually there are many Monkeys around , you can feed , there are not shy at all ! Also I have to add that the Nepali Dish Sekuwa was very delicious and as well the good presented Morning Breakfast by gentle CEO Manager of this Hotel . So dondevat again . Kind regards

Absolutely stunning mountain views, we even got to see the 'golden mountains' at sunrise, which was breathtaking. The room facilities were great, everything you could need and all in good condition. The roasted nuts they provided daily were especially delicious. The staff were very nice, and most importantly, the chef's food was genuinely delicious. We stayed two nights, had two dinners and one lunch, and it cost a total of 840 RMB. It really was incredibly tasty! Every room has a balcony where you can see Machapuchare (Fish Tail Mountain). The 4th-floor pool and observation deck offer even better views than the rooms, so if you want to take photos in the morning, head up to the fourth floor. Taxis are a bit pricey, but you can also take the cable car down the mountain, though it's a bit of an effort. But then again, the mountain views are worth it!
