Beautiful place to stay. The hotel itself is an old type of classic style, the rooms are renowned and modern. Lovely food, live music on Fridays night. The Jacuzzi and the very pleasant pool are definitely worth visiting.
The hotel is very clean and quiet. There is a bathtub and it is very comfortable to take a bubble bath when tired. The service staff is very warm and polite. The breakfast is not much but it is very good. If you buy cold meals and hot meals at different prices on the morning, it is cheaper to buy them all one day in advance.

It was a hotel I stayed to go to Galway.
The traditional Irish roof houses were also nearby, so the atmosphere was different.
Breakfast included in the hotel is not young.
I'm not sure if I'm going to be in Ireland.
I couldn’t ask for anyone better than Amanda to have checked me in.She was beyond helpful, cheerful and very considerate. The hotel is lovely, close to hospitals but has no pool if you need one.It was crazy busy but there wasn’t a sound at night.I would stay again for sure.
This is a wonderful Hotel. We are getting married and had our reception dinner there as well as put family up there for the night. The service, staff, food and facilities were great. Will most certainly recommend this place to anyone.
I arrived late at night, but it's in a quiet area. However, it's far from the station, so it's better to take the bus. There is a supermarket on the way. If you head towards the beach, there are bakeries and small shops.
The room was clean and the shower worked without any problems. There are towels, power outlets, and other necessities. You can help yourself to tea at the cafe, so be sure to check it out.
We were given a beautiful room over looking the Circle of Life garden and the sea further on. See photo. Noise from jacuzzi below was bothersome in the morning and I had requested a quiet room, which it was apart from the engines bubbling below. Service in restaurant was incredibly slow for breakfast. Breakfast offering was good; not much pastry wise, but lots of fruits, gorgeous cheese, avocados even, good quality Oj. But the Coffee was sludge and undrinkable. Though the View over Galway bay is beyond compare. Room was comfortable though dated but very clean except at one point in the shower I looked down to see a chunk of long black hair stuck to my foot… 2000% not mine. That was pretty gross. It must have been sitting in the drain as I’d have noticed before getting in. Cockroaches in the shower are a more welcome site than that. Bathroom is modern and shower had good power. Bed was soft but comfortable. Staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. Pool is small, sauna is great. Pool not too clean/ Two discarded plasters on the side. Location is unbeatable.
Less than 10 minutes by car from Galway city centre, the hotel has its own parking lot. Buffet breakfast seems to be 12 euros per person, typical Irish breakfast. The twin room is a single bed + a double bed.
The room was generally great, and its proximity to all the attractions was a big plus. The complimentary water and snacks in the fridge were a fantastic touch! The only minor issue was the fan being a bit noisy, but it could easily be switched off.

AAnonymous UserAccording to Ctrip, the rating of the hotel is less than 4.5 points. In fact, it is still good. The hotel is quite big, with a comfortable lobby, and a bar on the first floor, which leads to the terrace outside. There are tables and chairs on the terrace, where you can drink tea While enjoying the fresh air, the air here is very fresh...

GGuest UserThe location is good, close to restaurants and supermarkets. I didn’t like that so many things were broken. The shelf in the bathroom was loose and tilted, the wall lights next to the beds needed tightened as well, as they flipped on the side. The bathroom door handle and lock didn’t work. We had some long dark hair in our room. A lot was broken or crooked.
It was ok for one night, but I wouldn’t stay longer. The girl at the desk was not very knowledgeable regarding her surroundings. I’ve asked about the Burren.
The Italian restaurant was good, the breakfast in the morning was good as well. However I emailed the hotel for gluten free options but I didn’t get any.
GGuest UserGreat little hotel! Room appeared to be recently updated and was very clean. Location was excellent and right across from the bus station. Front desk staff was kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
LlimhansGreat place that I will definitely recommend to anyone. Location is central, easy to get to almost anywhere. Reception staff are friendly and resourceful, providing informations that you’ll need (such as things to do and places to go in Galway, tours available, and even the best pubs and food areas around) during check-in.
Common area is simply amazing. Room is clean and cosy with comfy beddings. Bathroom is clean and considerably big.
10/10 experience over here!

EEzzadventurerThis hostel exceeded expectations, for me.
The rooms had comfy beds, large lockers and air-con. The free breakfast was delicious and home made and they even do family dinner each night which is great value and a fun way to meet people. The bathrooms were basic but functional and clean and I didn't have to wait for a shower.
The pub downstairs was lively and good value.
I would suggest bringing ear plugs though as the live music goes on quite late some nights so if you want to sleep you'll need them.
GGuest UserAbsolutely fantastic time. The room was very spacious, the bed was really big and comfortable too. Jesus at the restaurant was very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Plenty parking spaces. Taxi into town between 7-10euro.
I would definitely recommend getting the breakfast, they have fantastic choices, everything was delicious .
I will definitely come back to this hotel. Galway is absolutely amazing too, maybe a 15min walk into centre, but taxi was cheap so that's how we travelled.
