Hotels With Breakfast in National District, Dominican Republic

I get my reservation though the sales department. The person I deal with is very courteous, 1. I agree with couple of bad reviews here,,,,, Key issues, room outdated and moist smell on rooms and hallways, ( they are trying to fix the issues with dehumidifiers throughout the floor's hallway.... 2. front desk : they have inexperience front desk agents..... ( looks like no customer service skills training is happening at this location.... 3. to give the benefit of the doubt, this location has what is called club members that are not guest of the hotel, but they use the facility's gym, pool, sauna, and amenities from the hotel. so I think this ism the reason why the front desk and some of their staff lacks of just serv. skills. mix of people ...... and locals that visit or are member of the club are the med high class of the country and treat staff like if they are slaves..... so part of the problem lays in that, they try..... talking about the front desk staff....... 4. other staffs, they think they know everything..... one thing that bothers the most is when someone is trying to cover a fault with an excuse that doesn't even make sense.... please don't BS a Bs'r. 5. Rooms: other than having a moist smell, they lack of insulation ( sound proofing) you can hear everything that is going on on the other room, and when I say everything, is EVERYTHING..... my 11 years old asked me if they were killing someone on the other room..... 6. ammeneeties and restaurant staff, very courteous, and pleasant tried to accommodate me as much as they could possible can...... 7. Staff at 8th floor. they have a cigar lounge up there and more of a pleasant view away from most locals that visit the facility...... 8. if you want to have a nice sleep try executive rooms. everything is different.... by the way THIS IS A VERY CHEAP ($$$$$$ WISE) HOTEL.

This hotel was specially booked. The hotel has a long history and a good location. The deluxe bed booked this time, the front desk service is very warm, and the scenery outside the window is the most attractive to us. It is beautiful. The hotel's service is a plus, the pool is also a plus, the front desk and lobby concierge service is particularly good, it is a special trip. Satisfied

Having a long stay at my favourite Hotel in Santo Domingo. Impecable throughout!!!! Beautiful penthouse with jacuzzi!!!! Extremely comfortable bed and pillows, sleep like a princess. Amazing. I just love it here!!!! Wonderful room service and staff always willing to help!!! Special thanks to Jordi, this guy is everywhere!!!!! The breakfast was really good and delicious. The staff was very friendly just I wrote them in order to change the room but they didnt reply me so I advice they check the messages and reply timely. The bedroom with 1 queen bed was really nice. They didnt have many options for 2 twin beds altought it was clean. AC works very good. Is really well located in downtown area, there are several restaurants and bars just by walking distance.

Food was delicious! Place was clean and the variety of food was great! The place is very easy to get there and parking spots where super accesible. The person who attended us was Gilberto, he was always paying attention to the table and service was top!

The new hotel hardware facilities are very good in the Dormy. The front desk and other service staff are very friendly. The hotel is relatively new. The room is still somewhat decorated.

Everything Ok so stayed for 10 nights in a row. The price is cheap and the breakfast is very satisfying! There is Uber service room WiFi free enough. Next time I go to santo Domingo, I will still consider how many other hotels will be long-term.

Very good, suitable for general travel and not suitable for people with high requirements. In a hotel with a star rating of about 3 stars in the United States and a hotel without a star, the conditions are similar. It is not necessary to choose a star. The main location is just fine.

Incredible facilities, everything very modern and new. It shows that they take care of every detail. The food is very good and the buffet breakfast is incredible, all made with excellent quality products. On the top floor there is a rooftop with a wonderful pool. The beach is far away.

It had been over 5 years since my last visit and now will be returning frequently and back to only this hotel. The services were all excellent. From the moment I needed to chat while delayed and was in need of urgent services prior to check-in, to my 1am check-in, room services, restaurant dining with local colleagues, on-site pre-trip covid testing services, everything that I wanted and needed was made available and with a smile. Everyone is so pleasant and courteous. Love the staff and services here - the rooms were very clean and comfortable as well of course. Oh and I left something in my room which I realized after returning home and it was found by housekeeping and mailed to my house! THANK YOU TEAM JW MARRIOTT SANTO DOMINGO!!!

Cleanest hotel I've stayed in Santo Domingo, best food and exceptional staff. I dropped my credit card down the lift shaft and Francesca had it back to me in 20 minutes. Ordered a burger medium and got a burger medium, something 1/2 the restraints in the US can't do. I'll stay no where else when I'm in the DR.

The rooms are super big and the facilities are very new. We are just across the road from the beach. Unfortunately, our room is relatively low and does not face the sea. However, I only stayed for one night, and I checked out at noon to 2 am, which had little effect. Breakfast is average, for Chinese, there are few choices. The hotel is integrated with the casino and the gate is separated. Overall the hotel is very good, next time I consider to choose this one, but be sure to choose a high-level sea room

Overall it's OK, the room is low, close to the beach, the sea view room is very beautiful, and the transportation is convenient. The breakfast variety is quite rich, and there is also a big **PORK in the hotel
