We have had an amazing time at floral hotel! Our room has a perfect view of the mountains, the food cooked downstairs was absolutely incredible after our mountain exploring. It is only a few minutes drive from the tourist centre (where buses to both cable car lower stations go from) and 10minutes to the train station (huashanbei). We were given free lifts to all of these by our hosts which was incredibly kind and helpful, making a very easy stay! The hosts and family were so kind, it felt like staying at home!

The best thing about this hotel is the staff and its excellent location, right opposite the Bell Tower, with a large mall and a subway station just steps away. The staff are polite, friendly, and extremely helpful—nothing is too much trouble for them, and I truly felt they wanted to make sure I was comfortable. The continuous supply of cold bottled water was greatly appreciated, and the smart kettle in the room made it easy to prepare hot drinks. The rooms are small but perfectly adequate for a short stay. I did not have breakfast, so I can’t comment on that.

We absolutely loved our stay here the hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. My girlfriend lost her phone in a taxi and they helped us communicate with the driver and get it back so if you’re really looking for a friendly staff and a place with great location and comfortable definitely pick this place 

The perfect hotel for muslim travellers. Located next to Huimin street or Muslim quarters. So we had no problems finding halal food. Hotel was superb. Room was comfortable, service was good, spacious & clean. Had free dryer as well. Near to subway station.. The best hotel in Xian.

The hotel experience is very good especially we checked in very late like 3am in in the morning! The hotel provide free shuttle service pick up from airport to hotel. The rooms are clean, the basic amenities are complete, the hotel's layout and facilities are well maintained, the rooms are warm and comfortable, and the air conditioning is warm. The hotel service is very nice, and it is a good choice for accommodation near airport. And comes with breakfast too which is great.

During my stay at Crowne Plaza, I found the accommodation very satisfactory. The room was a good size, featuring a comfortable, super large bed, mini fridge, kettle but no milk, this had to be requested. Also, the slow drainage in the shower was messy and inconvenient. Overall the room was very nice. The hotel’s lobby was spacious and attractively designed, setting a welcoming tone upon arrival. The lounge and the 40th-floor bar were definite highlights, offering a cool and inviting ambiance. The breakfast provided met standard expectations and was enjoyable. I’d like to extend a special acknowledgment to Tony, whose help during check-in and arranging breakfast in my room when I wasn’t feeling well was exceptional, demonstrating outstanding service. Crowne Plaza’s prime location adjacent to a mall and the bridge offered numerous options for leisurely walks and sightseeing, adding to the overall convenience. Although I didn’t personally utilize the gym or pool, they appeared to be well-maintained. Best hotel in the city for sure.

The hotel facilities are good. The hotel is located right into the city which is very close to Zhonglou subway station and convenient to find restaurant and convenient store nearby.

A Fantastic Stay We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is excellent — relatively central, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The reception was warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our family room was fantastic: two spacious bedrooms, two toilets, and a section with a fridge. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the room felt bright and inviting. One of the standout features was the free laundry facilities, complete with generous supplies of detergent — a thoughtful touch that made our stay even easier. On checkout, we were pleasantly surprised with a small gift, which was a lovely gesture. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Even with limited English, they went out of their way to assist us and ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel is located in the city center, with convenient transportation. It is close to scenic spots and popular check-in spots such as the Bell Tower, the City Wall, and Muslim Street. At night, you can see the nighlt view of the Bell Tower in just a few minutes by walking downstairs. The hotel is equipped with robots. There is a dedicated rest area in the hotel lobby. It is very convenient to rest in the lobby after a day out. The room is fully equipped with a gym and a laundry room with washing and drying in one step. The room bedding is also very comfortable. The service of the front desk guy Mumu and the lady Mia is very good. The check-in is proactive. The people are very friendly.

Check in took way too long and front desk staff seemed unsure about the process. Nonetheless, was pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade. Room was well kept and included multi plug sockets and bottled water. Shower area was well designed with a non-slip centre section and the bathtub was a nice addition. However, there was some leakage of water to the toilet section so some maintenance is needed there. Room could be improved with the inclusion of a simple card detailing the hotel’s facilities, operating hours and additional services that could be requested for, such as firmer pillows - which were actually available. Breakfast was not overly costly and spread was decent. Hotel has a decent length pool but that was rather crowded, and hot tub was not hot enough. Steam room and spa were also closed during the time there with no mention of when they would reopen. Hotel is well located with shopping malls and subway station under 10 minutes walk away.
