The hotel is great. The facilities are very complete, which is in line with the basic equipment of a five-star hotel. Unfortunately, the swimming pool is being repaired and cannot be used. Fortunately, there is a sauna available. The breakfast is rich and varied. I am very happy to eat... but the room is too air-conditioned. I'm so strong, I need to cover myself with a quilt.
Nice stopover. The receptionist was able to book us a connecting family room for our group of 7. Facilities were very clean, modern and in good condition. Location though was a bit of a walk from the main part of the town/city centre (15-20mins) and having free breakfast offered would have improved our experience.
The cafe outside the hotel is under renovation and feels untidy. The room is large, the view is good, and the morning is rich. The disadvantage is that there are too many tour groups to receive, and the hotel carpet looks old and unclean.
The room is not big, the internet is not very good, there are not many food options around, and the price-performance ratio is average. Many hotel staff have poor English, and there are certain communication problems!
At the reception our transaction was handled very quickly and courteously.
The room was perfect. The city view was great.
The variety of Kakvalti was very rich and satisfying.
When I come back, I plan to stay here again.
The staff and management was very nice and supportive. We had complaints about our rooms on the lower floors. They listened to our concerns very calmly and changed the rooms immediately. Upper floor rooms are way better. Overall, they're cooperative and kind towards their guests.
Overall an okay hotel to spend the night for little money. The renovation is already in need of updating, but overall everything is clean. I didn't feel any discomfort. Breakfast is modest, but I didn't ask for much. The staff was very pleasant.

BbibigogogoThe hotel I was most satisfied with during the entire trip to Türkiye is a five-star hotel with good service, complete facilities and quick response.
