Room is exactly as photo and they do have laundromat service at top floor. Area is filled with good food and desserts. Good for easy about and with some shopping areas. Staff over counter are very attentive and accommodating to our request and giving us good advise especially when we have our purchased bag delivered to counter they gave us immediate response and advised and kept them well for us. Room is very comfortable with lobby serving us coffee and tea. If only the pillows can be thicker that will be perfect sleep.

We checked-in 2 Twin Bed rooms for 3 nights. 4 of us were extremely happy with the hotel. As we entered into the hotel, we were being serve promptly. The receptionists, the housekeeping, the cleaners are all friendly and very helpful. They offered their help prior to our request. Their service were pro-active. We just love their service so much. It was not a big lobby but it provide the feeling of home. Coffee machine is 24 hours, they provide simple supper but it was very nice. The room is clean and the size is good. The sound proof is good, water pressure is excellent, Smart home service, digital toilet. The soft drink provided in the mini bar are also complimentary. The housekeeper was so nice that she offered to help us in ironing our cloth. Nearby the hotel are surrounded by restaurants, the subway station is less than 100 meters from the hotel. Overall, thumb up with the hotel, location, service is all you will gladly satisfy with.

Easy to book via Trip. We were lucky to have a late Check Out. Location wise was convenient. Have convenient store and local restaurants nearby. We had the Smart Room on 11th floor but it wasn't as ”Smart” as we thought. We didn't get to enjoy the projector as we couldn't get the wifi working, hence, couldn't watch any desired movies. We tried to ask for assistance from reception but we were only told to follow the guidelines that's shown on the screen. Our package included breakfast for two. Decent amount of selections, from chinese noodles, dim sum, to cereals and toasts! Got some salad and fruits as well. Not bad. Overall, you pay what you get for!

The service for the hotel was very good and the room was clean. The free laundry service was nice and efficient as well. The hotel staff was very helpful, Daisy was very helpful during the checkout and luggage storage process. The cleaning lady was also very nice and always greeted us on our way out.

Our first time staying in this hotel and generally gave us good impression from the first step inside the lobby. Staff are very polite and helpful. Although room size is not big but it’s neat and clean. Bathroom is clean and so as the towels. It will be perfect If the lighting condition can be improved as we couldn’t see clear from the mirror. Lighting there is quite gloomy! Checking out was efficient and we were surprised with a gift - a bag of Pullman chocolate! Elena was very nice and helpful. Her warm greetings and smile gave our trip a pleasant touch! We’ll come back to this hotel in our future trip to Zhuhai!

This is a wonderful trip. 3 days 2 nights unlimited access of theme park. Include - buffet dinner . Chimelong is the best theme park in the world . Hope I can see chimelong theme park built all over the world.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the amenities provided made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect for exploring the local attractions. The hotel is located in a convenient location. Close to mtr station and the 华强北電子area. The room is clean and new. Water and AC are great. Breakfast is average. Overall good value for money.

Had a really great stay for New Year’s Eve, although beefed up prices for the bar and dinner were rather annoying, and the New Year’s Eve party was a little strange as there wasn’t anywhere to comfortably stand without having to buy bottles of drink for a table, so this was rather frustrating.

Near to luohu station. Very near to Renmi south station exit A line 9, about 100m walk. A lot of eateries, about 15 mins. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, great place to stay. Offer hand made coffee, just request from customer service counter.

Booked this for my parents to celebrate their 30th anniversary and was happy to hear that they had a wonderful time. I emailed the hotel ahead of time to ask if they could something special for them and they surprised my parents with a cake! My parents also said the restaurant had an amazing view and was lovely to sit in for dinner and breakfast. Lots of variety for food like seafood. Taste-wise it was average but not bad and worth it for the environment. Thank you again!

When I had questions about nearby attractions and dining options, she not only provided detailed answers but also proactively planned my itinerary for me, making me feel an unprecedented level of attentive service. Service was good ,places nearby to many shops & shopping malls . Breakfast was good,foods were fresh & varieties however for the buffet dinner is not that good ( Foods mostly were not fresh ) but expensive,I can say it does not match with the Price.And the room is clean however furniture & the room looks old .I expect Wow from this property due to Other ShangriLa property they are doing quite well .

Amazing breakfast with a good variation. Hotel is well kept and looks very new. Staffs are friendly and able to communicate in simple English. I will definitely stay here again. Moreover, it’s nearby a metro station.

Location is super convenient being on top of the subway station. Breakfast were great with good variety of Chinese and Western foods. The front desk manager Derik and his team were extremely professional, helpful and friendly. I dropped my cell phone in the way to breakfast. The staff picked it up and I reclaimed the cell phone within 30 minutes. Really appreciate the efficiency. The gym located in the mid floors are quite nicely equipped. Very convenient for a workout before bed. Though the charging ports located at Basement Car Park are slow. Charging speed was only 3KW rather than the usual 6.3 KW. EV users need to bear this in mind and need to locate alternative quick charging stations as fall back measure. Overall experience is very good.

This is our first time staying in Sheraton Shenzhen Futian Hotel and we like this hotel a lot! As one of the Sheraton's hotels, its services and the facilities (i.e. fitness centre, pools and catering) are supreme. Very convenient location as well, right next to the train station. Overall, we recommend this hotel!!

I had a wonderful stay at Four Seasons Shenzhen. The staff were friendly and attentive, offering excellent service. The location was perfect, close to key attractions and easy to get around. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Great amenities and value for money—I highly recommend this hotel!

Location: it was unbeatable, heart of the city, walking distance to shopping mall n subway station Room: clean n comfy, up to standard Breakfast: everything u wants, u name it, egg counter, noodle counter, bread, croissant, fresh make juicy, coffee, overall the breakfast was good n value for money Dinner buffet: here come to the part, I think all of you should skip it. I was very disappointed with the dinner buffet, 1st the variety is limited, sushi counter have 3 or 4 items, cakes only have few choices, ice-cream don’t even want to try, seafood counter er…em…, overall, it was not value for money. Overall, it was good except the dinner buffet

We were happy with our stay at the hotel hugely due to its scrumptious breakfasts with plenty of varieties of Asian and Western foods; baked buns, fruits and desserts. Daily cleaning is good. However, we were extremely unhappy with the cigarette smoking from the other hotel guests who have openly smoked in the lobby café area, smoked in their own room with their door widely opened, and some hotel rooms plus corridors smelled with heavy cigarette smoke despite there are signs of no smoking in every corner including in the hotel room, and the smokers will be penalize to Yuan 50-500 if smoking. But those smoker guests treated all the no smoking signs in the hotel as decorations and continued to smoke in public.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, well-kept, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The service throughout my stay was excellent, but I must give special praise to Morris (小陳) at the front desk. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and his friendly and efficient approach truly stood out. It’s always nice to be greeted with such warmth and professionalism. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and hassle-free stay!

Nice hotel with lot of art installations in the lobby. Rooms are spacious, they have separate bathroom and restrooms, moreover they got cocktail shaker so you can do your own cocktail in the room. Also one of the best locations in Guangzhou, near to everything. I did expect the breakfast would be something spectacular like in W hotel Hong kong, but it was just a regular breakfast like in every hotel.

Location is about 10min walk from metro / train station. The hotel provides free shuttle service to/from Guangzhou East station until certain timing. Otherwise can get a ride hailing if find the walk. This is a slightly quieter area of Tianhe. Room is spacious & clean. Service is very good. The staff were very helpful. I like to commend on good service by customer relation Vicky who helped us with restaurant booking.

A first time visit to Huadu and must stay hotel. Excellent location and walkable distance to Sports World and Hot Miracle Ski world. It's great for first time visit. Also, the Chinese restaurant food is outstanding in taste and presentation. The massage at hotel is also very relaxing. Everyone from young to old enjoyed our family trip.

It is my 3rd time staying this hotel when I visit Guang Zhou. Receptionist staff are friendly and forthcoming. We were fortunate to get free upgrade to club rooms. Room is spotless and very comfy. Location of hotel is great with a lot of restaurants nearby.

There was no way to get out of resort for meals if one is not driving . Meals can be costly when you have it at the Chimelong hotel . One better option is to take an internal shuttle bus to Pandan Hotel Food court as you are able to get cheaper option this way . Overall during autumn , the air in one of the room we booked is rather stale . Have to turn on the aroma fragrance oil . This is quickly resolved by leaving one keycard to have the room aircon stay on while we are away for meals . But I must say the hotel staff from lobby staff to room cleaners are all very helpful and kind . They will greet the guests whenever they see us and always come over to offer their assistance

The hotel building is old and has been renovated. The rooms are large and have very good facilities. The hotel breakfast is located on the 30th floor and is very complete and has a beautiful view of the city. The staff is very nice. Unfortunately, I saw a cockroach in the hotel lobby, which was very pathetic!!!

We travelled with two young kids and we're so glad that the hotel is great & even got indoor swimming pool! The hotel location is strategic and just right beside the mall, very convenient for us to eat, shop & visit the attractions. We would love to go back next time!

The kids enjoy the hotel internal mini zoo. I can see the hotel operator is trying very hard to make it like a world class resort just like Disney but somehow it appeared very ”localize” kids friendly hotel. The room is quite smelly with smoke even thought we specially requested for non smoking room. Location wise is fantastic if you looking for easy accessibility for the zoo, theme park and circus.

Convenient location right above big shopping mall and close to Hong Kong Zhuhai Macau bridge. Breakfast has plenty of varieties with good quality. Room is big and clean with nice river view.

Absolutely loved our stay.  we stayed with a small child of three years old. He enjoyed every bit of it. The hotel has eye for detail for children. For example, it has bath slippers for children, bathrobes,  and also children’s shampoo and washing gel.  the most extravagant part is the breakfast you have so much choice and  you can enjoy your breakfast next to real life penguins as a sightseeing. Definitely recommend staying here when you visit Chimelong Park with children and also definitely recommend the breakfast.

Good value for money. The elevator is a bit troublesome as you have to change from one to another to get into the room floors.

The hotel is beautiful and decorated with a Chinese Pavillion as you enter the lobby. There are a lot of pandas decorated all over the hotel and a Christmas tree made of pandas. Though, the front desk officer who checked us in, couldn't really conversed in English, her colleagues quickly stepped in to help explain to me about our room. They were all very courteous, friendly and helpful. It made the start of our stay very pleasant. We were attended by Rita, Minnie and Jane. Jane quickly provided a wechat number that allowed me to reach out to the hotel staff with ease. She also checked to make sure we were comfortable in our room. We even scored a free upgrade to an Ocean View room, which had a gorgeous view of Zhuhai skyline and we could see Macau from the balcony. The room was very clean, spacious and tidy, my husband loves the bath amenities and my boy enjoyed bubble baths each evening. The housekeeper on our floor was very friendly, always asking if we are enjoying ourselves here and the doormen were very courteous. We had breakfast for 2 days. However, the food didn't quite meet expectations, perhaps we set them high after reading reviews. Most of the items were cold by the time we were seated, it is a very popular hotel so we had to wait for abit to get seated however the queue moved fairly quickly. I must say the hot noodle soup was pretty decent! Checkout was smooth, officers were all very nice and kept checking to make sure we had a good stay. I would return, for the price and the service - this was one of the best stays we had experienced in China. We had an uneventful situation after checking out. We left my son's stuffed toy in the room and only realized after we arrived home late in the evening. By then, my boy was in tears as he had the toy since birth. I quickly reached out to the hotel and thankfully was attended speedily by Yuki and Jessica who got the housekeeping team to search for it. By this morning, they located the toy and arranged to deliver to us. At this time as I am writing this, the toy is on its way back home. I cannot be more thankful, so thank you to everyone mentioned, you have been nothing short of excellent! Happy New Year to the Sheraton team!

Stayed 1 night before our trip to chimelong ocean park. Great service from hotel staff, Eli. We got room with bathtub and good view. Hotel breakfast is good (with variety of food). We arrived hotel quite late (around 10pm), didn’t get to explore other hotel activities and facilities; will come back next time when we travel again!

Location is extremely convenient for travelling within Zhuhai, nearby Macau and Hong Kong. Gongbei port is just 10 minutes walk. A shopping mall is directly under this hotel. Hotel front desk and concierge are helpful. Conceirge even showed me the short cut leading to the Gongbei port. A lot of local guests within this hotel. Quite a few restaurants in this hotel. I tried their hotpot restaurant, beef was fresh, food was tasty and service staff was very attentive. There are plenty of eating places around as well. Facility is old surrounded by very old buildings and streets. Easy to get taxi to move around to places of interests e.g. 日月贝，圆明新园，板樟山 etc. Small swimming pool and gym. Not crowded at all. Water supply from the room was not so good and inconsistent temperature. Thus a little troublesome when showering. I find the most uncomfortable part was the bed. I think the mattress was not in good condition. It was noisy whenever I sat or turned and changed my laying down position. I did not sleep well. Feedback to hotel front desk when I checked out. Hope they address the problem avoid impacting the next guest(s).

A very good travel and accommodation experience, the hotel is very atmospheric, entering the lobby has a very comfortable aromatherapy, the front desk handling business is very fast, the manager is very professional, luggage storage is particularly convenient. The room was clean. The facilities are also very advanced, the voice control system responds quickly, provides convenience for us, really very happy, the children also like, really very satisfied with a stay experience! Will definitely come back next time!
