Amazing hotel with great service as well as it being situated in a perfect area of Guangzhou. Lovely view from 17th floor. Amenities are also fantastic and provide a diverse breakfast menu. Free laundry services and clean gym. Overall a perfect stay for families, couples, friends or even solo travellers. Also having robot service is a bonus!

Great hotel to stay at when visiting any of the Chimelong parks. Direct access to the Spaceship park from the lower lobby. Frequent free shuttle busses to travel to the other parks and the theatre. Nice options for casual dining in the food street located on the lower lobby with direct access from the hotel after 8 pm. For earlier access to food street need to enter directly from the Spaceship park circular lobby just after the ticket check. Recommend to book a package with accommodation and park entrance. Also recommend to see the circus show whilst visiting, it's a definite highlight.

Dear Sir, I am a guest of your's. I am very happy here. I sing highly of your service. First of all, the hotel is so beautiful. It looks like a garden. I enjoy it. Then, foods are delicious and some of them are amazing. Most important reason is that the bed is so big and It's wonderful here. I can't believe it that I must leave. We had a wonderful stay at Eeril Hotel. 🥰 The location is very good. Just a few minutes to the metro station. The room is very clean, and the lobby smells good. We would like to drink some tea in the lobby but unfortunately we didn't have much time. There's a robot butler that delivers food to the guest's door. And he can take the elevator by himself! Shenzhen is very cool! The people here are very kind and friendly.❤️🥰

We checked-in 2 Twin Bed rooms for 3 nights. 4 of us were extremely happy with the hotel. As we entered into the hotel, we were being serve promptly. The receptionists, the housekeeping, the cleaners are all friendly and very helpful. They offered their help prior to our request. Their service were pro-active. We just love their service so much. It was not a big lobby but it provide the feeling of home. Coffee machine is 24 hours, they provide simple supper but it was very nice. The room is clean and the size is good. The sound proof is good, water pressure is excellent, Smart home service, digital toilet. The soft drink provided in the mini bar are also complimentary. The housekeeper was so nice that she offered to help us in ironing our cloth. Nearby the hotel are surrounded by restaurants, the subway station is less than 100 meters from the hotel. Overall, thumb up with the hotel, location, service is all you will gladly satisfy with.

The staff is very helpful and attentive. They gave us a later checkout time. Utilities are good: restaurant, gym, self laundry, outdoor lounge area (very lovely on the roof) with café. The room is a good size. ¥15 for all you can watch movies, shows, and music for 24 hours. Quite a large selection, good enough of English movies. Large TV. Black-out curtains. A feature that is very rare to see; a full-length mirror. Good counter space. The overall Japanese style decor is very nice. The soundproofing is not good. Got woken up at 5am by a bird. It sounded like it was in the room with us. No shaving kit that husband actually would have liked to use this time. The washroom doesn't have soundproofing either. Overall: a cozy hotel in a convenient location, but soundproofing needs to be improved. Other than that, it would have been very nice to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Innogo. The hotel was modern and clean, just like the pictures. Location was fantastic. 2 subway lines (line 1 and 9) right outside, 7-eleven and several food options next door. Easy walk to shops, food and malls. The railway and customs/border to hong kong just across the road. They gladly stored the luggage for us for 2 days/ 1 night, while we visited hongkong, since we were returning for another day's with the hotel. Front deak was freindly and welcoming. Especially, xiaoxiong who was very helpful with suggestions in enjoying Shenzhen. I would definitely stay at Innogo again when I next visit!

Booked for my boyfriend’s birthday celebration and talked to hotel for a small deco - we received a small cake and fruit platter - which was actually okay and indicated the Reservations team had done their job putting remarks properly. The part we didn’t like was the service during stay - I requested hotel to help pick up, store the cake for me the same time I asked for small deco, they said OK and would let Concierge contact me for this?! I didn’t receive any call or message from them at all! Eventually I had to pick up myself from their takeaway cabinet outside (I was lucky I was at the hotel when cake arrived), if not the cake would have melted in the cabinet. Also when I tried to pass the cake for hotel storage and send to my room (as a surprise)later when we return, 3-4 staff stood there and told me to FIND CONCIERGE or CONTACT YOUR BUTLER SERVICE. I mean, I was not introduced what contact I can use to talk to your butler service during check in, and I dunno where the heck is your concierge. Those staff actually stood there doing nothing , and one of them kinda of offered to help me after I went out of patience. In sum, if you’re looking for place to celebrate birthday, don’t go for this hotel. I’ve never encountered the similar in any other hotels in my life

Booked this for my parents to celebrate their 30th anniversary and was happy to hear that they had a wonderful time. I emailed the hotel ahead of time to ask if they could something special for them and they surprised my parents with a cake! My parents also said the restaurant had an amazing view and was lovely to sit in for dinner and breakfast. Lots of variety for food like seafood. Taste-wise it was average but not bad and worth it for the environment. Thank you again!

Service was good ,places nearby to many shops & shopping malls . Breakfast was good,foods were fresh & varieties however for the buffet dinner is not that good ( Foods mostly were not fresh ) but expensive,I can say it does not match with the Price.And the room is clean however furniture & the room looks old .I expect Wow from this property due to Other ShangriLa property they are doing quite well .

The service was truly exceptional. After I checked out, I realized I had forgotten my battery bank in the room. The hotel arranged to have it sent back to my home. Beyond the great service, the hotel’s location is extremely convenient, directly connected to the metro system, making it easy to explore the city.

Location is super convenient being on top of the subway station. Breakfast were great with good variety of Chinese and Western foods. The front desk manager Derik and his team were extremely professional, helpful and friendly. I dropped my cell phone in the way to breakfast. The staff picked it up and I reclaimed the cell phone within 30 minutes. Really appreciate the efficiency. The gym located in the mid floors are quite nicely equipped. Very convenient for a workout before bed. Though the charging ports located at Basement Car Park are slow. Charging speed was only 3KW rather than the usual 6.3 KW. EV users need to bear this in mind and need to locate alternative quick charging stations as fall back measure. Overall experience is very good.

The condition of our room and executive lounge, breakfast restaurant, location are so good. Especially I have never seen the perfect manager who worked MAR 1 morning. We selected the club floor to stay. However, the club service and product were nothing compared with Lamgham hotel Shenzhen (compared the same date of the price, Four Seasons charged almost double than Langham). The best part of this hotel is only location, nothing else. Of course, service staff are professional and friendly but, the products are not that great at all.

One of the best JW Marriot Hotel I have ever stayed. Overall front desk staff are extremely helpful and caring especially Billy who has served us well. Nice breakfast and good location which is walking distance to MRT station Definetly will come back and stay.

Convenient location. It’s about 4 minutes walk from metro station and just a little further to reach the high speed rail station. Room was clean with modern and tasteful design. View from window was great and bed was comfortable. The shower worked well and bathroom floor was not flooded after shower. Breakfast was surprisingly good in terms of both quality and variety.

Chimelong Hotel is a massive property with only three restaurants. If you stay for more than two nights, like we did, you might find the food variety a bit repetitive, although the dishes are generally delicious. However, the food prices are on the higher side. The rooms are spacious, especially the family room with a king bed and two single beds, which are both comfortable and roomy. While the rooms are somewhat dated and some corners have old dirt, it’s clear that the staff make a concerted effort to keep them as clean as possible. One of the highlights for families is the hotel’s effort to delight children with small surprises, such as cute cartoon designs on toiletries, cups, wall decorations, ceilings, TV panels, cabinets, and slippers. The most impressive feature is the White Tigers Restaurant, where you can enjoy a buffet breakfast while watching two real white tigers, flamingos, and birds around the restaurant. The restaurant is large, and food is replenished promptly, with a good variety of mostly local Chinese cuisine. The management team does an excellent job running such a large restaurant with a significant staff, although there is often a long queue to enter. The hotel provides transport to the wildlife safari park and bird park, and it’s just a 10-minute walk to the circus and theme park opposite the hotel. The check-in and checkout process is smooth, though it typically involves a 15-20 minute wait. Overall, it is a nice family hotel for activities at the three parks. My children enjoyed their stay at this hotel.

A first time visit to Huadu and must stay hotel. Excellent location and walkable distance to Sports World and Hot Miracle Ski world. It's great for first time visit. Also, the Chinese restaurant food is outstanding in taste and presentation. The massage at hotel is also very relaxing. Everyone from young to old enjoyed our family trip.

Decent hotel. Location-wise, It’s within walking distance (20 minute walk) to Vanke Square/the Chinese Opera Museum/Bruce Lee’s home which is a must-see area when in Guangzhou so that’s nice. In the area right outside the hotel, you will see nice European style buildings from back in the 1900s which is also another sightseeing item in Guangzhou. So its a convenient place to hit several tourists spots.   As for the hotel itself, it’s as-expected of a higher level hotel and for the price charged. Nothing impressive in my opinion.  Living in this hotel is more about experiencing history, experiencing this hotel that is the pride of Guangzhou back in the days.

Awesome kid friendly hotel and the breakfast is super good, mascots will come to the table during breakfast time 8:30am. It's highly recommended to take 3 days 2 nights package to fully enjoy the facilities and theme parks!👍🏻 Kids have a lot of funs and laughs here, thank you Chimelong!❤️ We'll definitely come back again!

Stayed in Hilton Guangzhou for 3nights. Checked in was smoothly done & given an upgrade of room due to reserved room not ready when there at about 2pm. Room was spacious and clean. Daily cleaned up were done nicely and happy to return to room in late afternoon with fresh condition space. However, was encountered with a not helpful lobby staff when had an issue with our Didi ride booking, Maybe he could not understand our Chinese words and ignored us. Luckily, another lobby staff approached us and managed to get our ride booking done successfully. Hotel location wise is convenient as there are some small restaurant eataries and shopping mall nearby. Hotel breakfast was good which we reserved on our last day stay. There were a wide spread of local & international food which we enjoyed. Overall, had a good 3nights stay at Hilton. Thank you to all staffs concerned that made our stay a pleasant one:)

Very nice interior and hotel has been very especially taken care of each inventory available in the room,. For instance, toothbrush Two sets are of different colors so if Two persons stays in the same room they can differentiate the same, and even the face Towel / bath Towels are embossed in Two different designs so that one person does not use the other persons Towel if they are staying together!, Just opposite side of East Railway station, so very convenient for traveling via Train station! Basically nice place to stay !

We arrived at the hotel around 15:00hrs , which is the usual time for check in, W hotel have 3 front desk and all are occupied. So we need to wait for 10 minutes.  The receptionist is articulate and very helpful, she even upgrade my room which surprised me a lot! It was my first time to stay at W Hotel.  The concierge helped me book a taxi the next day since I'm rushing to go to South Railway station.  Location is very convenient to all area.  Will definitely come back again!

It an good place to stay especially indian as proximity to indian restaurant like sharmaji & bombay grill etc . Secondly it have mall next door & nearest proximity to various wholesale sale market . Metro station ts toijin is just outside the hotel . Also u get bus to hongkong within the premises Hotel over all service is excellent & i would stay again in this hotel on my next visit

I recently had the pleasure of staying here] and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel's cleanliness. The lobby, rooms, and common areas were all spotless and well-maintained. The kids really enjoyed the kids play area. If intending to use the pool remember to bring swimming caps. The hotel's location was also perfect being connected to a major shopping complex. The surrounding area was safe and vibrant, with plenty of restaurants and shops to explore. But what really made our stay stand out was the exceptional service (shoutout to Kavin!). All staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. And then there was the breakfast - wow! The spread was incredible, with a wide variety of fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, and more. The quality was top-notch and the staff kept everything replenished and tidy. Overall, I highly recommend Renaissance Zhuhai to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. We can't wait to come back!

The check-in-process is very smooth and staff is very professional. The room is quite spacious, we have a queen bed and a small bed for my son. Our bed matress is comfortable but the kid bed is quite hard, is not really recommended unless you place the comforter on the mattress, then is comfortable enough to sleep in. The cleaniless is OK. We did not use the internet as we connect to the foreign website so we use our own mobile and act as a modem. We only ate at the Penguin restaurant. We ate breakfast and dinner at the Penguin restaurant. One of the meal - we paid ourselves, the food that hotel charge is not exactly cheap, BUT they have so much choices and taste pretty delicious. There are so many diners that it is amazing how the staff keep it running efficiently. The hotel is very near to the Ocean world, like walking distance 3 minutes and to go to the spaceship you need to take shuttle, but all is arranged conveniently for the customers. I am very happy with my choice of the trip and highly recommend this hotel.

Marriott Hotel has always been one of our favorite brands, known for its comfort and reliability. This time, we chose it to celebrate a birthday. They acknowledged my request for room decorations via WeChat, but unfortunately, they overlooked the flower delivery. When we checked in, the flowers were still sitting at the concierge, despite my earlier message—it was quite disappointing to see. On a positive note, we appreciated the room upgrade for the birthday occasion. However, the receptionist at night mistakenly mixed up our room key cards with those of another group of friends, which somewhat spoiled the surprise. The room itself was spacious, and we loved the bathtub, although the air conditioning could have been cooler. Overall, while there were some hiccups, we still enjoyed our stay and the special celebration.

The location of the hotel is very accessible and very closed to the Hengqin Port. No matter if you arrive from Hengqin Port (10 minutes) or Hong Kong Zhuhai Macau Bridge (40 mins) , the transportation is still very convenient. The hotel provides a variety of breakfast choices, ranging from traditional Chinese breakfast like congee and dumplings to western styled breakfast particularly freshly-baked bread rolls and scramble eggs.

We had a good time of the stay. The room is spacious and staffs are friendly. But just very crowded when checked in time, which spent almost one hour for 10 persons (3 rooms). And the lift to get up rooms seems not equal with demands. Suggested to have a staff to mange the queue to get in lift, as we waited long time to get in the lift but someones always cut the queue while we were carrying childrens not fast as them. Hope this can be improved.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location at the china-zhuhai border. Since my husband and I need to cross the board every day or every other day, it is a perfect location. You can walk to the underground mall from the hotel and therefore it is another plus. Pricing is reasonable abd offer a veriety of insite restaurants
