Hotel with excellent location, wonderful breakfast with Wi-Fi and the pool that left a little to desire, but it was resolved after request at the reception.
Excellent hotel, taxi in front available, efficient reception but speaking Portuguese and English. Comfortable room with sea view. High quality breakfast and multiple services. Located opposite a very beautiful beach opposite frequented by families and also a lot of rascals..lots of entertainment on the beach
It is 50 meters away from the beach. It is very lively. The hotel is very small and the swimming pool is also very small. The only convenience is that it is close to the beach and has rich nightlife. The hotel accommodation is quite quiet.
Honestly, the experience started out okay. The hotel view is wonderful, the room is spacious, and the air conditioning works perfectly. However, small details during the stay made the experience quite bad.
First, let's start: breakfast. A very mediocre breakfast with few options. The bread all looked like it was ”yesterday's,” the cold cuts and fruits looked bad, and there was no option for cream cheese, for example, just butter and a jam that would kill even non-diabetics because it was so sweet. Furthermore, the breakfast room is too small for the guests' needs, and the staff, in my opinion, is not capable of handling the number of guests. It was a given that every day, the staff had to split their time between three people to refill the coffee, clean the tables, and meet the customers' demands, which, consequently, meant that something was left behind. The balcony coffee area was extremely poorly organized. They put three tables and chairs there, and everything else was forgotten, except for the leaks on the table...
The room, while spacious, had cracks in the ceiling. The shower stall was in a state of disrepair, loose and very easy to injure anyone. Every day we preferred to shower with it ajar to avoid handling it and potentially breaking it and/or injuring ourselves. The bathroom smelled awful, too; it stank of sewage, and on the second-to-last day, we found a dead cockroach next to it...
Regarding the staff, aside from the constant sales attempts, most of them were friendly. Unlike the guests who practically run you over and don't say hello, the staff are polite. But that's okay, just a detail of the type of clientele the Casa Blanca chain attracts.
The biggest problem arose right at the end of my stay. On March 8th, I noticed a white skirt missing from my room, likely removed along with the bedding by the cleaning staff. I immediately reported it to reception, but was told they couldn't check with the appropriate department until the next day.
Today, March 9th, the last day of our stay, we conducted a thorough search, searching our bags, clothes, and every corner of the room, without success. When we questioned reception again, they not only stated that the hotel was not responsible and would not offer any solution, but also asked if I had any proof of what had happened. This was utter disrespect, given that the minimum expected of a hotel is to ensure the safety of guests' belongings during their stay. The establishment's indifference and lack of commitment demonstrate unacceptable neglect.
Bottom line: it's a good hotel due to its location, but it's not the only hotel in the area. It's worth paying more for a place that offers decent coffee and more attention to guests.
Great location for those staying in the hustle and bustle of Fortaleza.
The place has been renovated and has a beautiful rustic/modern decor that I loved.
The breakfast option was incredible and the entire staff was very friendly!
The hotel environment is very good, you can see the sea by the window. The hotel can walk to the beach and cross a road, which can be reached in 5 minutes. The scenery on the beach is good,

GGuest UserLocated a block from the beach, no real view of the ocean. Web page says no parking available, but upon further inquiry learned that 'rotating' parking is available, which means that if you snag a parking spot (valet) on check in and you do not move your car, you're good, but if you use your vehicle you might have lost your spot on return and be forced to find a (very rare) street slot or pay for optional private parking. That is a HUGE deficiency for a 19 story hotel. Room was fine, albeit a bit spartan. Towels were grey from age. Hot water marginal. Shower had slick floor and no hand holds. Wi-fi good. Mini fridge (empty) and safe. A/c worked fine. Staff appeared friendly and forthcoming, but when I requested an additional pillow, the desk clerk said he'd get it done, but never did and there are no instructions on the room phone to call the front desk. Breakfast is ok, but nothing to write home about either (no tapioca, cut up hot dogs instead of bacon or carne do sol, not even a banana, but other fruits, and fresh bread, pao com queixo without queixo . . .) Easy walking distance to the beach and several quality off-beach restaurants, such as Ghellers churrascaria. For someone looking for a reasonably priced and adequate hotel near the beach, this works fine. If needing just an overnight, look further away from the beachfront and be careful about the parking issue if driving a car.
WWorld traveller magmundoI had been to this hotel ,as a guest several times. There were always minor issues with the property, but this last time was the last straw. I had booked my room months ahead, and had requested a high floor ,with double bed, but instead when I arrived, they put me in a room on the first floor ,with single beds. and a view to an electric fence. When entering the room, I could realize issues already. The key card should be put in the slot inside the room to keep the electricity functioning ,however it was not working properly, the power was cut off several times. While having a shower, the electricity was cut off . I had to call someone to come and fix it, eventually someone came to change the whole keycard slot on the wall . The room was extremely rundown ,with an old table ,rusty fridge, and in the toilet there was a leakage on the ceiling, dropping water on the floor, making it quite slippery. Some of the floor tiles were missing as well. By then I had spent most of my time after arrival trying to sort out issues with Hotel. Next morning they moved to the other hotel from the same chain, as an upgrade, but it wasn’t what I was expecting. I expected to stay in the hotel and room that I had originally booked online ,not something else. The whole experience was really annoying and frustrating, I felt totally misled, neglected and taken for granted.
GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at Villa Beija Flor! The property is beautiful, with a peaceful atmosphere, lovely pool area and excellent service. Our room was very comfortable and the bathroom towels were large and of great quality — a nice touch that made our stay even better.
The only small downside was that the pool towels are quite small and there’s an extra charge if you want an additional one. Still, that’s a minor detail compared to everything else — overall, a fantastic place to stay and highly recommended!

JJosé Willamis de OliveiraI enjoyed a very well-locate location of the hotel, some points that could be better with the quality of the rooms, had some mopho marks on the wall in some points, but overall was a very good stay, face of the morning too very good.
GGuest UserAn absolute gem of a hotel in Canoa Quebrada. Everyone is friendly, kind, and helpful. The garden is absolutely beautiful. Breakfast offers many options and is delicious. The room has A/C and is comfortable and quiet. It's also walking distance to the beach and to Broadway. You really can't ask for more when traveling.
