The hotel is cheaply located near many stores and has a private parking right in front of the door. The rather small rooms are well furnished, the bathroom has a bathtub. Air conditioning is not controlable (no tocar). The room was a little bright, but the neighbors were quiet. The reception was unusually closed at 5 p.m. The bar was constantly closed. The with € 6.50 cheap breakfast was quite simple. There was no hot food or normal bread, I wanted milk and butter forgiven.
We are traveling by car, parking is free (parked on the roadside at the entrance of the hotel), the room is spacious, well-equipped, clean and tidy. But there is no toothbrush and toothpaste, this doesn't matter. The key is that the price is cheap and the price is very high. It is convenient and cost-effective for friends who drive. It is very close to the ancient city of Avila and less than an hour away from Segovia. It is recommended.
It is the best-located hotel to walk to the Brgos Cathedral and city centre attractions.
It has a luxurious atmosphere and is a clean hotel.
You have to pay for parking, but you can find free parking around the hotel.
But need to check with the hotel.
The hotel has its own large car park for easy self-driving tour. The hotel is in an excellent location, overlooking the old town of Salamanca. The hotel restaurant service is very good, the breakfast is rich and the quality is high. The ”Spanish sirloin” in the local dinner set is full of heat and meat, which is worthy of special recommendation. The hotel lobby and room cleaning service maintains the brand's consistently high standard and is satisfactory.
More than 2 kilometers from the center, driving is suitable for free parking, breakfast McDonald's is not far away, next to a Burger King and factory shops and shopping malls are next to it, still very convenient, facilities in general, a bit lonely this hotel
Excellent value for money. Located on the outskirts of Salamanca, in Santa Marta de Tormes, about 10 minutes' drive from the university campus, and about 8 kilometers of urban roads. This is a fairly large hotel complex; there is also a campsite with the same property in the complex, and they share some services, such as tennis courts, gardens and swimming pools. The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. There is no parking problem. Good price.
Service is good, breakfast is good, room facilities are little old. Recommend for short stay!

GGuest UserFacilities: The facilities are great, it is on the mountain, if it is convenient to drive by car, parking is free, the parking lot is large, overlooking the entire Segovia Old Town, the scenery is invincible. Breakfast is full.
Hygienic: Why is it very good? The suite is set. There will be a full set of toiletries.
Environment: Environmental landscape invincible
Service: It is urged when checking out the next day, the overall is great
GGuest UserThis hotel is in a beautiful and quiet area in Valle de Sedano, near a waterfall. The hotel itself is quaint and rustic. The staff are very nice and friendly. The younger staff, the young men, speak English, which is really appreciated as it’s not always the case in Spain, and not all of us speak Spanish. The room we were given was a bit smaller than the photos, but still comfortable. The ceilings are low on the top floors, so watch your head.
The only thing I can say negative about this hotel is that there is no parking possible nearby as it it up on a hill with very narrow uphill streets to get there. You have to leave your car at the bottom of the hill outside the village and climb up by foot to the top. Yes, their website stipulates this but not on the Trip.com website. As my husband is a civil handicapped person, we were exceptionally able to arrange to leave our car near the hotel for our short stay, but it was REALLY exceptional. If you are handicapped or mobility reduced, you shouldn’t stay there, unfortunately. Anyway, the drive up to and down from the hotel on those unbelievably narrow maze of streets is really too stressful. I don’t recommend it. But if you are otherwise young and fit, I highly recommend it. It’s peaceful, beautiful, amazing scenery, good food and friendly staff.
GGuest UserPerfect location right on the Plaza Major in Salamanca. Staff friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable. Only problem was we could not get the air conditioning cool enough even with staff coming right up to help us set the temperature controls.
AAnonymous UserUrban hotel, next to the most important pedestrian street in the city, in the center. And close to an area where you can eat the famous pinchos morunos, patatas mixtas and other typical tapas. On the ground floor there is a café and restaurant where breakfast is served for a separate price. Perfect attention from the people at reception, clean and tidy room, comfortable mattress. It includes a smart TV, a small refrigerator, a desk with a kettle, infusions and coffee sachets. Classic bathroom from the 90s, all marble, bathtub and bidet. Only one major complaint, this hotel cannot be four star today, maybe in the 80s/90s. Punched card to enter the room, errors in the flooring and a blind unworthy of a 4-star hotel. Yes, the price is on par with those 4 stars. The fault is not with the workers who were perfect, it is with the business group that runs the hotel, because with two stars it would be a more realistic category
AAroa82We had a great weekend and our pets accompanied us. With a surcharge of 35 euros, they put a bed, a feeder and a drinking fountain.
We slept very quietly without any noise.
Very comfortable bed.

FfonkaThe hotel is beautiful, very clean. Clean room, food There is a lot of breakfast to choose from. Everything is very comfortable. The staff is also good service.
GGuest UserIdeally located when travelling from Bilbao to Portugal. Very clean, large room with comfortable beds. Staff were efficient at the front desk. Did not use the restaurant. Instead, went across the road to Meson del Douro for dinner. Service was quick. If you don’t speak Spanish translate menu online so you know what to order.
AandrewLocTion is fine. Sadly the hotel was not really up to a 3 star standard. Room was small, beds comfy enough but very noisy with squeaks every time you moved. Room didnt look like picture advertised. Out of window was a large extraction flume that covered any view of reat hotel. Generally the room was noisy from outside passers-by and cleaners in the am. The hotel is part of the nest door hostel so not sure if we were put in that sort of room or they all are like this. I have stayed in better hostel rooms. Laundry service not provided but you can use the hostels machines.
Room was generally tired with fixtures around light switches hanging off and yellow water stains in bath tub.
HHongquanlaoshiVery simple and tasteful hotel, diagonally opposite the cathedral, the location is very good, it is a former castle transformed, the hotel's door is not big, but the interior is very spacious, there are two glass-top dining halls. The rooms are also very nice and antique, and the facilities are perfect. The service of the hotel is also very good, the reception staff is very enthusiastic and answer all questions. In short, this hotel is very cost-effective and worth recommending.
AAnonymous UserI really like this hotel. It was converted from a monastery. The design is great and the management is first-class. The room is large and the breakfast is pretty good. Children under 4 years old need to pay breakfast and per capita fee, totaling 30 Euros.
