The hotel is well located with the train station & shopping near by. It has only 1 restaurant. The hotel probably expect the guests to make use the abundant f & b in the surrounding area. The rooms are comfortable but the furniture is abit old and loose fitting. The staff was friendly and helpful although their understand of English is quite low. Overall, I enjoyed my 4 nights stay and will probably use the same hotel if I am in the Mito ( Ibaraki) area.

I slept well in a beautiful room! I am satisfied with the charger and the air purifier. It was good that the hot spring facility was adjacent and I put it in for free, but it was a little disappointing because the shampoo and conditioner provided were bottles and rinse-in shampoo. And the stairs were not structurally possible, but it was a little difficult. The breakfast was very delicious! The staff was also very kind. Thank you very much.

The hotel has a beautiful environment, complete hot spring facilities, and excellent environmental cleanliness. The service staff are enthusiastic, friendly and helpful. They also provide high-quality free coffee bar services and table tennis activities. There are also free transportation services between stations and hotels, which is extremely high-quality. Hot spring club. During this stay, it snowed again one day, and the snow fell heavily, making the hot spring resort even more charming under the snowy scenery.

I live on the 4th floor. I see the rooftop of the quarantine building when I go out of the hotel window. I will see someone eating smoke on the rooftop. I can call it a smoker. It feels too safe! The wall is so thin, it is easy to hear the isolation room talking. Although the hotel staff is not very good in English, they try their best to solve it with Google translate!
