Staying at this hotel was truly a pleasant experience because of its location! It's close to the North Station, and the room was clean and tidy. The bedding was soft and comfortable, so I slept soundly. The view from the window was lovely; I woke up to sunshine and birdsong in the morning. The staff were warm and attentive, always ready to answer any questions. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and tasted great. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!
Lift didn’t work when I arrived , the next day they got it fixed . But the day I arrived after a long journey I had to carry two of my bags two floors . Than air conditioning was not working. I had to keep the windows open to get donevfreg and cool air otherwise it was suffocating
But the room size was decent , it was near to railway station, it had good halal food nearby and room was clean
The hotel itself is pretty nice. The rooms are spacious and clean and the breakfast was nice too. Brussels as a city is not something I enjoyed- there were lots of homeless people around the hotel at night time. At a point while coming from station to the hotel at night, I felt like I might get mugged. Nothing against the hotel though - the hotel is great.

The hotel itself is great- clean rooms, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. It’s a good value for the price.
However, the area around it isn’t safe. There are often strange or aggressive people hanging around who act erratically, especially at night. Just be cautious if you’re walking in the area.
Still, if you’re mainly there to just sleep calmly, the hotel delivers.

Location is great, on walking distance from Louise metro station. The price quality ratio is good. Room for improvement: the toilets downstairs in the lobby area are very smelly, the toilet paper in the rooms are harsh like carton, there are no TV’s in your room (while Citybox Antwerp does have), the windows cannot fully open in your room and there are no cleaning services if you stay multiple days. It would be helpful to have some self-service kits available (cleaning spray etc) to clean your room yourself (especially the floor is dirty). The concept of the food machines in the lobby is a good idea but the machines was mostly empty and the choices are all very basic processed food choices (not suitable for a proteine rich, glutenfree diet).
We arrived at the hotel quite late at night, so we had to ring the doorbell at the entrance. A friendly staff member promptly came to assist us and helped us with the check-in process.
Once we got to the room, we were pleasantly surprised — the room was very spacious, and the bathroom was equally large. The hot water was excellent, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable.
One of the highlights was the beautiful view from the room — we had a clear view of Brussels Central Station, which was especially charming at night.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The room, the facilities, and the service all exceeded our expectations.

The location is great, very close to the Grand Place and the train station. For a hotel in this price range in Europe, the rooms are quite spacious. The front desk has a charming European decor, but the soundproofing of the room windows could be better.
Love the room and kitchen and private parking , but they inflexible about 11 am check out.
Late 1 hour cost u €25 it’s crazy . Other hotel just charge €10 per hour or can free check out still at 12noon .
The middle age man very nice and friendly at customer service but just very stricth in late check out. They cleaning woman will knock ur room by 11 am.

GGuest UserFacilities are old with smell in room and hall. Fitness is public one full of people and air quality is bad. Room bathroom is very small and lounge opening hours are short 16:00 to 20:00 and beverages and alcohol options are limited. Food in lounge is also very simple. Breakfast is quite good comparing to other services.
MM432829****The hotel is clean and tidy, with an excellent location just 200 meters from the Manneken Pis and near the Grand Place in Brussels. As with other European hotels, toiletries and slippers are not provided. The soundproofing in the room isn't great, and the flushing sound at night was a bit loud. Aside from that, everything else was very satisfactory.

AAnonymous UserHere are some details that the hotel could manage better:
1. Water pressure not strong enough
2. Only 4 hanger hooks on the bathroom door, not enough and far to get the clothes after shower.
3. Artist decor shelves look cool, but not practical for travellers. We need a work desk instead. The tea table is too small for two people to dine, and not even great for doing work. Socket is far, and you will need a 2-3m cable to connect your it to your laptop in the sofa area.
4. Check in process took an hour to be done, but there is no chair for the check-in costumer. The city tax was mistakenly collected. When I showed the prepaid proof, I was asked to send an email to the company to ask for file an investigation. Later in 15mins, I got immediately refund after I asked of if I should contact my travel agent. The room keycard failed to access the first room. It took the receptionists to figure out the solution and I got a new card for another room in 15mins. The efficiency was very low and not smooth at all.
5. We went back to the room after feeling cold stepping out of the hotel around 10am. Later found out two housekeepers started to vacuum the floor and clear the bathroom. We wanted to change our clothes and use the toilet, but they don’t understand. The lady went in and out the bathroom showing impatience and long face. We felt disrupting their work, and we could only get changed in front of the housekeepers in the living room and excuse the lady to let us use the toilet.
6. I once swam in a pool with more than 20 people. It was super crowded. What’s the point of making appointment of using the pool?
Besides of the aforementioned, there are still something I like.
+ There are not many hotels offer pool in Brussels. This hotel has a cool pool on the rooftop with sun baths on each side, and wonderful city view in the both sides of terrace. The pool design is great.
+ Check in place is in the 2nd floor, bigger than in the lobby of the building. The bar, waiting area and 4 check-in desks are connected in the same area.
+Quick lift - It will bring you directly to the floor you press for
+The basic room is very spacious and cosy. I enjoyed my stay here. Very quiet all day.

GGuest UserSpacious room and really comfy bed and pillows. Unfortunatley, free bottled water is not provided in the room so bring your own if you dont drink tap water and/or spend on the mininbar.
Breakfast is decent with good quality food but the variety is a bit limited.
Staff is nice and friendly.
Location may not be ideal for tourist as the hotel locates in a business districts.
If you go by tram to reach the hotel, it's better to alight at Rogier and avoid the North Station which is quite shady and not the safest spot in this beautiful city.
GGuest UserPlus:
The room is really big. So is the bed. It is so big that makes me think as if it is king size bed to house politicians or prime minister from the 80s, 90s.
There is heating both in the room and in the shower
There is air con set in the room( but I didn't try to see if it works)
This hotel is located less than 10 mins walk from Brussels north station
Minus
The room look really old. May be 90s, if not 80s.
There is no carpet on the floor. It is really clean but it is really cold to step on. Bring your own slippers.
The room is dim. And some lights were spoilt.
Even if was told it is a non smoking room, the room has lingering smoking smell. Someone smoked in this room before. I told the front desk, he said he will check but when I return from the city , the smell is there still.
The bathroom has some odd smell. May b smell of roaches, or roaches in the pipes.
The shower curtain smell of mould and damp cloth/ damp laundry.
The heating stop around 2am. May b there is max amount of heating one room could use. Make sure you time your heating usage carefully.
The wall is really thin. You can hear when someone is around the lift, going towards their room or what next door is up to.
I can hear everything happening outside, on the street, from police car n siren rushing up and down, to people wondering on the street, their conversation. I don't feel safe here. I can't relax and sleep.
I don't like the paper cup given together with coffee and the place to brush teeth. May be the hotel suffer too often from being stolen . But that make the hotel rating dropping from 1star hotel to guest house.
The toilet spoilt in the middle of the night and you can hear water flowing all night. Need to maneuver with the old school toilet pull button .
I appreciate the effort they maintain it but personally I don't like it. unless you have really early bus or train to catch, and is on a shoe string budget then it is your choice.

KKate ThomCheck-in is 3pm and we arrived at 3pm but the room was only ready at almost 4pm. The story was that it was cleaned already but ”awaiting inspection”. We were handed 2 bar coupons with a blithe apology in rapid fire French for our 50 min wait.
The vacuuming in the room left much to be desired. When we got into the room on the 1st day, there was a pistachio at the side of the bed. My sister's dust allergy was triggered throughout our 4 day stay.
When we opted for housekeeping on the 3rd of the 4 days we stayed, the same pistachio remained there after the cleaning staff were done. Towels and bed linens were refreshed but the coffee/tea and bathroom amenities were not.
If you choose the Deluxe twin room like we did, please note that the room is 24 metre square and there is only room to open up one medium sized suitcase on the ground. Our other suitcase had to be accessed via the wardrobe which was spacious enough to keep the 2nd suitcase in.
Location wise, it's ideal and a stone's throw from Grand Place - the historic city centre, and many shops and good brasseries. It's a 10 min uphill walk from the hotel to the nearest train station called Brussel Centraal / Bruxelles-Midi which will bring you straight to the Brussels Airport in 17 min on the direct train (1st class carriage €12.10).
The buffet breakfast is plentiful and of good quality (with eggs cooked to order) in a nice space with a courtyard view crewed by pleasant staff fluent in English.
The bar has a relaxing ambience with an outdoor view and affordable drinks. My guide is always how much the increasingly rare digestif liqueur Chartreuse Verte costs. It was €14 per pour. Note : You get a free coupon for a soft drink/coffee/beer/wine if you pass up on room cleaning. If you have a short stay, you should as there wasn't much cleaning done.
AAnonymous UserThe room is spacious, clean and the beds are comfortable. Staff are friendly too ! On this level that we stayed, there is a gym and sauna room too. We really enjoyed our stay here. Will stay in this hotel again if were to travel to Belgium again.
Highly recommended if you are looking for a good place to rest and easy travelling to places like Grand Place, Mont des Art, Brussels North Train Station, etc.
This hotel is also near to the station Rogier, it is within walking distance. Hence, it is easy to travel to other places. Many shops and eateries nearby.
There is a beautiful Starbucks nearby too. Do have a cup of coffee there and enjoy. If you are looking for soup noodles, you must try Pho Pho opposite Thon Hotel. The noodles and soup are very tasty!

SShaogangSunThe interior design of the hotel features a mid-century style. Both the public areas and the guest rooms are very clean and well maintained—credit to the housekeeping team for their excellent work.
However, the front desk service needs significant improvement. Upon arrival, there seemed to be an issue with the front desk computer system. The only staff member on duty was clearly aware that guests were waiting to check in, yet she did not even look up. Instead, she kept her head down and muttered to herself for a full five minutes without acknowledging anyone.
At check-out today, I asked another front desk staff member for a receipt (or any document confirming that the room charges had been fully settled). Her attitude was extremely rude, and she bluntly told me that they had no right to provide such a document, not even by email. I would simply like to say to this front desk lady: please do not treat guests like they are ignorant. After I firmly explained that I needed proof of the deposit refund, she finally and reluctantly printed the document for me.
The front desk staff at the Hilton Brussels clearly require better training. Unfortunately, this seems to be a common issue in Europe—even at high-end hotels, service staff are often poorly trained.
