The hotel is located in the very center of Yerevan. There is everything you need for an overnight stay (including a glass for a brush). Very friendly staff.
The buffet breakfast is good. Varieties of food are served and everyday the main dish is different.
The room is always clean with daily supply of water and toiletries. Location is nice and quiet also. The only problem I experienced is wifi connection. No connection at all in my room (318), though I didn’t request for a room transfer.
New modern hotel, very clean, everything sparkles, they clean every day. The room has a kettle, tea, cups and an iron with a board. Comfortable beds, SmartTV.
The location is quite convenient, on the edge of the city center, right next to Kond. Nearby is a 24-hour City store. There are many cafes in the city, a 5-minute walk from the restaurant street Saryan.
I didn't like that the reservation indicated a room ”Superior with a balcony and a king-size bed”, they put me in a regular one without a balcony and 2 pushed together beds without any comments. In my wishes, I asked for a high floor (the hotel has 6 floors), they put me on the 3rd. I asked for a higher floor - they answered that you have a good view from the window (apparently, this was sarcasm), opposite the window there is a house). Of course, they were not obliged, but I don't think it was not possible, the aftertaste remained.
A great option for spending the night near the airport (15 minutes by taxi), and very close to the center of Yerevan. Upon arrival, they prepared dinner especially for us, for which special thanks! The room is clean, cozy, the beds are comfortable, everything you need was found. It was a bit noisy in the evening: the phone was constantly ringing, someone was talking, the children were crying, but this did not prevent us from falling asleep after a tiring flight. We recommend it!
Good hotel, good value for money. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with daily variations. Location is nice and close to the city centre.
Yerevan 4 nights, 2 nights at Marriott and 2 nights at Holiday
Bedding is definitely good at Marriott and the room is spacious
Twin room bed is a single bed, so it feels cramped
Breakfast is generally okay
Location is good, right next to Republic Square
There are many restaurants and marts around
One of the most wonderful hotels in Yerevan in terms of location, high-end service, room size and service. Its location is close to all the important things in the center of the capital.
Together with my daughter, I arranged a room with a large bed and a balcony. This hotel has toiletries, cleaning every day, plenty of hot water, bathrobes, bath towels and towels changed every day, and 2 bottles of water every day. There is also bottled water in the restaurant during breakfast. , get it for free, which is better than Ibis, which only has 2 bottles a day. The breakfast is also very good, with a rich variety, including juice, coffee, yogurt, soup, eggs, etc., all delicious.
The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful, making it a pleasant stay.
Disadvantages: The price of the local hotel may be high. It is a very ordinary hotel. The room becomes smaller after adding a bed. There is no sofa as shown in the picture. It is difficult to open two suitcases.
Advantages: It is convenient to go out. The landmark is a few minutes away. There is a girl at the front desk who tries to communicate with you in simple Chinese she learned by herself. She is sincere and gentle. 90% of the high score of this hotel is because of her sincerity. Thank you.

Great
EElizabethI’ve never written a bad hotel review ever in my life, but unfortunately, here it goes. It’s a shame since other past reviews are very positive, but I need to be frank and honest about my experience and will be diving the ratings according to subcategories so that it is fair, since some aspects of the stay were great and some not so much.
Check in process: 2 stars
This is not the ‘typical’ hotel entrance where the lobby is on the ground floor. The floor in which you enter is 1/f. The floor of the hotel is 4/f, but this is clearly stated as a signage at the entrance (see photo attached).
Upon arrival, I went towards the hotel entrance . There, I stood in front of an operating system, where guests would need to enter the hotel using a key fob. Of course, I wouldn’t have this key fob at hand at check in. There are no clear instructions in any language above the operator stating how you should call the receptionist using the operator to open the door for you (refer to attached photo). Thankfully, a passerby was kind enough to help me call the receptionist and asked her to open the door for me. It is also better to have mobile data at hand so you can communicate with the staff via whatsapp text/call if you cannot enter, since I think this is the faster means of communicating with guests.
When I checked in, I explained my confusion to entering the building. I told the receptionist lady that I couldn’t enter since there are no instructions in any language above the operator. She then had the audacity to tell me that there ARE indeed instructions above the operator im English, and I should have followed it. Again, the photo I attached shows no such instructions, so I do not comprehend what she is talking about at all.
Upon departure, I voiced out these issues, and the more reasonable receptionists said that they usually send these check in details via email, though I had not received such email(s).
Noise level and disturbance: 2 stars
My room had really thin walls and you can easily hear people passing through in the hallway. I got to a room with a balcony and up until 2 am, I still continuously heard 2 women talking loudly non-stop in the room next to me. To attempt to put a halt to this, I called the receptionist using the calling button thrice in my room, since the initial receptionist lady who checked me in said they provided 24 hour service, and to my dismay, no one bothered answering me.
I had to personally take matters into my own hands and asked them to keep it down.
Room and amenities: 5 stars
In terms of amenities provided within the room and how it was renovated and all, it deserves 5 stars. It was clean and the amenities provided were plentiful for a short stay.
YYilafuThis is a hotel run by a Chinese. There are Chinese signs at the front desk, but the front desk staff are not Chinese. I went there in the middle of the night. After a simple exchange of words and showing my passport, they checked me in. I guess I can still chat in Chinese during the day. The room is on the third floor, a loft with a sloping roof. There is a skylight above the bed, which can be opened. It's a bit fun.
I didn't take pictures of the hotel, so here are some art works that the National Gallery doesn't allow you to take pictures of. Yerevan is very nice and I will go there again.
AAnastasiiaChisWe have never been treated so well in any hotel in the world. Service 10/10. Very respectful attitude, it's embarrassing. They offer to call a taxi, give you water for the road, if you go to a nearby restaurant and it's raining outside, they'll even give you an umbrella for the evening. Breakfast has everything you need. The only thing is that the mattress is not a double, but two singles, they move apart, but that's been the case in all hotels lately, so it doesn't matter.
Aanton_tochilovA great option for spending the night near the airport (15 minutes by taxi), and very close to the center of Yerevan. OOlgaArrived at 3 am. They put me in a room where someone was sleeping 😀 . About 30 minutes later they gave me a room. Everything is clean. No extra smells. The guys at the reception during the day are adequate. I wrote everything in advance, it is unpleasant to wait so much at night (for this I took off 1 star). In the room there is a minibar, tea and coffee, a kettle. A robe. In my room for two there was 1 tiny shampoo, 1 tiny shower gel and soap, a toothbrush. A room for two! It was possible to put this for two at least. Total: it takes about 25 minutes to get there by taxi for 1600 money. The bus is 2 km from the hotel. It is not the center. In general, I liked the hotel, good attitude, clean, large rooms. I recommend it. There is also breakfast, I did not try it. Oh! There is a terrace on the 7th floor, a gym.
OOMGitsJassyThis is my second review for this hotel, first one is that they send us to other hotel, but after returning here the next day almost everything was fine, room was super pretty, had a small balcony and a window, small kitchen even microwave, it was new and clean, shower was fine, staff was friendly, manager treated us with wine and fruits. Only minus was the poor breakfast that we were unable to digest first 2 days then didn't eat at all and that during one week stay they never changed our bedsheets...overall experience was good, thanks for your effort and please improve we will come again.
GGuest UserExcellent hotel in the very center of the city. The staff is attentive and responsive, all questions and problems are solved quickly and efficiently. Located on the 7-10 floors of the building. Rooms for every taste from a hostel to apartments. Very clean everywhere. Good full breakfast including scrambled eggs and omelette. Convenient coworking area and dining area where you can take a break and/or work. We stayed in an apartment on the 10th floor, large and spacious. The room had robes and slippers, which was very nice, a full kitchen, large living room and bedroom. Designed for 4 people. Literally around the corner from the hotel there is a supermarket and even a 24-hour supermarket 250 meters away. There are many different restaurants, cafes, taverns, etc. around.
