"This is the smartest hotel we stayed in from Chengdu to Zuogong. There is no need to use room cards to scan faces to enter the room. All devices are controlled by voice. The room is equipped with a massage chair, which relieves the fatigue of the journey from Batang to Zuogong. The room is clean and tidy, and is equipped with two wireless charging stations. The only drawback is that the laundry room is a bit cold. Maybe there are fewer waiters working during the Spring Festival. The three young ladies at the front desk are very enthusiastic and have a good attitude. My husband has a little altitude sickness, and the young man helped with the luggage. He also prepared snacks when I went out in the morning. It was very thoughtful. If I come to Zuogong next time, I will choose to stay here again."

"The most comfortable living at the same price in Tibet for a few days.
The oxygen inhalation configuration is very good. The bedding is very comfortable. Miss Qu Zhen at the front desk was super good. She ran up and down the humidifier to help change it. She found a hanger for us. She saw that a child added a pillow to us. The little girl is also beautiful, she always smiles when she meets, and she looks very good when she looks at it!
The restaurant on the top floor is very good, the food is fast and the charge is reasonable. It just rained on the day I arrived, I didn't want to go out anymore, dinner was settled in the restaurant, and breakfast was served the next day. If it is not raining, eat breakfast on the balcony outside the restaurant and see the mountain view is very comfortable.
The hotel has breakfast for the guests, and I am stupid to redeem Trip.com points for ～."

Service: When I checked in, the front desk didn't understand what room type we set. The mobile phone showed her the reservation content and read it, but gave the wrong room card.
Environment: There is no window, there is a vent near the roof and the corridor, if you want to not die in the room at 3700 altitude, you have to open the corridor window.
At two o'clock in the night, the front desk took a team of people to stay. There was no prompt that other residents on this floor needed to be quiet. A team of people lived in two rooms, located on the right and opposite us. The front desk allowed them to open the door to talk. I will say that I will go downstairs to eat, and I will say that two people will not go to bed. I will go downstairs in less than ten minutes after noisy. Come back at three o'clock and continue to chat with the door open.
We were very serious because of the high reaction, we were noisy and couldn't sleep, we knocked on the door, and politely said that we hoped they would keep their voices down.
