Clean and tidy. There is a large terrace near the sea, and the restaurant also has floor-to-ceiling windows with a view. The location is quite good. The service is warm and professional. The hotel is a bit old, but it is well maintained and does not look old. The only drawback is that although there is a kettle on the table, I couldn't find a socket after searching around. In short, the cost performance is very high, and it is a comfortable and pleasant stay experience.

The hotel is relatively old, but it is near the highway entrance. There are not many choices for breakfast in the hotel, but the staff is quite enthusiastic. The front desk can speak English, but the housekeepers do not understand English. It takes 15-20 minutes to drive to Portimao. It is recommended to go to the Portimao pier to buy a ticket directly to go to the sea, or drive another half an hour to the more beautiful Lagos beach.

Great location for Faro central. Near lots of shops, restaurants and places of interest. Good choice of breakfast available from 6:30am-midday. Lovely spacious rooms and large balcony. Free air on and tea making facilities in room. Towels and basic toiletries provided also a hair dryer. Only downside is they didn’t have a pool 😪

Booked this hotel for a weekend getaway with my partner and we had an excellent experience. The onsite facilities were top-notch, from the relaxing spa to the suites. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast – it offered a wide variety of options, ensuring we had plenty of choices to start our day. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable escape.

This is our third visit. We love it. The staff are so friendly and efficient. It is well located in Olhao, very clean and all the facilities function very well. The beds are very comfy, the breakfast is fairly priced. We cannot fault it.

Beautiful hotel which was spotless clean. As an all inclusive booking the only access to food post 6pm was evening meal and felt missing access to snacks in the evening. Very relaxed and laid back setting where nothing was a rush. Maybe some.music in and arou d the pool.area during the day and access to more evening entertainment with games or alternative to jusy the band that were playing would have been good. Overall a pleasant stay and loved the room size and walk in shower

Lovely hotel and stunning location and very easy to get to local town and beaches etc. However, left down by sometimes poor and inconsistent service from staff that you wouldn’t expect in a 5* hotel. A lot of the staff had poor English and at times communicating with them was difficult and stressful.

Former Porta Nova Hotel since 2017 completely remodeled. Free breakfast, free Sauna and Turkish bath, free indoor and outdoor pool makes this place a bargain if you can get reasonable rates (65€ we paid per night). Buffet dinner 29€/Person + drinks is overpriced (local restaurant dinner incl. drinks is 15-20€/Person) Breakfast buffet has huge selection, made to order eggs and stuff is a real plus. Parking (still) free (incl. the roadside). Very nice personell all over - high recommened for Tavira! I recomend ”Restraurante O Simao” in residential area

The room is large, the air conditioner is powerful, and the kitchen utensils are all available. There is a direct view of the pool and a perfect sea view from the room. It only takes 3.5 to take a taxi from the train station, and there is a very large beach when you go out, and you can enjoy the entire sea view exclusively. The staff is very friendly, you can pay according to whether you want to eat breakfast or not, because of personal reasons, I failed to check out on time and was delayed by 15 minutes, and no one reminded me, and there was no extra charge.

The location is 4, if you're not a rental car or a car user, you're not accessing it. It's not easy. Two-story structure The first floor is a living room and kitchen The second floor is used as a bedroom. It's a place where I stayed for a while because of the street while moving, It's a place that I can't rest after staying for a long time. There are tables and sunbeds in the individual yard, which is a good place to rest.
