Been with this hotel 3 times already. This so far is not the best experience. I ask for a non-smoking room but the toilet has a really strong cigarette smell. The lifts also were defective (July 26-27) but they opted not to assign any personnel to assist the guests to help. The lifts reset every time they open. It loses the floor you pressed so you will just go up and down without reaching your destination. No signage no anything. So you need to figure it out for yourself. The toilet badly needs renovation but the power sockets are the most I like here because they have universal sockets so you don't have to worry you forgot your adapter. Breakfast Is too average, they need to be creative. Coffee & cakes are good as well as the peanuts in the Nasi Lemak section.

Room rate is affordable. Spacious room with big beds, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast also had plenty choice of food and was charged RM30 instead of the published rate RM40 per person. Hotel also provided convenient parking at the basement.
Requested for a room near lift but was given very far from lift (Room 917). Front desk staff was kinda new and probably overlooked the request.
The towels given was rather thin and felt like old cloth (rough). Perhaps can replace with a soft and thick comfortable towels.
Other than that, all is fine. Will come back for business trip later.

Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. Rooms are very spacious at 19th floor. As per our request, rooms are near to the lift. Thank you. Breakfast has variety of spread. Guess it is okay.
Would like to feedback and suggestions to the hotel. Rain shower in the bathroom are good but waste a lot of water. May be can install normal shower heads too? The toilet floor is pretty slippery for our elderly parents. May be install hand bars for prevent fall would be good for elderly folks. Thank you.

Spacious and value for money hotel. Breakfast was awesome. However the location was a bit far from everywhere. The worst part was the condition of the room. The hot water knot for the shower literally drops out every single time I use it. I hope the management of the hotel can look into every room to repair the faulty facilities. This is definitely not the standard of a 4- star hotel should have.
Very convenient location.
Breakfast is functional but there is a long queue. It was really crowded as mentioned by the hotel information.
When asked for a late check out, the service crew responded straight forwardly ”there will be a 50% room charge if after 1 pm.”
Room was ok and clean. Functional.
The lobby was small, so very crowded during peak hours.
We headed to R&F link bridge from CIQ-City Square mall right after we were informed check-in is available around 2pm+. We were quite disappointed with the long walk with breakage of the link bridge due to RTS construction works ongoing. The long climbs of stairs down then up to the continuation link bridge is rather a hassle especially for guest who carries luggage as we have seen along the way. Luckily we only carried light backpack as we only stay for one night.
The procedure of checking in to R&F Princess Cove is rather simple by following a step-by-step instruction via WhatsApp. The unit assigned to us is at B1-1 Block on the 33rd floor. It was right after the rain stopped when we reached. There is a broken-handle window along the corridor hence not properly closed. The heavy rain has actually poured onto the corridor flooring and we almost slipped as we didn’t see the patch of water. The unit assigned to us was according to our request (away from lift, non-smoking & high floor).
The unit we should say, is well maintained, clean and really nice!!! The only flaw is that the seaview is not as expected (only a slant opening seaview perhaps). The only bedroom ceiling light cum fan is great. However, the bedroom entrance downlight electrical point is tied to the ceiling light cum fan which the entrance downlight can’t be switched off when the fan is in operation during sleep….anyway, we turned on the aircon thereafter in order not to be affected by the glaring bedroom entrance downlight. Even there are 2 pillows each, they are rather too soft and we couldn’t sleep well. Apart from the above, we enjoyed very much at the Living and Kitchen areas where we watched TV drama & having our meals. The next morning while heading out to walk around the premises, a pale stale stink smell from the rubbish chute on our level can be smelt while waiting for the lift to go down……
The exterior environment of R&F Princess Cove (phase 2) is comfortable especially on the 8th floor where gardens, swimming pool, gym, viewing deck, jogging track and link bridge to R&F mall are resided. One thing to praise is that R&F Princess Cove has friendly, nice security guards and staffs who have communicated via WhatsApp, thumbsup!
Overall we think it is good to stay provided the CIQ to R&F Princess Cove link bridge is complete.
Walking distance to mid valley shopping mall . You can also drive to mid valley shopping mall easily as it is just opposite the Opero hotel. The gym also 24 hours fitness and it will be good for people who want to go gym anytime . Morning buffet price is RM 85 and feel not really worth it as they did not replenish some of the food when the food finish.

It was a memorable and enjoyable stay for us, and given the location of the hotel, it was so convenient! Right next to zenith, crossing the road would lead you to komtar and city square. Food and shopping within minutes. Hotel staff are very polite, and amenities such as the gym (very spacious and well equipped) were well maintained. Mattresses were soft and comfortable as well. Would recommend this hotel for couples looking for a quick getaway. Too bad I didn’t take many photos as I was busy enjoying myself. Attach photos are of the club lounge and view of street.

GGuest UserRequired to pay for the parking within the hotel. RM7.50 per night. Therefore I didn't give 5 marks for the service. The parking should be free or at least come with sheltered carparks, as there were bird shits found on my car.
Location is ideal. Opposite the hotel had rows of eateries and convenience shops. Easy to get food and necessities.

Very Good
阝阝東氵又丰一止Visited Sand and Sandals on a weekday and was immediately taken in by the peace and tranquility of the entire resort, maybe cause there's only 12 guests during our stay.
the entire resort is full equipped for adults and children, from gym to pool to game rooms and in house restaurants.
the gym is rather simple, could do with better air conditioning and supply of gym towels for guests use.
the pool is fantastic with features and a full length for proper swimming.
rooms are huge and clean, the aircon is strong but takes time to cool down though.
hotel service is excellent. staff are friendly and always ready to help.

GGuest UserEverything was ok except the bbq pit was expensive.
We don't know we must book the pit at the coffee house as there are no signage. But when we bbq halfway, then the security came over said we must book the pit. When i went over to book, then i was shocked the bbq pit was more expensive than the room, but the package came with 1 ice cube box with ice cube, few soda drinks and mineral water and Chilli source.
MMohd Fariz Abd LatiffMy short staycation with my familiy before the school starts. Almost 1 year we did not stay here due to some previous experiences during my wife pregnancy but as we've missed so much the place we booked again and we had a great time there.
GGuest UserStayed here for a short getaway and overall had a great time, especially if you’re coming with kids or as a family.
👍 What we liked:
• Vibrant atmosphere: True to the Hard Rock brand — fun, lively, and music-themed.
• Direct access to Adventure Waterpark: A huge plus! Easy entry for hotel guests.
• Comfortable rooms: Clean, modern, and spacious. Rock-inspired decor adds a fun touch.
• Friendly staff: Warm and helpful service throughout.
• Kids-friendly activities: From the pool to guitar rentals, lots to keep them entertained.
👎 What could be better:
• Breakfast variety: Decent but could use more local options.
• Elevators can be slow during peak hours.
• Limited food options in walking distance unless you head into the waterpark or drive out.
⭐ Verdict: 4/5
Great spot for a short family escape with a cool vibe. Especially worth it if you’re combining with the waterpark. Just manage expectations for dining and some minor inconveniences.

TTravel is an investmentI had a 5-night stay at this hotel, and for the most part, everything was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall service from check-in to housekeeping was consistent and professional.
However, I found the breakfast selection quite limited, especially when compared to nearby hotels. A wider variety would certainly improve the overall guest experience.
Unfortunately, on my final night, there was a leakage issue in my room. I was exhausted and looking forward to rest, but had to pack up and move to another room late at night. While the staff did assist with the room change, the inconvenience left a disappointing end to an otherwise good stay.
I hope the hotel can improve on breakfast variety and conduct regular room maintenance checks to prevent such issues. With those improvements, it has great potential for a much better guest experience.
