The room was very clean and cozy, which made it wonderfully relaxing after long days of temple hopping. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained, and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. The pool was also beautiful and quiet, perfect for an afternoon cool-down. A lovely, peaceful place to unwind.

A comfortable hotel with a large, green territory. Each room has access to a garden or a terrace (for second-floor rooms). The rooms are spacious and bright. Many rooms feature a stone bath and a shower. The hotel isn't brand new, but it's well-maintained. The mattresses and pillows are quite comfortable, and the linens and towels are fresh (towel change and water replenishment daily, while bed linen change and cleaning are upon request). The front desk staff are attentive and responsive; they never refused to help! There's construction happening outside the hotel right now, which can be quite noisy at times! The staff really try their best to ensure your comfortable stay! If you don't plan on spending the entire day at the hotel, it won't affect you much! The hotel breakfasts are quite varied and hearty. The chef cooks well, and all the main items are available. Lots of fruit, pastries, and yogurt! Overall, I had a pleasant impression of the hotel and the people who strive to make it better! The room felt airy and generously sized, soft lighting, and a fresh, clean scent that made it immediately inviting. The staff were warm and attentive, greeting guests with genuine smiles and making early check-in possible as soon as rooms were available. The location was hard to beat, right in the middle of a lively area packed with restaurants, cafés, bars, shops, and banks just steps away. We only had a difficulities to connect with the hotel Wi-Fi during our stay.

I arrived at the hotel around 1:30 PM and completed the check-in process. The official check-in time was 2:00 PM, and they gave me the room about 5–10 minutes after that. During that time, they mentioned the room was still being cleaned. Normally, housekeeping should be finished by check-in time, so it felt a bit delayed. That said, since it was only a short wait, it wasn’t a big issue—I just wanted to mention it. The hotel is located slightly outside the central area, but I actually see this as an advantage. It’s in a quieter and more peaceful neighborhood, away from the crowds. At the same time, the center is still within walking distance—about 1 to 1.5 kilometers. If you rent a motorbike or don’t mind walking, the location works very well. I liked the hotel overall. It is well-maintained and not old or worn out. The surroundings are green, and the landscaping is nicely done. My room was also very nice—spacious and located in a quiet area. One downside was the TV. It was not a smart TV and did not show any channels at all, which I would consider a negative point. Other than that, the air conditioning worked properly, and the bed was very comfortable. Personally, I liked this hotel. Would I stay here again? Yes, I would. I cannot comment on the breakfast since I didn’t try it. There is parking available, so if you rent a motorbike, you can park it easily. For this price range, I found the hotel to be very good and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend it. I really liked this hotel. The staff were caring and friendly, there's a pool, and the room was cleaned daily. It's located in a quiet area, about a 10-15 minute walk to Pub Street. The only thing that bothered me was that when I returned late from a massage, I had to walk through dark streets in some places, and it felt a bit scary being alone. Initially, there were mosquitoes in the room, but I mentioned it at reception, and they treated the room while I was out. When I returned, there were no mosquitoes and no lingering smell from the treatment.

If you are looking for a beautifully relaxing retreat with a wonderful boutique feel, this hotel is an absolute gem. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the incredibly warm and friendly atmosphere. The entire team truly exemplifies ”service with a smile,” making us feel so welcome throughout our entire stay. We want to give a very special shoutout to Daren, who went completely above and beyond to arrange a beautifully special room for our honeymoon. It added such a thoughtful, personal touch to our celebration that we will never forget. If you are looking to unwind, you absolutely must see Kimvon she gave me the most amazing foot massage that melted all my stress away. We also want to highlight Daryl and Leakhana, who both provided consistently wonderful and prompt service whenever we had a request, always delivering it with incredible warmth. The impeccable service combined with the charming boutique vibe left us feeling genuinely and deeply relaxed. We would absolutely love to visit again in the future and cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!

I really liked this hotel. It's located in a quiet and peaceful area. They clean the room and change the sheets and towels every day. The staff are friendly and always ready to help if you don't understand something or need assistance. The room itself is good; the wardrobe and small table are a bit worn, but that wasn't a big issue for me. It was quiet and peaceful in the room, I didn't hear any outside noise. The pool is clean and lovely to swim in! Thank you for such great service!

I stayed here for 4 nights due to a botched reservation from another of their property under the IndochineGroup. I was travelling with a friend and we booked a studio double room with pool view and balcony each. Overall I had a good stay although the maintenance of the hotel could be a lil better. I would like to give special mention to a really exceptional staff, Mr Sadaka, for being the highlight of my stay. He was perhaps the only one who easily comprehended our requests, great situational awareness and resolved whatever issues that we brought up with professionalism and positivity. The rooms were spacious with basic amenities. I think the hotel is a little old and you can see that they are doing their renovation in parts. Some room floors are diff from the others. And some parts of the wall have old mold that they either missed out or just didn’t care. There is a fridge, TV (not working), thin bathrobes and a station with coffee and tea. Bed was king sized and comfy with clean white sheets. Bathroom is a little dark and looks moldy but maybe it’s just really old. They provide shower gel and hand soap in a pump bottle. Maintenance of the room could probably be better with a new coat of paint. There were mold stains below the luggage shelf which they prob thought no one would notice. The swimming pool was a real blessing after a hot morning walk. It’s surrounded by the ground level rooms (pool view) and has a quaint little sunken bar where you can enjoy your cocktails while swimming. The walls inside the pool at the deeper end is covered with a layer of brown mold/fungus which peeled off into the water when I touched it. Loads of bits floating after. They have a good restaurant in the lobby and an even more quaint cafe serving local dishes just next door (there’s a sliding door from the restaurant) MUST check it out! There’s also a good bagels place just outside on the right of the entrance. Perfect if your room doesn’t come with breakfast. They also have a good massage service where you can choose to have it in the massage rooms above the cafe or in your room. There is a 20% discount if you are a guest. Location-wise, it’s really convenient with loads of eateries and the famous Pub Street just a 10min walk away.

Didn’t spend long here but everything was pleasant from our stay, staff were nice helped me exchange a $100 bill to smaller change, did laundry and I paid an extra $5 for breakfast one morning which was very good value, so satisfied we have already booked to return here when we return to Siem Reap

Even more impressive, when we told them that we needed to wake up very early (around 4:30 a.m.) for our Angkor Wat sunrise visit, they thoughtfully prepared breakfast in advance for us. This level of care and flexibility is rare and deeply appreciated, especially when traveling. Every detail, big or small, was handled with care. The staff consistently went the extra mile to ensure our comfort and happiness, and their kindness made a lasting impression on us. Thanks to them, our stay in Siem Reap felt relaxed, smooth, and truly memorable.
