Very courteous and helpful staff, wide choice for breakfast and the buffet constantly replenished, room suited to our needs, we stayed for 3 nights, for a trip out of town, during the day we were out and in the evening we returned to the hotel, a little The heating temperature is high, well cleaned.
Located near the Rovereto Sud motorway exit, 20 minutes from Riva Del Garda and 30 minutes from Trento.

It’s very convenient to travel to the town from the hotel. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Free parking was also readily available. It’s worth staying at this hotel.

The most perfect hotel in Italy on this trip, the hotel facilities and decoration style are very good, the breakfast is also very rich, they are all local omelettes, you can also order. Not to mention the scenery, there is a small church in the back mountain, and every picture is as beautiful as a picture. There is also a dedicated parking lot for self-driving, which is very safe.

This trip is considered to be a more expensive hotel, but the room is the lowest cost-effective. The room is super small and very tasteless. Below the window of the room is the entrance and exit of the parking lot. Look at the official website map. It's the house, in the middle of the two rows of houses. The service staff of the hotel are very polite, but the room facilities are really bad, so I am really not satisfied!

The back door of the hotel is Garda Lake, where you can swim and windsurf, and there is a windsurfing school in the hotel. The breakfast is fairly plentiful in Europe, and the service is in line with the high standards of northern Italy. The styles of the rooms in the new building and the old building are quite different. The hotel is like a big park, with good plant landscape design. The only problem is that pets are allowed in the hotel. Many people stay with dogs and they will urinate everywhere. Although individuals also love dogs, they are also worried about the indoor and outdoor hygiene of the hotel...

AAnonymous UserHotel Greif is a charming 4-star hotel with an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from the train station. However, do note that the road leading to the hotel is a stone-paved street, which makes pulling luggage a bit challenging.
The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and we were pleasantly surprised when the reception allowed us to check in early at around 12 PM. However, we decided to leave our luggage and head out to explore the city first.
The room was very spacious and beautifully designed with artistic elements. After reading the hotel’s introduction, I discovered that each room was uniquely designed by a different artist, which made our stay feel even more special. The bathtub was a great addition, adding extra comfort to our stay.
Breakfast was impressive, offering a wide variety of high-quality options. A kind and attentive staff member also served hot food on demand, which enhanced the dining experience.
One downside was the shared sauna, which was open to all genders and not private, so we decided not to use it.
Additionally, there was only one USB port in the room, which made charging our devices a bit inconvenient, especially since we accidentally left our universal adapter at our previous hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel did not have any chargers available to borrow.
Overall, our stay at Hotel Greif was very enjoyable. Despite a few minor inconveniences, the excellent location, spacious rooms, and great service made it a memorable experience. We would definitely consider returning in the future.

As is often the case with family-friendly hotels, be prepared for some noise, which is quite normal given the target audience.
The hotel's location is undoubtedly a strong point, providing excellent access to the surrounding area and activities. However, there are areas that could be improved. The breakfast selection was rather limited and could benefit from a wider variety of options to cater to different tastes.
A significant issue during our stay was the condition of the room. Unfortunately, the sink in our bathroom had a large, noticeable crack. This is something that definitely needs to be addressed by the hotel to ensure rooms are well-maintained. Additionally, the in-room amenities were basic, and adding a few more conveniences would enhance the guest experience.

GGuest UserA simple hotel but very clean with very attentive and friendly staff. Rooms are small but beds were very comfortable. Hotel was heated. Good breakfast and plentiful. We dined at the hotel and found it below average but we find this generally with Italian cuisine. Excellent location with lots of walks by the river right in front of the hotel. Very good location for kids - play areas all close to the river. Excellent for cycling including mountain riding - there are lots of trails. Beautiful Dolomites mountains next to the hotel. The views are beautiful. Easy to visit villages nearby- Moena, Canazei, Vigo, etc. would definitely come back to the region and stay longer. The hotel also organised Trentino passes for us for buses and some museums.

AAnonymous UserIt should be a relatively old four-star hotel in the area, a 5-minute walk from the train station. The bus station ticket office is 200 meters away from the train station. The whole town is not big, and there are delicious German restaurants and ice cream shops in the central city. There is a swimming pool downstairs in the hotel, and the hotel restaurant has a large courtyard. Many people eat at night. There are many breakfast options, and I drink delicious cappuccino.

PPatrick22The staff were super nice and there is also a restaurant located in the hotel with really decent prices, it is a pizzeria and the prices range from 7 to 12 euros depending on the type of pizza. There is also a lift inside the hotel although being an old building and the rooms were also decently sized. The location is not the best but if your living here you’ll most likely be driving here so you’ll be fine haha. Nearby cities is mainly Trento and some other smaller villages, it is about an hour drive from Molveno and two hours to Vigo di Fassa which is where one of the main dolomiti alp is located.

GGuest UserThe stuff super friendly, room was also nice and clean - nothing special but we booked the cheapest one so was totally okay . Great we could see our car and the church during our stay. The garden is super cozy, felt in love with the sofa and the view. The drinks in the hotelbar had a fair price!
Breakfast was also good - lots of sweets, fruit, eggs, beutiful buffet. but the cafe was a shame - never had a bad cafe like this before in a european hotel

GGuest UserThis hotel is nothing short of amazing. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The location has mountain views and is less than 5 mins walk to Orrido di Ponte Alto. Staff even told me to visit the Orrido di Ponte Alto and coffee on the house after I return from it and made good the offer. The room is huge and decadent with classy furniture and drapes. Did not expect this. Waiters are super attentive. If only all hotels are like this!

EEl_Guapo_ColombianoGreat location. Walking distance to downtown Riva de Garda. Great customer service. My wife got a deep tissue massage, and she loved it (my wife is also a massage therapist). The indoor pool was fantastic. Covered parking and good breakfast each day. You order your eggs and coffee from the waiter, and the rest is Buffet style.
