Good location, direct access to the beach and sea. Nice sea view, serenity environment in the night👍🏿 Spacious room and bed. Friendly staffs. Body shampoo smells very nice ☺️ Area to improve: - aircond noise kindda loud (”quiet” mode of the controller is not functioning), affecting sleeping quality. Visitors may consider turn off the aircond in the night as the temperature near the seaside of not too hot. - water heater temperature seems not stable, and quite hard to adjust. It would get burning hot or freezing cold unexpectedly.. Visitor better let the water run a while and keep testing before going under the shower. - hair dryer is the old type ones, airflow is slow compared to the new models. If u hv the concern, may bring ur own hair dryer. - in-door disposable slippers not provided, may bring ur own if necessary, the walking towards the bathroom is the tiled floor, quite cold if walk on it at the night..

I have always love the Hyatt chain of hotel.. stayed in KL & Singapore before.. so I was so looking forward to the breakfast at Hyatt Kuantan. I was a little disappointed with the quality of food served. The quantity, oh yes, Hyatt always have a varieties of spread for their buffet breakfast - that I can’t deny. But the quality, taste, were abit meh! I had chicken soup noodles - bland. I had nasi kerabu & curry chicken - also tasteless Curry noodles - not enough curry Even the porridge was disappointed. Food wise Kuantan Hyatt did not live up to my expectations. But other than that, everything else from the reception, to the rooms (amenities), comfort of the beds & pillows and the surrounding of the hotel, beach, swimming pool, shops nearby.. were all good! Would I stay in Kuantan Hyatt again? Yes! But I will take the rooms only, will skip the breakfast!

Perfect staycation not too far from the city, with cool weather in a charming French village setting. The view was beautiful and relaxing. However, food options were limited, quite pricey, and the taste was average. I hope they add more restaurants in the future. During our stay, there was also a shortage of mineral water, which was a bit inconvenient. Breakfast was included in the package—while the variety wasn’t extensive, it was decent enough to start the day.

Very good experience for me and its my first time visit to Berjaya Hill. Also was my first time attended garden wedding in my life. Highly recommended to my friends for this accommodation😍 Excellent service for overall.

I travel for business meetings and stay for 3 nights. The hotel location is just opposite the shopping mall name East Coast mall by crossing the road. It is convenient to get food, coffee and dessert over there. And for the basement parking need to find hotel lobby signage for easy access to lobby. Breakfast got variety of food but normal, nothing wow. Check in and check out process kind of slow due lack of staff. Pls look into this matter as we are traveler for business and every minute is matter to us. We are in hurry.

A truly satisfying stay at Ancasa. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable - perfect for both family vacations and business trip. The staff were friendly and profesional, makin us feep very welcome. The hotel is also well-located, close tonthe town center and nearby attractions. Highly recommended!

Hotel location is after a very happening area, a little bit dark at night. But quite and peaceful. (However room soundproofing can be improved). Size of room is spacious. Hotel swimming pool is quite good in size, breakfast is typical Malaysian buffet breakfast, nasi lemak, curry, noodles, porridge, roti Canai, salad bar, bread and pastry, cereal bar etc..... Water pressure is good. Every floor have water station, so, can refill easily. Showel gel, shampoo, toothbrush, shower cap was provided. Hotel is very kind to help arrange the room for me due to I am attending activities and at same time wanted to pre deco the room by myself for later stay with family. You can always write in and ask for certain arrangements. Generally worth for the price.

It was a pleasant stay for families with budget. Kids can enjoy swimming pool and parents can enjoy hot water pool. Breakfast was good even with limited variety. Lunch & dinner need to go to Bentong town as ala carte choice very limited. Staffs very helpful and friendly especially at the kitchen. Lift broken on our second day of stay and we’re at the third floor 😅

hotel is new, but there is a slight foul smell coming from the sewage system i guess. rooms are clean. but overall, it was a pleasant stay and there is a cafe on the ground floor for u to get your morning bites before heading up to Genting. enclosed is a picture of the cafe that will brighten up your morning

Great value for the room rate and facilities provided. There's also sufficient amenities in the room and grounds to explore, walk, enjoy views and rest. Rooms are spacious as they were meant for studio apartment setup. Hotel is shared with homestay and airbnbs. The plus side is you get service and housekeeping. But shared facilities with other non hotel guests. Tip; ask for mountain view as some rooms face the highway and you can hear the cars and motorbikes racing late night and early morning. Some downsides that may be improved and important to some guests: Pillows are very soft but they are generous to provide two per person. Showers are only rain showers with no hose. This is difficult if you have young children. Breakfast has good variety but quality is so so. Not everything is tasty. Weak coffee and condiments.If you come late, they do not replenish many of the mains. Fair, so be early if you want to enjoy more options.
