GGuest UserOverall, it's still good, just like before. However, the soundproofing between rooms is quite poor, so noise from next door was a bit disruptive. Also, the rooms are directly opposite each other and very close, which means any conversations happening outside the doors are quite loud and disturbing.

KKu JieI stayed at Aryaduta Palembang for 3 nights and was very satisfied with my entire experience here.
The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always provided excellent service. The pillows and mattress were also very comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly every night.
The breakfast provided during my 3-day stay was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. I can honestly say that almost all the food I tried was tasty and satisfying.
The hotel's strategic location near the mall made things very convenient. I will definitely choose this hotel again if I visit Palembang in the future.

GGuest UserThis is a decent hotel for Palembang. The cleanliness is acceptable, although the sink didn't drain properly. Housekeeping entered the room without taking off their shoes. There's an Alfa Mart and Indomart downstairs, and it's also very convenient to get a Grab.

GGuest Userexcellent service ever!!!!.. very recomended hotel in Palembang.. we arrived in a evening, the security have a good knowledge of service, help us to call the bellboy and bring our luggage to the lobby. the customer service very friendly and helpful. i got a lot of convinience and highest service from them. the room cleaniest hotel room ever. we got connecting room. the swimmingpool is small but no worries kids got a lot of happiness play on it. last but not the least.. they offering palembang foods' breakfast. the choice is not as much as i though but its enough to taste a from the sour savory food until sweetness.. maybe next if i come back palembang , will chose this hotel agai.. thanksss all staff the excelton more success and famous!!!

Put some cookies on the table then few minutes later many ants came eat the cookies
At night the electricity down/trip, first night 3 times, 2nd night 5 times so we have to on again the aircond and TV every time the electricity down
Behind the bed found coachroach, called the cleaner, he found 3 coachroachea under the bed, and midnight found coachroach in the bathroom asked cleaner to clean it in the morning but still after cleaning we found coachroach in the bathroom
The room no 921 must be totally Cleaned

AAnonymous UserOverall, the hotel is good. However, the parking situation for cars is a bit disappointing. If it's busy, be prepared that you might not get a spot inside and have to park on the side of the road. Even though there's a security guard, it's still a bit worrying. The hotel breakfast is delicious and quite comprehensive. The check-in and check-out service took a bit of time, as per their SOP.

PPenikmat JalananI stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.

GGuest UserFinally, I got to stay at the best hotel in South Sumatra! I could see the Ampera Bridge right from my room. The staff were friendly, the whole place was clean and kid-friendly. The breakfast spread was incredibly complete; I especially loved the Laksa. I'll definitely be back next trip! 💕

They prepared it, and it's a great service for anyone with an early flight. The only downside is the limited parking; if you arrive late, you might not find a spot for your car.
