I stayed for one night .tge hotel took a deposit of £50 on my credit card and it’s been 4 weeks it has not refunded back . I went back to enquire on my next visit after 3 weeks and the manager said they will do a force refund from the accounts department but still my deposit is showing pending .
Can you please release the deposit as it’s been 4 weeks since my stay
In order to take the children to the nearby school for an interview, stayed for one night, so there is not much demand for the hotel. The facilities in the room are general, the beds are put together, not very comfortable, the health is OK, the breakfast is too poor, the overall feeling is not acceptable for the holiday! The decoration at the front desk is ok, warm and elegant!
The hotel give us more facilities ( Gym, swimming pool ) for our enjoy. My children & friend have very love the swimming pool , it is very cleanliness, the room is big and comfortable.
The customer service staff at front desk are very wiling to help customers. The thing that are a bit worse is that the swimming pool does not provide free towels for guests using and the coridor is a bit creepy. Hope will be imporve this request in the future and thank you.
The trip went very well. I enjoyed every bit of my Stay. It was very close to immunities and local conveniences without the need to go very far with equal access routes to work and to conveniences will definitely be coming again. Thank you Copthorne keep up the good work.
The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, and will promptly handle any issues you raise.
The hotel's decoration and furniture are outdated, and the bathroom should be renovated. The overall appearance of the hotel and the rooms are neat and clean; the surrounding environment is quiet. It takes about 12-15 minutes to drive to the city center, which is suitable for self-driving tourists. Parking is included in the room rate, saving you the trouble of paying for parking separately.
We used the hotel to stay the day before so that we can to get to LEGOLAND next day early morning. It’s very easier to across from the motorway and has a dedicated underground parking lot. We arrived when it was raining heavily therefore the parking helped a lot. Rooms were clean and nice and we had a bunkbed for our two kids. The only downside was the clearance between the top bunk bed and ceiling was really small and my son hit his head really hard. The hotel staff was really helpful and provided us with an ice pack as soon as possible. It’s extremely close to all Heathrow terminals as well as about 20 minutes driving distance from Windsor castle and LEGOLAND. I’d stay here again for sure.
I've stayed at a few Holiday Inns along the way, and the one in Cambridge didn't have air conditioning, which made me a bit nervous. But this one was fine; the AC worked great, though it wouldn't turn off unless you unplugged it 😂. The surrounding area seems to be a gathering place for people from the Middle East, which was a little unsettling 😓. The food around here is also predominantly Middle Eastern style. My son found a Japanese restaurant about 1.6 miles away, which was pretty good, just a bit of a walk. At breakfast, we ran into a group of Chinese middle school students on a study tour from Xi'an, which was quite interesting. The location is close to Eton College and Windsor Castle. Windsor Castle is definitely worth a visit.
OK, quite satisfied, the service staff is very friendly, the difference between the standard room and the big bed room is very easy to make mistakes. I must pay attention to it. I made a mistake. The others helped me to change a family room. Fortunately, breakfast. general.
Breakfast is the most wonderful thing. Only a few items are picked up at the bar. Others need to be ordered. There are only one or two waiters. It takes a long time to eat, and it is not necessarily your favorite. When there are many guests, the waiter is so busy that his face is expressionless. I really don't know why they want this kind of service.
The big bed room is not bad, and the surrounding environment is also very good. Unfortunately, the breakfast mode is not mentioned in the details, otherwise I would not book this hotel.

UumsalimI had a great stay at this airport hotel. Despite being close to the airport, the room was very quiet, which was a pleasant surprise. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also appreciated the incuded breakfast, which was fresh and convenient. Overall, an excellent option for a comfortable and quiet stay near the airport.
GGuest UserWe booked via Trip and ended up with a room that didn’t exist. I rang the day before to check everything was okay with our booking and unfortunately this led to us being downgraded to a room we could barely get into it was so crowded. We were told to recoup costs via Trip, when I said this wasn’t acceptable to me the hotel sorted it out for us. Upgrading us for the next night and being very generous with supplements. Although this was a bit frustrating I felt they did what they could.
The service was great at the hotel desk and the waitress was so lovely on Saturday night. Nothing was too much and the rooms were warm and snuggly. Bathrooms well specced and the food delicious. It was a busy weekend but there was a real sense of the hotel staff working together and like a swan, peddling hard underneath but smile and calm on top. Thank you for showing how hotel service can be ❤️
RRena39Booked the family room and was incredibly satisfied! It was surprisingly spacious. I was traveling alone with three kids, and there was a big bed and a sofa bed that could sleep two. I was worried it wouldn't be enough for four people and had even asked the hotel to add an extra bed in advance, but it turned out to be more than enough space. It's also very close to the hotel, about a ten-minute drive, which was great.

GGuest UserWe had a lovely stay at this hotel – it was conveniently close to Windsor town centre, making it easy to explore the area. The sofa bed was perfect for our two young kids, spacious and comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. Would definitely stay again!
GGuest UserI enjoyed my stay because the room is big enough with large toilet and everything is clean , the food is perfect as well the only problem is that even if the heating is already at 30 drgrees still cold but the staff came to bring me additional portable heating , All thier staff is kind helpful and very courteous , Excellent !

SStephenWe upgraded to a superior executive room which was really comfortable. Perfect location for discovering the best Windsor has to offer. Great food and a perfect terrace overlooking the Thames. We'll be back.

IIrene YipI have stayed here many times and will continue to stay here. Friendly staff, nice food, lots of parking space, electric charging point. They even supply toothbrush toothpaste comb etc if needed.
