Had a wonderful day in this hotel very convenient for first time travelers as it has everything you need from taxi pick up and drop off from the airport. Good Internet connection, clean rooms and quiet. All amenities are available. The staff are very friendly and the customer service is on top. I will definitely stay again in this hotel if I come back to Algeria.

Room cleaning service needs to be reviewed, breakfast seemed very limited, orange juice and fruit quickly ran out, you constantly have to ask for refills! Tables are not cleared to allow other people coming down to find clean tables! A blatant lack of staff!

I used it for transit. When I tried to request a bus shuttle service from the airport to the hotel on the day of the trip, I felt uneasy because the phone number listed on trip.com and the website could not be connected for about 9 hours. We recommend that you request it in advance. There seems to be one train every hour to take us back to the airport, so they arranged it for us. Other services were fine. Got lift. Breakfast is okay. Wifi very slow. Shower hot water all time. Toilet bowl cannot flush properly and cover not working. Shower door got gap so water flows out and flood the floor because shower level is higher..
