Good location at the city center. Good amenities and breakfast. Check-in was really slow, they only have one person at the desk.
Cozy room with plenty space. A must have
Very convenient hotel when driving to a good location. The parking lot is spacious and clean, and it is very convenient because it is directly connected to the hotel. It is not far from downtown by foot and there are delicious restaurants nearby. Pharmacy Road ....
very central location / very good steak house right next to --> recommend / sufficient parking space (separate area at the hotel and deep garage) / nice professional reception / very spacious rooms / rather smaller bathroom, but ok / everything very clean / good breakfast with very good service / very good price-performance ratio / sound scenery was a little noisy from 7:00, but is only temporary a.G. building site /
Come do business in this city. and reserve a room for 1 night
The hotel is near tourist attractions. The historical sites can be easily visited on foot. The rooms are clean at a medium level. The downside is that there is a smell of food coming into the room. There is no air conditioning in the room. No shower cap, no refrigerator, no kettle. There is no coffee in the room. Old furniture over time The room rental price is quite expensive compared to the room amenities.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and well designed, ample space to store luggage and still feel spacious. We took breakfast for one morning, it was okay. All usual offerings for breakfast buffet. They have a few on request items as well included in the buffet. Considerate enough to put celiac and lactose free options in there as well. The spa and pool are quite good and well equipped as well.
The hotel is in a great location, very close to the train station. The room is comfortable and clean, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. This time I stayed in a room facing the atrium, which was very quiet and easy to sleep. I will consider staying here next time.
There was a little bit of a problem when I first arrived, waited at the reception for a while, but the staff were very helpful and there was a big supermarket next door, which was great

The room is specious and good with king size bed, but no coffee machine is provided or water, you need to be a member in their Honor program to have complementary water for drinking or coffee, which i see is big downside for Hilton . Nowadays even 2 stars hotels provide free water and coffee machine! I waited around 50 minutes to get 2 bottles 😰 in morning i requested 2 they delivered only one and poor guy said it is complimentary. I think to stay in this hotel you need to be equipped with water otherwise you will suffer thirsty.
We booked a double room with a double bed. We ask the staff if it is indeed a room with a double bed. Unpleasant response from the young lady who told us ”yes, I know you had reserved that but we no longer have any available, you don't have to put the two beds together.”
Ok, so you have to understand that's how it is and shut up. Unacceptable!
Located right next to the train station. Easy to get around the city. Appreciated the free water in the lobby! Perfect for summer!!

KKaj ArturReally clean hotel next to the fairgrounds, a couple of bus stops in front of the hotel. Modern rooms, mini kitchen, extra comfortable mattresses, blankets and pillows. I highly recommend it.

GGuest UserThe room was nice, clean and tidy, the heating was very hot, the decoration was artistic, and the front desk service was enthusiastic. Because it was New Year's Eve, I could only book a room for one day and had to change hotels, which was a bit troublesome, but the hotel stored the luggage. There is no elevator in the annex building. I am on the second floor, next to the breakfast room, and light sleepers will be disturbed, but it can be avoided.
GGuest UserThe location is good, right next to the train station, and it's only a few stops to the Military Court. The room is large and suitable for families with children. All scenic spots in the city center can be reached on foot.
TTraveler 123Let's start with the spa - an oasis of relaxation and rejuvenation. From the moment I stepped into the tranquil haven of the Vier Jahreszeiten Spa, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of serenity and well-being. The spa facilities are impeccable, featuring a range of treatments and therapies that cater to every guest's needs. The expert therapists displayed a deep understanding of their craft, ensuring a customized and revitalizing experience. After indulging in one of their signature massages, I felt completely refreshed and invigorated. The spa's attention to detail and commitment to providing a sanctuary of calmness was truly impressive.
As for the location, Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski is a true gem in the heart of Munich. Situated on the prestigious Maximilianstrasse, it offers an ideal home base for exploring the vibrant city. From the hotel, you can easily reach Munich's iconic attractions, designer boutiques, and renowned dining establishments. The convenience of being able to stroll through the historic city center or simply step outside to admire the beauty of Maximilianstrasse made my stay even more enjoyable. It's a testament to the hotel's commitment to offering guests the best of Munich right at their doorstep.
The overall experience at Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski was nothing short of exceptional. The luxurious accommodations, attentive staff, and attention to detail throughout the property were all factors that contributed to a memorable stay. The blend of classic elegance and modern amenities created an inviting and sophisticated atmosphere, which I found to be both comfortable and inspiring.
In conclusion, Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski Munich is a top-tier hotel that truly understands the art of hospitality. The remarkable spa and the unbeatable location in the heart of Munich set it apart as a destination that caters to travelers seeking a perfect balance of relaxation and exploration. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to experience the best of Munich in a luxurious and welcoming setting.
ZZIYANGLarge room Large room Large room Large room Large room Large room Large room Large room Large room Large room Large room Large room Large room Large room Large room Large room Large room Large The big room is big and it is the biggest house I have stayed in for a week! And the decoration is more Morden, I feel young friends will like it! The front desk attendant, the younger sister and the younger brother are very enthusiastic.
GGuest UserThere is a construction site near the one side of the hotel, we were frightened by the entire room being trembling like there is an earthquake at 7 am in the morning. We talked to the hotel and they offered a quiet and nice room for us, since then we had a very pleasant stay here.
If you’re traveling by train from Munich, I’d strongly recommend this place without any questions.
ННаталияExcellent hotel! The center is about 20 minutes away by metro, it's a 7-minute walk away, direct line! The hotel is very clean, the breakfasts are excellent! I recommend it!!!

白白色的玉石Hear me out: this hotel has THE BEST - meaning most professional - service I have ever encountered in any hotel - and I say it from my experience from staying at 4-5 stars hotels as a general rule.
Regarding service:
- ALWAYS replying to every email (unfortunately letters sometimes land in a spam folder, a little flaw)
- 24/7 there’s always someone at the reception ready to assist (mind it’s not a branded hotel, but a family-owned business), making sure that there aren’t any unsolved problems or unsatisfied needs
- all website-provided informations are up to date
- there’s a shuttle bus from a train station for guests (till 5pm)
- staff is perfectly trained and experienced. There’s never any personal attitude, just a smile and clear communication. Of course speaking well English.
- Bonus: I arrived quite before check-in hours and checked out a bit late too; didn’t have to say a word and no word was said (or called). Even got an advise how to efficiently manage my luggage for my next trip.
Location: a bit far from train & metro stations.
Amenities: a very big swimming pool! And a sauna, and a gym. Downside is that those amenities are in a neighbouring building, so if you’re still wearing your swimming suit, you need to walk on a pedestrian path for two minutes like this. It feels weird. But there are lockets, showers and fresh towels too, if you prefer to change your clothes first.
Concluding: best combination of price, location, fun, and quality.
