This is my second stay at the Guanhu Hotel, and once again, its location and ambiance are exceptional, with great facilities to match. Being able to overlook Qinghai Lake from the hotel and enjoy the stunning sunrise from the terrace makes it the top choice for any visit to Qinghai Lake – truly outstanding! 👍 What truly stands out is the restaurant service. The food was delicious, and the service was incredibly friendly. We arrived quite late, and they thoughtfully delivered our meal to our room. Great food, beautiful scenery, and good company – what more could you ask for? A special shout-out to the ******* sisters, Kua Benji, Gengzang Zhuoma, and Duojie Zhuoma, for their attentive and meticulous service during the meal delivery. They even promptly returned my wife's important crossbody bag, which she had left in the restaurant, leaving a lasting impression and earning our sincere thanks! 👍🌹 All in all, it was an unforgettable May Day trip to Qinghai Lake, and I will definitely be returning to Guanhu Hotel on my next visit!

The staff at this hostel is very kind hearted and welcoming — we even received a free room upgrade, which was such a lovely surprise! The interior is cozy and the location is also great, with a nearby bus stop, multiple restaurants and a supermarket.

Back in Xining, I didn't hesitate to choose the Wanda Vista Hotel again. The hotel entrance had a lovely aroma that immediately uplifted our spirits. The grand and bright lobby also helped to alleviate our altitude sickness. Since it was a holiday, there were many guests, but everyone was queuing in an orderly fashion. Upon entering the room, we could see the mountain view. At this time of year, green shoots are just starting to appear, giving a vibrant and flourishing feel. The breakfast service was warm and attentive, creating a comfortable and pleasant dining atmosphere. The variety and taste of the food met our needs perfectly. Originally, there was an airport shuttle bus stop right outside the hotel, but it wasn't operating recently. I asked the hotel staff, and they mentioned that due to a recent state visit and subsequent traffic control, the service hasn't been restored yet. I hope the airport shuttle service will be back up and running next time I return, making travel more convenient.

Location: Centrally located yet quiet, conveniently close to the Provincial Museum and easily accessible by car. Service: Professional, likely due to their frequent corporate guests. We received a complimentary (and delicious!) Qinghai yogurt upon check-in. Facilities: The room was spacious and bright, equipped with a humidifier. We were upgraded to a higher floor, offering excellent views. Breakfast: A good variety of dishes, and items were replenished promptly. The yogurt was delicious. Drawbacks: Firstly, regarding facilities, there was no physical separation between the bathroom area and the bed. While this created an open feel, it compromised privacy and proper zoning. Additionally, the layout was a bit awkward: the tea/coffee station was immediately to the left upon entering, with the wardrobe further inside, which wasn't a very practical flow. Secondly, I struggled to figure out how to switch the shower function on the bathtub faucet, and the water temperature wasn't as hot as in the main shower. Thirdly, when I asked for a to-go cup for coffee at breakfast, the staff member replied (verbatim): 'This is a buffet; you cannot take it out!😑' This felt a bit inflexible and lacked a personal touch. I'd suggest they learn from similar hotels in other popular tourist provinces to further enhance their service. Summary: My stay was in late August, towards the end of the peak tourist season. For a price of 400+ RMB per night, the facilities and service offered excellent value for money.

The room was clean and tidy. Before my arrival, I made a note of my preferences, and the hotel called to confirm them. Except for the corner room type which couldn't be adjusted, all my other requests were met. The minibar even had snacks prepared, showing great attention to detail in their pre-arrival communication, which was very thoughtful. The hotel facilities are modern and well-equipped, and the overall hardware is good. It was a hot day in Xining, and even though the room's air conditioning was set to cool, the cooling effect was poor, and the room remained stuffy at night. The mattress was very comfortable, but I still woke up frequently due to the heat. During our Qinghai-Gansu grand loop trip, we stayed at 4.8-star hotels in Golmud and Dunhuang. Compared to those, this hotel's service still has room for improvement. However, among hotels of similar caliber in Xining, Wanda Realm's service is still considered outstanding.

The hotel lobby is shown here. The rooms are located in a separate building next door, and the style and facilities are quite different from the main building. It was quite a psychological difference. I didn't see any oxygen generators or other equipment. The upside is that it's close to the scenic area, only about 10 to 20 minutes by car from the Chaka Salt Lake Scenic Area. Downstairs, there's a row of small restaurants, and the prices are a bit pricey but acceptable.

It's truly the most beautiful B&B on the plateau, fulfilling every imaginable experience. I stumbled upon a room this morning and saw it included breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with horseback riding. I booked it without hesitation, and I wasn't disappointed. The hotel is stunning, and the rooms are spacious, bright, and warm with heating. From the room, you can gaze out at the snow-capped mountains and cattle in the distance. The complimentary meals are also excellent, along with a variety of drinks and coffee. ☕️ Books, cats, and more are all available. It's the perfect place to unwind.

Excellent value for money during the off-season! The room was clean and bright, with complete facilities and plenty of oxygen, so I slept incredibly well. The front desk service was attentive, and parking was convenient. This is a great place to stay if you're visiting Chaka Salt Lake!

Absolutely fantastic! Hands down the best Hampton I've ever stayed at. From the bespectacled manager at the front desk who helped with our luggage on arrival, to the friendly chef preparing noodles at the ADD restaurant, and even the auntie in the laundry room, everyone left a truly memorable impression on us. We were so impressed, we ended up extending our stay for three nights. Every single staff member genuinely cares for the hotel, looks after and satisfies every guest, and goes above and beyond to resolve any issues they might have. Stepping into the hotel, the atrium's scenery immediately caught my eye. The room was even more of a pleasant surprise, with two clean and tidy beds and cute throw pillows. The landscape painting on the wall complemented the overall style perfectly. The surrounding views from the hotel were also great, and the facilities and services were excellent. From check-in to check-out, every step was delightful. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.
