Did not know spect this hotel to be this nice in the City of Handan! Squeaky clean and classy from inside out. Very courteous and helpful staff members from concierge to housekeepers, not to speak of the front desk angels . Love to come back and check in here next time !

The room was clean, quiet, well-maintained, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were professional, polite, and responsive, with great attention to detail. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, consistent quality, and a clean dining environment. The check-out process was efficient, and the invoice was issued promptly. The hotel demonstrates excellent management and standardized service, making it a reliable choice for both business and leisure travelers.

This hotel offers incredible value for money! We stayed for four days with our kids, and every day was a joy. The dining options were convenient, and the accommodations were very comfortable. We were satisfied with every aspect. We'll definitely be back next winter season. I love the Genting Grand Hotel. The staff at the Blue Lake Restaurant were exceptional, always smiling and ready to answer any questions. The front desk service was also great, resolving issues quickly. The cleaning staff were very diligent and polite. My only unpleasant experience, and why I can't give a perfect score, was at the ski resort's ticket exchange counter. The first time, I accidentally handed over my driver's license instead of the correct ID, and the staff member immediately looked annoyed and unhappy. Then, on the morning of January 20th, I went to exchange tickets again. I wasn't sure if I should use the same card or get a new one, so I simply asked. The woman at the first window suddenly started shouting, ”I'll give you two new cards!” It startled me so much that I was speechless for a while. I've never experienced such service at a five-star hotel. After that, I discovered a lovely and kind young lady with a bob haircut at window 3, and I made sure to go to her every time. She always had a sweet smile and chatted with me a bit.

I found this hotel through inst reel. Hopefully, it was real ! The hotel, staff and location are amazing. All the crew helped us with different problems and solved all of them in a short period of time. Especially, big thanks to manager Lily of the hotel, she made this journey for us comfortable and helped with everything! She spoke in English with us, so the communication was easy and pleasant. The location is perfect, just near the resort. 5 min walk or the hotel got the shuttle. Breakfast is amazing ! Various food, so for us it was easy to choose delightful food every morning. Looking forward to return!

This is a brand new hotel in a developing city. Everything in the hotel was modern. My room was quite large and the TV was gigantic. The free laundry facilities were the nicest I've seen during my 7 week trip in China. I tried the breakfast one morning, and it was decent. The hotel seemed quite empty, likely because not many people and businesses have moved into the area yet. I did find a few restaurants within a short walk of the hotel. If I'm in the area again, I would stay at this hotel again.

Hotel lobby is located on floor 31. There are hotel staff on the ground floor directing you to the lobby upon arrival. Studio room was spacious and suitable for a small family, a baby cot was available and provided upon request.

Staying here was such a pleasant surprise! The front desk proactively upgraded our room to a more spacious one with a scenic view. The service was incredibly attentive, and they patiently guided us throughout our stay. It's only a 5-minute walk to the mall, and the subway station is nearby, making dining, shopping, and getting around super convenient. The value for money is exceptional, I genuinely recommend it!

I originally booked an executive room, but upon checking in, I was upgraded to a suite. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the check-in process was quick and easy. While we waited for our room to be cleaned, they proactively offered us drinks and even delivered welcome fruit to our room. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped. Although a few areas showed a bit of age, overall, I was very satisfied. The hotel also offers free parking. Right downstairs from the hotel are Dazhao Park and the Anti-seismic Memorial Hall (currently closed for renovation), making them convenient to visit. It's about a 15-minute drive from the hotel to Tangshan Feast and Nanhu Park. The hotel's first-floor restaurant offers all-day dining, and the breakfast selection is extensive. The executive lounge has been moved to the first floor, providing happy hour drinks and fruit in the afternoon, and a light dinner in the evening. The light dinner was surprisingly good! 👍 It included six hot dishes, with noodles, wontons, and rice as main courses, along with several cold dishes and various alcoholic beverages. The only downside was a layer of dust on the headboard in the room, which was a bit off-putting. I hope they can improve their hygiene management.

The hotel is very good and new.comfortable room, good signal internet, note bathroom 10 and a well-equipped and free laundry.Breakfast has a mix of Chinese and Western.The reception team is very careful. We arrived late and they helped us to ask a pizza. The reception bar offers a wide variety of imported beers.

There's a pedestrian street downstairs, and MixC City is just an 8-10 minute walk away, making it super convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. The building has an underground parking lot. While it can get busy, finding a parking spot is relatively easy. The hotel front desk is on the 31st floor, but a dedicated elevator makes access very convenient. There's a laundry room and a gym; I used both and found them to be fully functional and well-maintained, not just for show. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the quality and taste are great, and I thoroughly enjoyed my meals. The service staff are all very enthusiastic and friendly. Any issues were promptly addressed. Cons: The hotel might be a bit older, and some facilities are showing their age. For example, the air conditioning wasn't very effective – it was hard to control and would inconsistently blow hot or cold. Overall: I'm very satisfied. It offers good value for money and is highly recommended. I forgot to take any photos, but the actual condition perfectly matches the pictures online, so I'll just use a few placeholders.
