Hotel lobby is located on floor 31. There are hotel staff on the ground floor directing you to the lobby upon arrival. Studio room was spacious and suitable for a small family, a baby cot was available and provided upon request.

We stayed here from April 29th to May 1st. Booking half a month in advance, we secured an incredibly reasonable rate of just over 80 per night. The front desk staff, particularly the lady who assisted us, provided outstanding service. Our initial room offered a sea view, but as we preferred not to be directly opposite the elevator, she kindly switched us to a suite, which was fantastic! The service was truly impeccable! The hotel's location is also superb. It's very close to Laohushi Park, and there are many restaurants nearby. The surrounding environment is beautiful. Renting an electric scooter for a day to explore the area was also a great idea, making for a very relaxed and enjoyable time. This hotel is an absolutely perfect choice for off-peak travel! They even gave us a small gift just before check-out! 😁😁 Overall, it was an incredibly delightful stay.

The hotel is located in the city center, with convenient transportation and ample parking spaces. It is not far from the Hebei Museum and many delicious restaurants. The room is large, the high floor has a wide view, the accommodation is comfortable, and the facilities such as the gym, swimming pool, and restaurant are complete. The free fruit and children's toiletries kit are very thoughtful. However, the hotel's furniture and facilities are a bit old, and perhaps due to the excessive work pressure, the front desk staff rarely smile.

The restaurant staff is very friendly and helpful but front desk service should be improved. The location is very convenient. You will enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet. The breakfast and dinner are mixed with Chinese and western food.

A very pleasant weekend stay on my journey home to Hangzhou. The room was outstanding, clean and aired. The view of the golf course from the 19th floor was a welcome surprise too!  The staff were extremely attentive and helpful and spoke good English, which meant I didn’t need to call on my basic Chinese skills 🤭.  Then breakfast was a good variety of choices.  The location was excellent for shopping and restaurants, and a short walk away from a quite large municipal park with boating lake. Upon checking out the young man on the desk braved the heat (38C) to run to the roadside and flag down a taxi for me!  Overall a lovely relaxed weekend. I highly recommend the Intercontinental Hotel and I shall be returning, hopefully with my family!

The location of the hotel is very convenient. Thanks to the front desk for recommending Zhengding Ancient City. The snacks given by the front desk are very heartwarming. The golden key is back to help with taxi service. The robot delivery is very convenient. The hotel is very convenient to go to Wanli Temple. There are many delicious foods.

It's really great. We are traveling with a baby of one month old, so we thought there would be a lot of inconvenience during the trip, but the hotel's service is really perfect. All the service staff provided as much help as possible after seeing us. Thank you very much! The hotel's breakfast is great. Many hotels now have pre-made dishes. Many of the dishes in this hotel are fresh and have some local specialties. The hotel is very new, has complete facilities, and is very clean, which makes us feel more at ease with our children. Thank you to Miss Amanda at the front desk for giving us a towel (later I found that it was lint-free). This doesn't affect my desire to stay here next time, because you guys are really nice! Thank you, I will test it after staying here😊

The glamping tents were spotlessly clean, air-conditioned, and came with private bathrooms. The interior perfectly matched the photos shown by the hotel. The outdoor scenery was absolutely stunning, and there was even a cute cat that the kids absolutely loved and played with all day long! This place is truly fantastic for anyone who enjoys the outdoors. Breakfast is provided, and they even offered BBQ service in the evening. At night, with the canvas tent zipped up, it was incredibly cozy and warm. Even on particularly cold nights, the air conditioning unit provided ample heating, keeping us perfectly comfortable.
