Everything was great. Nothing else to note, water comes out of the shower through the hole. I saw that the television was old, they could use a new one. For the rest, everything was fine. Very friendly.
Location and the property are very nice nearby all the highlighted spots.
House keeper is very helpful. (Room entry card was not working, I got a big help from her.)
I deducted 1 point from the service of reception once she ignored my request of small spoon.
Overall is great.
The best hotel we’ve had so far! Room comes with a mini kitchen (fridge, induction cooker, microwave, pans, and utensils). There was even Nespresso machine and pods. The facilities are modem and the place is clean. The staffs are friendly plus you can buy Ghent city card at the counter! You can walk to the old town in about 15 minutes or take the bus which is just a few minutes walk away from the hotel. Highly recommended and will definitely come back here.
The location is not in the city center but it can be accessed via bus from the Ghent St Pieters Train Station. Cleanliness is guaranteed and the service is superb. I would definitely book again if I ever stay at Ghent.
The staff at the counter are not very friendly
And the booking website said there is a free mini bar.
The employee on the first day told me that I had to pay for the ones in the refrigerator and the ones outside were free.
Check with the front desk again when you check out the next day (because you don’t want to be charged extra
But it turned out that there is a charge for items outside the refrigerator.
In addition to being inconsistent, it also means there is no free mini bar.
Feeling bad
In addition, the taxi driver hired by the hotel charged more than the market price.
The front desk said that it is about 15-18 euros from the hotel to Ghent Station.
The taxi driver charged 20 (Uber checked it was 12-13)
I don’t understand the charges for such a five-star hotel.
Is there such a service?
Also, working with such a dishonest taxi company also makes the hotel lose points!
But the staff in charge of the kitchen are very friendly and caring.
No window opening is possible and the room is very warm. Air conditioning is all, even if it is in the indoor room. The air-conditioning does not even refresh the room, even at 16°. Parking is expensive and what a terrible ring to reach their parking. 1 departure from 3-armen missing and just ride around a quarter and try again. Who's signed the road plan there? All of it had a good seller!
Sorry for the hotel! A hotel very nice, all furnished, delicious tables, very good beds, professional staff.
I went there with the helicopter right away! ;)
Great location, great and helpful front desk, but house keeping was rather unclean / weird.
I was still getting ready to leave my room, wearing my winter jacket and shoes etc, when the house keeping just entered the room and started cleaning the room straight away without giving me a little privacy before i leave. I was very uncomfortable and confused at that moment.
Because I joined a domestic tour group halfway through, I stayed at the hotel. It feels good. The hotel is relatively new and not big, but it is clean and the bed is comfortable. The pillows are weird, square and not good for pillows. , The front desk service is very good, and also helped us to arrange a taxi to Brussels Airport.
Very Good

Amazing
LLexshiThe rooms are a bit small, but it is understandable because it is an ancient building that has been modernized. The location is the best in Ghent. There is a supermarket downstairs, McDonald's opposite, and the only taxi pick-up point in Ghent, which is convenient for going to the train station. The only advantage of the hotel's breakfast is that it is earlier than other breakfast shops. In short, I would still choose this shop if I go to Ghent early.

欧欧洲一个人的旅行The location of this store is very good, just near the scenic spot. The staff service attitude was excellent. I arrived very late that day and it was 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, but the staff still welcomed me warmly. It is a mixed man and woman, but it is very quiet, everyone is very quality and order. It should be noted that everyone should check in as early as possible. When you arrive in the middle of the night, you may not be able to check in, but you can still stay. In addition, for my first time staying in the Youth Hostel, there is a small reminder that this house needs to bring the Bed sheet down and put it in the hall when you check out.
GGiles LawrenceThe room was fine. We needed extra bedding and 2 nice staff came immediately and made the extra bed for us. However! We arrived with a reservation confirmation of 2 adults 1 child. Their confirmation had 2 people therefore the room they had was too small. They did have another room for 3 they said we could have but it would be 30 euros extra. At the time we simply agreed and paid as there was a big queue behind us and the amount was small. Buttons seemed like a con to extract more money from us, it wasn't our mistake as we had confirmation for 3 people at the designated price. It's a shame as I really liked Ghent and will certainly return but there are other hotels to choose from.
GGuest UserSint Niklaas was going thru a process of major road and town works. Confusing one-way systems at play gave me a flat tyre reversing back around the right way and hitting a bunch of stones popping out the ground near the kerb.
I think it would be nice to return once the town face-lift is complete... 🤔
Ibis, I thought you'd be better than that. €20 deposit for a kettle and no milk, coffee, tea, or sugar in your room on arrival.. 😒
The ladies working there were lovely enough to give my gf & I a smile 🥰 they know where to park and at what times to pay the machines at the car parks 🤓
Cheap and fairly cheerful but also stressful to load and unload. 🤕
GGuest UserVery good four-star hotel, the service is very good, there is free parking at the door, it is very important for us to drive by car, it is very convenient to transfer at the highway intersection, there is a very rich breakfast, there is a mini refrigerator, we stayed for two days very satisfied, will stay again next time
CCowquite far from the train station but close to attractions.
a rather old hotel. the door locks are the round shaped ones. the hot water supply of the shower was not quite steady. the room is quite small for europe i think.
the plus side is they gave us the room well before the official check in time. we arrived at around 10:30 and they gave us the room right away. there is a free breakfast buffet as well (even my room choice is the most basic one).
