Our initial triple room was incredibly cramped, but the double room we moved to later had a normal, comfortable amount of space. The hotel's location is absolutely superb; it makes getting around incredibly convenient. The hotel occupies floors nine and above, with a shopping mall and restaurants on the floors below (up to the eighth floor). Getting here is very straightforward: take the airport bus to Osaka Station, and it's just around the corner in the direction the bus was heading. The transportation links are truly excellent. Breakfast was plentiful and varied.

Loved the location, near to Ebisucho metro station. Walking distances to Shinsekai Tower. Loved the supermarket nearby. The hotel staff are all very helpful. Ryu at the front desk helped me with the luggage delivery. The room was cleaned every day. Thank you to the house keeping teams, they worked hard in cleaning the room thoroughly. The free ramen was really good, I missed it already. The staff in the restaurant did very good job in keeping the restaurant cleaned and very patient with the guests although some guests didn’t cleaned their own dishes. Well done to them. We love the hotel and will come back

The hotel boasts an excellent location! It's the first hotel right outside the subway station, incredibly close and convenient to Universal Studios. There's a 24-hour Lawson convenience store downstairs, and direct shuttle buses to the airport are available. The front desk also provides amenities for children, such as slippers, toothbrushes, and pajamas. Compared to hotels in Umeda, it offers much better value for money; for the same price, this hotel feels significantly more spacious and cleaner. I would definitely stay here again! However, the service was quite subpar, almost non-existent. Both luggage storage and check-out are self-service. Housekeeping started ringing our doorbell to clean at 9 AM, then again at 10 AM, which felt very rushed and intrusive. Additionally, during check-in, absolutely no information was provided; it was just a quick, impersonal process.

The location is excellent and very convenient. There are numerous public transport lines within a few minutes' walk. After landing in Osaka, you can take a direct bus that drops you off near the hotel, and it's just a short walk from there – I found this much more convenient than taking the JR line. The bus to the airport also departs from the same spot. Additionally, the hotel has smoking rooms on several floors, which was very helpful for guests. Just a few steps downstairs from the hotel, there's a 7-Eleven and a FamilyMart convenience store. In the evenings, we could pick up some onigiri and sandwiches, keep them in the hotel fridge, and then easily heat them up in the hotel lobby microwave for breakfast the next morning. Overall, everything was great, with just one minor point: given that about 80-90% of the guests in the entire hotel are Chinese, couldn't the front desk staff include at least two Chinese-speaking employees?

We booked a triple room for two adults and a child, but it only came with a double bed. Luckily, our little one was small enough to share. The room was incredibly spacious, and from the window, we had a view of the Hankyu department store across the street and the iconic red Ferris wheel. Check-in on the 19th floor was quick. On the room floors, next to the elevators, there were ice and beverage vending machines. Downstairs, there are 7-Eleven stores on both the ground floor (1F) and the basement level (B1). The one on the ground floor also sold a variety of souvenirs at reasonable prices, and they offered tax refunds. The location is truly excellent. We were a bit disoriented on our first day, but we quickly realized that no matter how you arrive, as long as you head towards JR Osaka Station, you can't go wrong. To reach other shopping malls, simply head to the second floor for direct connections. On our last day, we took the airport limousine bus to the airport. Following tips from Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media platform), we arrived very quickly.

Transportation: Extremely convenient! It's located directly above Namba Station, and there's a bus terminal nearby offering direct airport shuttle buses to both Kansai Airport (KIX) and Itami Airport (ITM). Cleanliness: As is typical for Japanese hotels, it was absolutely spotless and impeccable. Service: The front desk staff were very warm and welcoming. Cons: The lighting in the room was a bit too dim. Furthermore, I was assigned a room with a completely obstructed view by another building – there was absolutely no scenery from the window, just the building directly across. Another minor inconvenience was that the front desk is located on the 22nd floor, which meant I had to transfer elevators every time I entered or exited the hotel.

Pros: Excellent location. Walk to many tourist place and convinient. Cons / Experience: Before arriving in Osaka, I emailed Holiday Inn to inform them that due to personal reasons can see ghost, I could not stay in rooms located directly next to the lift or at the very end of the corridor. However, on the first day, the hotel still assigned me a room right next to the lift. Although the room appeared clean, it was very dusty, had bugs, and the room remained shining throughout the night, which made it difficult for me to sleep. The insects bug on bed also caused skin irritation. Fortunately, the young male receptionist was very polite and attentive, and he helped me change to another room. Unfortunately, the new room still had bugs on the bed and was also dusty. This hotel may be more suitable for men who enjoy nightlife, as there are pubs nearby, some with women dressed in revealing outfits to attract customers. On the other hand, the older male receptionist seemed unfriendly and unwelcoming, often showing a “black face.”

This hotel is fantastic! It's incredibly convenient, located just 10 meters from Yotsubashi Subway Station, right outside Exit 2. Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori are only 1.2 km away, so you can easily walk there to explore the area by night. Plus, there's a supermarket right next door, which is very affordable and handy for grabbing essentials. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean. While the rooms aren't huge, they are very well-equipped and even include a fridge, which is incredibly handy. On the second floor, there's a free hot and cold water dispenser, saving you from buying bottled water. They also have a microwave and an ice machine available for guests, which is super convenient for heating up meals or getting ice anytime. They also offer luggage storage, which is a thoughtful touch. I will definitely book this hotel again the next time I visit Osaka.

The location is absolutely perfect, with direct subway access downstairs and Daimaru and Parco department stores just across the street, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Dotonbori is also only a few minutes' walk away. However, the location is really its only redeeming quality. The rooms and facilities are extremely dated. There's very limited space to hang clothes, and the design clearly hasn't been updated in a very long time. Staying here was uncomfortable; it's really just a makeshift place to crash for the night.
