Haben das Hotel aufgrund eines Asia Festivals direkt daneben gebucht. Auch sonst hat das Arte Hotel eine sehr gute Lage. Direkt an der Donau. Man kann über die Brücke direkt ins belebte Zentrum laufen, wo man alles findet was man braucht. Am Wochenende ist das Nachtleben sehr gut besucht. Es gibt eine Garage für 19€ pro Tag, man kann von der Garage direkt ins Zimmer fahren. Kurzparkzone direkt vor der Hotel, lohnt sich vor allem ab Samstags 12 Uhr und Sonntags da kostenfrei. mindesteinwurf ist ein Euro, hab ich trotzdem reingeworfen, aber ich denke bei kostenfreien Parken braucht man kein Ticket ziehen. War mir nicht sicher. Es gibts optional Frühstück dazu, welches wir nicht in Anspruch genommen haben. Angeblich gibts noch eine Sauna Fitness, was wir nicht genutzt haben.

Nice staffs and easy checkin and out.Great location and they got a spacious parking lot. They got the self serviced laundry area with washing machine and dryer. Great choice for road trip travelers or backpackers. But our room needs more cleaning, there are still dust and others’ hair when we get in the room.

The girl at the front desk is pretty, the breakfast is OK, the hotel is behind the Danube, the hotel has slippers, this is rare in European hotels, you can also ask the front desk for toothbrushes.

Everything is just perfect during our stay at Heritage Hotel.Our room is located at the main building of the hotel which is attached to lobby and the restaurant.Make our stay more convenience.The main building is just steps walk from the jetty .Our room is facing the lake.Coffee and tea sachets are provided in the room..We had our dinner at the restaurant,it was good.The buffet breakfast was very yummy..Overall im very happy with our stay and we will stay again at this hotel..

Sehr sauber, super Service der Mitarbeiter. Einzig die Zusatzkosten für das Parken könnten den ein oder anderen stören.

This is a family youth hostel. The owner looks to be in his 60s and knows Hallstatt very well. The checkin will tell you many travel routes and give you a bunch of timetables. When checking in, he will say that he will send a self-checkin email in advance. In fact, there was no such thing at all. He took my mobile phone to look for it for a long time. It was indeed not there, but it was innocuous. The bed was very comfortable, the bedding was well set, and it was very clean. It was a breath of fresh air in the youth hostel. It was worth staying. Very cost-effective.

The location is convenient to walk 25min to the main train station, the room is very new, clean and tidy, the space is large enough, the equipment is very good, but unfortunately there is no bathtub in the bathroom, there are good restaurants nearby
