Extremely satisfied with this hotel! Even though we booked an economy room, it was the largest I've ever stayed in abroad. Our room opened up to a garden, and it was fully equipped, including kitchenware (just bring your own seasonings and oil). The supermarket right outside sells organic products, which are a bit pricey. You can drive to the Eurospar supermarket about 600 meters away for more options, but be mindful of their opening hours – they usually close at 7 PM and at 6 PM on Saturdays. The experience felt just like home. A stroll around the small town after dinner was also very chill.

The view from the room was absolutely stunning and easily the highlight of our stay. We were given two rooms, which made the stay very comfortable for our group of 3. The shower had great water pressure and was honestly one of the best we experienced during our trip. If you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay in Gosau, this hotel offers great value for money. There’s also a sauna and fitness room available. One thing to note is that the sauna follows the traditional Austrian style, where guests are expected to use it nude. The bathroom layout was a little unusual, with the toilet and shower located in separate areas, which felt slightly inconvenient at times. As for the breakfast, there weren’t many options. We also tried the hotel’s dinner buffet (€29 per person), and it was quite decent.

This hotel is the second-best spot for postcards, right next to the church and very close to the scenic viewpoint. We were lucky enough to be assigned a room in the main building with a balcony facing the lake, which was peaceful and relaxing. The restaurant also overlooks the lake.

Very nice resort with spacious compound, and very convenient. We took a boat from the resort to Hallstatt, 10 euro per person. From Hallstatt, there is a public bus taking us right to the bus stop in front of the resort. However, I was quite disappointed with the wrong information in trip.com regarding the rooms. Intially I wanted to book a chalet with 2 rooms as we are a group of 2 couples. When i made the booking, trip.com website stated that 1 room can fit in max 2 persons. So naturally i had to book 2 rooms. When i arrived that the resort i was shocked to find out that I was misled to pay for 2 chalets with 4 rooms! We didn't use the other chalet of course. It was totally unfair that because of the wrong information in trip.com, we have to pay for 2 other rooms that we didn't need at all. I am asking for compensation from trip.com regarding my loss and it's been 4 days and i am still waiting to hear from them for a solution.

Visibly clean, but dirty if you looked close (moldy shower). In the standard double that I stayed in, you will get two (only 2) outlets in your room and neither will be near the bed. You will have one trashcan in the bathroom that is smaller than a gallon/two liters. Other than that, not horrible. The restaurant is very expensive if you’re traveling on a budget (€40 Weiner schnitzel, so I would recommend finding something else to eat. If you plan on having more than a coffee for breakfast, definitely get a breakfast plan st the hotel. It is about €12 a morning and a cappuccino will run you about €8 euros in the resturant. A breakfast plan gets you whatever you want in the resturant in the morning for free!  If you’re planning on exploring the area, you’ll definitely want a car or bike, do NOT rely on public transit or you will end up paying a lot for taxis. You also cannot rely on uber because you’re too far away from Salzburg.

Das Hotel war sehr schön und sauber! Gute Zugang zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Leider ein bisschen zu lange bei der Rezeption gewartet! Ist aber auf jeden Fall zum empfehlen!

Great courtyard hotel with good size room which is hard to find in Linz. Wonderful breakfast buffet with bacon eggs hash browns etc so you can start the day on full stomach. Many thanks to the front desk for their patience in helping a grumpy jetlagged travel....your assistance was greatly appreciated!

My stay was exemplary, characterized by a prime location and outstanding facilities. The room’s cleanliness was maintained to the highest standards, and the culinary offerings were truly world-class. It was Harry's House again, it was a complete accident haha. I only remember going there for New Year's Eve, but the weather was very bad, it was all foggy, but fortunately I felt it, the lady at the front desk was very friendly, and we said Happy New Year to each other

Everything was perfect except that we had check-in at another hotel which is about 5 mins drive from where we booked. It would be nice to give us an information beforehand not surprise us by a little note on the property and told us to follow the location. There was no parking spot at all at the hotel we had to check-in. Good thing that I wasn't a solo traveller. I can't imagine how I could check-in since the check-in location is far from walking distance and there wasn't a spot to park at the check-in location.
