Hotel is right across the central train terminal which is a huge plus if you are traveling with train. Also close to Spar and Bipa at the train station (the only one that opens on Sundays and late on Saturdays).
Rooms are well maintained and very clean. As well as lobby and the restaurant. Receptionist is also really helpful and friendly. Also noticed that many guests are bringing pets along. So im guessing its a pet friendly hotel. Also electric car charging stations are available in front of the lobby. Close to a couple of restaurants and Billa.
Would highly recommend this hotel to travellers who do not like staying right smack in the middle of city center. You can easily take the tram downtown or walk about 20 mins.

Graz Central Station is also close by, so it is easily accessible by train or bus. If you go down the side street, you will reach the city center, so you can walk to the city center. There is also a mart Billa right next to it. The facilities are clean, and the breakfast is clean and delicious. I recommend it! The photo is the view from the room. Graz Station is right across the street.

The Hotel is located right at the center, with everything in the walking distance. There's a great gym and nice sauna (unfortunately without a pool). Rooms are spacious and modern. The Staff is amazing, we felt welcome at every moment. Breakfast is very good, and the restaurant was open even on Christmas eve. Overall I will highly recommend the Hotel.
One tip: Nearby parking is expensive: it's best to use free P&R which is ~30 min by bus.

The hotel is generally good, relatively clean and comfortable, and the room type is relatively small compared to other hotels in Europe at the same price. It can not be small, the surrounding is very quiet, the facilities are relatively new, the travel family travel friends travel, etc. are very suitable, will choose next time. The hotel is very new and clean, and the room equipment is sufficient. There are many parking spaces in the parking lot. Staff service is very thoughtful. It’s just a few minutes’ bus ride to the main attractions, so the location is convenient.

GGuest UserVery clean and well-maintained—both the hotel and the room! Just a heads-up: there’s no aircon, only a fan. It was cool enough for me, but my friend felt it was a bit warm since we visited during summer. The hotel might look a little dated in photos, but in person it’s airy, and doesn’t have any musty smell at all.
The location is excellent—just a short walk to the Old Town, with plenty of eateries right next to the hotel. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. For the price I paid, I’d say it’s definitely worth it—especially with free breakfast included!
I love the old school key system but it’s super heavy.

MMJ98Nice and clean room, pretty spacious and enough for two people. The negative was that it was not clear that you must pay an additional €20+ euros per person for breakfast (which we declined) and that the items in the mini bar are not free (I suspected as much so I did not consume anything, however there were no prices listed on the items so I wouldn't blame anyone who assumed they were complimentary).

GGuest UserThe hotel is right across the main train station as well as local and regional public transportation services. There are a lot of restaurants and a couple of supermarkets nearby. The Old Town can be easily reached on foot or by tram. My hotel room is very clean and quiet. 5-star from me, highly recommended.

FFANGI deliberately chose this historic hotel. Although the facilities are a bit old, the interior is beautiful, the room and bathroom are large, and the refrigerator in the room is still a keyed one, which is especially old-fashioned. The location of the hotel is very good, right in the city center, very close to the attractions, within walking distance.
