The hostel is strategically located near the main station, with plenty of eateries around. The room is clean and comfortable, though check in took some time, because it's such a busy hostel, but each and every receptionists I dealt with throughout my stay were superb and helpful in every way!

It was midnight when we arrived at the hotel. We dragged our sleepy bodies into the lobby! The front desk was very welcoming and check-in was very convenient. They enthusiastically introduced the free parking area.

晚上11點前台就下班了，好險我緊趕慢趕22:30到了，辦理了入住。房間很舒服，床鋪都很乾凈，窗户外面是連綿的雪山，還有火車站，但是很安靜，躺在床上看着落地窗外的藍天白雲睡了個好覺。酒店提供的greytea茶包絕絕子，還問客房服務員要了幾包。

I recently stayed at the Dorint City Hotel Salzburg and I can highly recommend it! The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a few minutes away from the main attractions of the city. The rooms are modern and comfortably furnished, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The service was exceptional. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to provide tips on sights and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, featuring fresh ingredients and a wide selection. Overall, my stay at the Dorint City Hotel Salzburg was a wonderful experience. I would recommend it to anyone looking to explore the beauty of Salzburg!

We had an excellent stay in this gem of a boutique hotel in the Junior Suite with Executive Lounge Access. Help yourself to free beer, wine, mineral water, juices and soft drinks plus snacks all through the day. Some hor d'oeuvres are served from 6pm and some light breakfast items in the morning in the well furnished lounge. The breakfast buffet is of good quality, fantastic selection of coffees & teas, decent variety of hot & cold food with an egg station manned by a cheerful Afghan cook. I was impressed by the excellent English and kind hospitality of Anja at the front desk and the wonderful Julia M. in the restaurant / breakfast room. Julia is a very gracious and lovely young lady who is an asset to the hotel with perfect language skills and who went the extra mile for us, and always with a smile.

Hotel is located just outside the Salzburg main train station. This make it convenient for travellers planning to travell by train. The 150 bus to Hallstatt is also just 100 m from the hotel. The old town is about 20 ~25 mins, and Mirabell about 15 mins walking distance away. Many restaurants nearby, big convenience store inside the train station. Hotel breakfast has good views of the moutains and castle. Room is a bit old and toilet a bit small. Otherwise, it is clean and tidy. Average size. Overall, good value considering the location.

The receptionists were friendly and incredibly helpful, offering valuable information for tourists. The hotel is conveniently located for those looking to take the 840 bus to Königsee and is also close to the train and bus stations, making it easy to access the old town. Additionally, the room was spacious and comfortable.

Good points •The room was very clean •The bed was fluffy •The sink, toilet, and bath area had heated floors (it was warmer than the room, so I left the door open) •The access to the tourist spots was good •The soaps smelled nice Other points that surprised me or disappointed me •There was a 50 euro deposit (I think this is normal overseas) •For some reason I paid 10 euros when I checked in (I don't speak English, so I don't really understand, and there was no sign of paying on site when I paid in advance) •There was no crosswalk to cross to Europark across the street, so it was a long detour •I wish they had a kettle that could boil water instead of Nescafe •The temperature of the air conditioner couldn't be adjusted (I tried to turn it up because it was a bit chilly, but the temperature couldn't be changed up or down)

The location is slightly off the city center, but the environment is very good, the trees are shaded, the air is fresh and there are 6 buses to go directly to the four-star hotel in the city center. Luggage can be stored and English communication is smooth!
