This is a room with its own exterior entrance called a Casita in Arizona.*☆ THE PROPERTY ☆Welcome to the Starry Night Suite (Unit #2) on the Grand Circle Property. Each unit has a separate outside door for private entry but does share walls and one locked interior door. These shared walls are closet and bathroom areas. The shared door has noise reducers and a deadbolt, locked from both sides. There is potential for our guests to hear other guests due to sharing walls. Sleeps 2-4. It is a great place to crash if you are going to be out and about all day and just need a cozy place to lay your head and maybe cook simple meals. Complete with a full bathroom, efficient kitchenette, and loft bed. This tiny house is attached to the guest house, Casita C, and has a shared courtyard. It is great for a single person, young couples, or older kids. This bunkhouse is close to downtown and the U of A campus.It has a kitchenette with a hot plate, toaster oven, microwave, coffee pot, and a small but decent size refrigerator. It has dishes, pots and pans, and a teapot. The bed is in a loft and is accessible by a ladder. The loft has crawl space only and you can not stand up in it. When trying to cool the space adjust the temperature by 2 degree increments. If you do not follow the guidelines for the A/C it will overwork the unit & will “freeze” and break.Setting the temperature to 78 is recommended and will adequately cool this new space.
