G Tower Furnished Apartment Rentals

Price for the accommodation was good. Close to the metro station. The meeting was friendly. When we had found in our kitchen no forks we ordered but the waiting time to fix the problem was too long. Additionally, there were no spoons, no wine opener, no hair dryer The room climate was a little cold. In the room you can hear noise coming from the street even though we were living on the 27 floor. Internet connection was unstable. A bed in the bedroom was 1,4m but on Trip.com was stated that it’s 1,8m No TV set in the bedroom  Because of the bed size we wanted to move to another room on the day however all the rooms we checked had smoke smell so we decided to stay at the room. Swimming pool facilities not good. Need to be renovated.  The view from the hotel room was nice.

Hug Galata

It's in a great location, near to Sishane metro station and Beyoglu funicular station, and lots of shops and eateries. Only problem is that it's almost impossible to find as there isn't any signboard at the entrance. Even the shop owner of the shop right next door (La Fa Muzik) didn't know of the existence of ”Hug Galata”. It was only when someone helped us to call the phone number on the booking confirmation slip that we were able to find the door and were given the code to unlock it. Then to our horror we saw the narrow spiral stairs that we had to climb up with all our luggage! We were told to take the apartment on the 3rd floor but we asked for the one on the 1st floor as I had injured my knee earlier. Thankfully it wasn't occupied so we only had to climb 1 level up. The apartment is small but comfortable. However, it was lacking in shelves and hooks especially in the shower where there's nowhere to hang clothes and towel or even to place toiletries. There's also no handle on the inside of the toilet sliding door so it was tricky to open it each time. There wasn't any VIP service, we had to ask questions via WhatsApp throughout our stay. When the shampoo ran out and we asked for more, someone brought a plastic bag and hung it on the door but it was filled with shower gel instead of shampoo. The water boiler is noisy so we turned it off at night. Also be prepared for the noise from the nightlife downstairs, something you'd have to bear with for the sake of the convenient location.

Service is the best specially hakim and hassan, Hassan is the top person who understand the customer value and how to handle them. For swimming pool you need a cap to cover your head without that you can't swim and then you have to buy it from them which is 400 TR means £5 so swimming is not free and they don't mansion that in advert

The room is OK, and it is close to the beach. There are many places to eat near the hotel. Prices in Europe are more expensive than in Asia, so eating near the hotel is a bit expensive. The hotel is close to the beach, so you can go to the beach in the morning...

We booked a three bedroom apartment for our stay, we have a family of four. The most important part that made this stay great - the staff. Members of the staff are very attentive, very quick to help, very friendly and kind. Thanks to them we were very well taken care of. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but there were some minor issues that I would like to address. First of all, while the apartment was spotless, you can see that it has been used and definitely needs a cosmetic makeover (so to say). Amenities are used and old so it can be better. Second of all, there is a strong odor of cats inside the apartment. Air circulation is not good. There is no way to get to the garden without leaving the room (and we wanted there to be a private balcony or terrace that is mentioned on the website). Location is nice, you can reach lots of different tourist attractions by foot. All in all, I enjoyed my stay but I’m not sure I will come back unless this hotel has a renovation.

This is my first time in Istanbul, I don't know the areas very well and accidentally booked a hotel in a very typical place. My first acquaintance with Istanbul was in the Tarlabaşı area - I think after that I am not afraid of anything. The hotel itself is located quite close to the road (that is, it is quite safe), but what the owner calls family life is when there are many children and women on the street? This particular street is quite quiet. But for me to be interested in walking, I did not yet know that this is Tarlabaşı - I walked and thought why Istanbul is so dirty, depressing and unfriendly ... A suspiciously large number of houses are destroyed, people do very dirty work or live in very bad conditions. This is not tourist Istanbul. These are the textures of slums and thrills. the hotel itself is quite nice. very small comfortable room, the owner is attentive and always ready to help. I wish the bed linen was cotton and not polyester.

Great place! The studio had everything and was super clean, tidy and cozy. Also quite safe to stay at as a solo female. The building door opens with a code and each floor of the 7 ones had one single room which provided more privacy also. The building had an elevator and it was a quite place. The place had a small balcony overlooking the area and bridge above the bosphorus. It is also located right on şair nedim cd which is a famous street in beşiktaş with lots of restaurants and cafes. Quite close to the Beşiktaş ferry, the bus stops and lots of museums. 10 minutes walk or less to the shore of sahil. The area is up bustling till late. It’s also 8 minutes to the IF performance hall that hosts lots of events and concerts. Also the price was quite reasonable for what it is. P.s: don’t mind the bed picture, i took it on my way OUT not when i arrived unfortunately because i forgot to. So it’s a mess because of me :)

The location is really good, you can walk to Galata tower. And it's near metro station and bus station, you can take public transportation to go to other places. The room is warm and bigger than other hotels we have lived in our trip. Highly recommend this hotel.

When I arrived the receptionist told me there were no rooms left although I had a reservation 10 days prior to my stay. He took me to another nearby hotel called Havana and told me the owner is the same. I went with him and the second receptionist is the worst, he had a pissed face and after openin the room it looked very beautiful with new amenities but a very bad smell was there he started closing the curtains and when I asked him to open the window he did but warned me not to open the curtains as there were families living in the front of us and that it was disrespectful, like I was gonna strip in front of them, so I have to keep the curtains closed and a dark room without the possibility to see when the day rose, this is a first. I want book again with them as I don’t appreciate people that are not professional and keep freestyling in management.
