The room is big enough for couple and with complete amenities inside the room. Thr pool is amazing though we didn't had the chance to use it. The hassle only was the check in, because the details wasn't complete about which tower or room no and floor. And can't understand English. But the location was great. Lots of street foods and bars and just in front of the beach. Easy access in everyday needs specially when you rent motorcycle it's more convenient for 300Batts a day. Wonderful experienced on my pre birthday celebration. Thank you.

One of the largest rooms in Pattaya. Good price, especially by Trip. Location is amazing, don't need a bike if stay here, songtoew in both way just 1min away!🥳 🤗😁 Clean room, big room, big shower and WC, have a balcony 😁🤗, new and strong Aircon, large and strong fridge (my beverage get frozen ❄️😂), good WiFi. why then just almost perfect? because of the bad doors 😢😒 On the owner on the hotel: please fix the doors and make a Noise insulation! big problem: wooden door, doors clamp/jam and you have to SLAM it 3-5x until it close, large empty hallway transport and increase the noise. You hear everything what's going on on the hallway. Especially in the morning, about 5-8 am I woke up 2-4x because someone slammed his door. I love my sleep, I need my beauty sleep 😁😁. please fix it. how: fix the doors for they close easy without slamming them 4x. soundproof the doors, put a carpet in the hallway...

I stayed 3 nights in ”PATTAYA EDGE sea view holiday inn”. It was a guest house. The location of guest house is convenience. There was NO check-in service, due to the flats in the building were owned by different owners (I guess). I needed to spend more than 30 minutes to contact the owner and get the key. Services: NO dining services provided. House keeping, owner asked me every morning. Facilities: Small kitchen was available for cooking. There were some cook wares, bowls & dishes. However, no knift, fork, spoon, chopsticks & towels were provided. Swimming pool at the top floor, guest could view the city in the pool. The water quality should be improved. Gym was good, clean & tidy, drinking water provided. The yoga matress should be cleaned every day. Comments: For solo traveller (this time only), the guest house was good enough for me. I could cook some favouritable food for myself. 10 minutes walked to the beach. Overall: 4 stars (5 stars is the high score)^^

Very clean hotel very clean room on 3rd floor room 311 great selection of free to air channels including movie channels even dedicated Australian channel I am from Melbourne Australia my room had no view double glazed windows nice quiet room nice balcony for coffee and smoking allowed on balcony ashtray provided.The hotel manager was wonderful took me up to my room and showed me operation of tv and A/C which worked well looked brand new water pressure not great but ok water temperature up and down don't know the have rain shower head if pressure is low you don't really feel it. I didn't checkout the pool. Breakfast extremely disappointing looks good on trip.com website breakfast included Alacarte choice of fresh pineapple and watermelon orange juice tea or coffee hot selection choose 1 only from the menu I chose full American bacon 2 eggs cooked the way you like 2 tiny grilled tomatoes here's the kicker sausage baked beans hash browns etc pay extra comes with 2 pieces of toast butter marmalade or strawberry jam. Really. I'm glad I wasn't paying for it no doubt it was built in to the room rate The reason I changed my original hotel booking at another property near this hotel was because of the included Breakfast. They say don't have high expectations The hotel overall was 4/5 And finally housekeepers on my floor June and Ju are an asset to the hotel.

Had a wonderful stay at the Arden. Jan at the front desk was super helpful and friendly checking in. The staff were very attentive and the room service was quite good as well! Spacious room, including a nicely sized bathtub and great shower pressure. Looking forward to coming back!

This condo building is quite large. Since many condo owners here have their own private rental businesses, my criticism is limited to just one. This room's housekeeping is incredibly negligent. Bed bugs are present on the bed and sofa. We initially experience intense itching, and I later recognized that there was a beg bug problem. There is a blood-like stain on the pillow inside the thin pillow case. The housekeeping staff promised to fix the TV the following day, but after five days, they never show up. Additionally broken is the washing machine for laundry. Again, the housekeeping promised to take care of it the following day, but during my 5 days stay they never show up . Please don't reside here if you require a TM30 for a resident certificate. They can’t issue it like regular hotel.

The hotel is good, it was clean, the air conditioning and TV (there is a smart TV) are new, the Wi-Fi in the room is normal, there is a smoking area, the room also has a kettle and a refrigerator, two bottles of water and coffee are given per day, in general everything is great, the price is also nice.
