This place is a big apartment building in Sunset Town, on the South side of the island. Just to let you know, Sunset Town is a bit of a ghost town, and there is no swimming beach here. It's quite a strange place, feels a bit eerie - an unfinished Euro-style city. But if you're adventurous, and you choose to come here, this apartment will have everything you need. I came as a solo traveller, and digital nomaded from here. The internet works great, and it's a quiet studio with a kitchen and desk area, as well as a nice balcony, that overlooks the water, and has a nice view of the clock tower. My favorite thing about this place was the rooftop pool, which is almost 50 meters long, so you can swim laps there. Excellent amenity. And there is a gym too. I would not recommend coming to Sunset Town, but I would give this residence a passing grade.

Our stay at this property was a memorable experience, especially for a relaxing family getaway. The location is truly ideal — right by the sea and within walking distance to Sunset Town and the cable car station. One of the highlights was watching the nightly fireworks show from our window, starting at 9:30 PM — a magical touch! The property is a hotel combined with a coffee shop on the ground floor. While it doesn't offer the same extensive facilities as larger hotels — for example, there's no sofa lounge or prominent front desk — the room was clean and comfortable, perfect if you're just looking for a good night’s sleep in a simple, cozy setting. Room amenities were basic, but sufficient. Breakfast isn’t served on-site; instead, it’s provided at another property under the same brand. On our first day, we were taken there by buggy, and on subsequent days, we were transported by motorbike with help from the staff. The breakfast menu offered around 10–12 items, but you could only choose 4. Drinks like juice or coffee weren’t included and needed to be paid for separately. Despite the simplicity, the charm of the location, the peaceful atmosphere, and the warm service made our experience with Lotus HomeCafe and Cable Car Station enjoyable and unique. A great option for those who prioritize a scenic, quiet stay over luxury amenities.

Very good location - close to the beach, not far from KingKong market, where you can buy food and clothes, there are many restaurants around. And the hotel itself has its own restaurant, we ate there almost every day. It was very tasty, I especially recommend tom yum with pineapples and pho bo. A huge selection of drinks on the menu. The room has good soundproofing, at least there was no noise from quiet conversations. The courtyard is all in vegetation and flowers, you can sit on your small terrace and no one will see you. Every day they changed towels, brought water and cleaned the room. There is a refrigerator, kettle, hair dryer and TV. The air conditioner is directed directly at the bed, which is unusual for us, but without it in December-January it is impossible. The hosts are very friendly 😊

Good location, cozy room, a little noisy but overall good

The hotel is not bad, they clean every day. Good location. The hotel is small, breakfasts are in the neighboring hotel. Upon check-in there was welcome water, coffee and instant noodles. It was offered for free, the mini bar is paid. When checking out from the hotel, we asked to order a taxi for the morning flight, to be sure 😊, the price is right. Already at the airport, the taxi driver said that you need to pay extra for the noodles 🤣🤣🤣 that he was told this at the hotel. Therefore, once again clarify all the ”free” goodies, and hand over the room to the staff.
