Stayed for 4 nights with friends, service was great, with a nice bar area. Room was great and the biggest bed ever and was very comfortable. Great breakfast in the morning. The light show was worth watching, sitting outside in the evening with a bottle of wine. Visited in November and was lucky to have great weather. Staff were very kind, friendly and helpful.

An overall great experience in this hotel. The room I got was cute and has a small kitchen, it has the appliances you need to cook a meal, and plates, utensils as well, there is even a oven that you can heat up all the pastries you brought back to your room, the pastel de nata in the cafe down stairs at the hotel’s lobby were good. But what save my trip was the washer/dryer in the room, been travel for almost 2 weeks without doing laundry until I checked in to this hotel. If I’ve ever returned to Lisbon, will definitely stay in the hotel again.

Everything is very good. It is located in a lively area of ​​Lisbon and within walking distance to all major attractions. The breakfast is also very good.

Increíble place , beautiful view and enjoyable hotel. Only the milk in the coffee machine at room was out of date . All of others things were good

Breakfast was very good and varied. Clean rooms, although the rooftop pool was a bit dirty (hair) and ordering something on the pool deck took a long time (it was just 4 simple drinks). Otherwise good to very good service, good location and nice decor. The beach and train station are just a few minutes' walk away.

It is an old four-star hotel in a relatively quiet location. It is surrounded by residential buildings. It is 5 or 6 minutes' walk from the beach. The train station is 10 minutes away. Next door is a shopping mall for shopping, laundry, and supermarkets. It is more convenient. The hotel facilities are older and the rooms are on the thinner side. The bathtub design is not reasonable for showering. Water will spill out and wet the ground. Be very careful when entering and exiting. The air conditioner is either too cold or leaking. Parking, fitness and indoor swimming pools all require a separate fee. I have stayed in hotels in so many countries. Fortunately, this is the first time I encountered them. Fortunately, the hotel staff are very friendly and responsive. The thoughtful gift of a cake on my birthday is very nice😊 The breakfast is rich and delicious, and the bread is delicious. If you want to take a rest and vacation, it is a good choice👍

The hotel itself is a palace, the environment is very good, but there is a distance from the city center, compared to the secluded. Relative to the environment, the room looks normal. The hotel waiter has a general service attitude and can experience it in the environment. But once again, the black waiter accidentally sent a bathrobe and took the opportunity to look at the guests, because the check in was already six o'clock in the evening, the room had a bathrobe. Everyone is careful. It is because of the five-star hotel that there are quite a few such situations. Together with the Chinese, these waiters pay more attention to the mobile phone conference.

Dear Sir, I am checking out in your hotel on Sept 10, can you help me to ask your floor keeper to check in Rm 407 if they can find a small organizer in dark color with an ID car inside , they may check the locker , drawer and whatever place they can find in the room . The apartment hotel on the Tejo River has all the necessary facilities: kitchen, laundry, master bathroom + guest bathroom, as well as a huge and spacious living room and balcony. Sitting on the balcony: Watch the cars coming and going on the 425 Bridge🚘 Appreciate the white sails of the ships on the Tejo River🚢⛵️ Hear the train whizzing past in front of you🚉🚂 Watch the planes✈️ and seagulls🪽 flying across the blue sky If the restaurant breakfast content changes a little, it will be perfect.

The fixtures and fittings were quite dated for a global brand hotel. Location was kinda far from the city centre so you need to Uber/cab down. Walking would not be possible. 10 mins walk to the nearest metro. Staff were all friendly so that was a plus point. The team at the concierge was super duper friendly so we were happy :) thanks for a good stay!
