Interior of this hotel was amazing including outside pool area! Staffs were helpful and the hotel was located close to the metro. Only things were that the mattress and pillows was too soft for me so i did woke up with back and neck pain. I wish they provided free water bottles in the fridge but otherwise, everything was incredible!

I really enjoyed our staying in lisbon apartment.The best thing:There is no reception,you have entrance code to come inside building and room.The room is super super clean.The cleaning service and virtual reception was really good and fast.For us everything was enough beacause we spent all our time to visit lisbon and around.Hotel is near the airport and 15 min driving to the centro.We had our car,there is parking space around but you have to pay.At keast I will choose this brand again to visit lisbon.

The Villa Baixa in Lisbon is a fantastic hotel with a prime location that makes it easy to explore the city's main attractions and access the train station. The one-bedroom apartment we stayed in featured a cozy balcony with a view of the pretty street below. The living area was well-furnished with a comfortable couch, coffee table, TV, and dining setup, making it feel like a home away from home. The kitchenette in our apartment was impressively equipped, including a small stove, refrigerator, and ample storage for food. This would have made it convenient to prepare meals during our stay, complemented by an array of kitchen utensils, cups, and plates. Additionally, the presence of a kettle and coffee maker with a limited supply of coffee pods was a thoughtful touch. The bathroom was spacious, with a large sink and a shower that offered excellent water pressure. The bedroom had a dark and quiet environment that ensured restful sleep, despite the bustling neighborhood outside. While the Villa Baixa does not offer on-site amenities and has limited front desk hours, the staff's friendliness and helpfulness made up for it. They were delightful and kind, contributing positively to our overall experience. However, it's worth noting that early arrivals may face challenges, as we did, when our red-eye flight left us waiting until 9 AM to check in. Despite these minor inconveniences, our stay was wonderful, and we would gladly return, especially with our seven-year-old daughter. Villa Baixa is a highly recommended choice for anyone visiting Lisbon!

Was travelling during the pandemic and the price was unbeatable so stayed for 2 weeks. Spacious. AC system was top notch! The restaurants in the neighborhood were the most authentic ones and not tourist rrap ones like around Rossio. Location excellent. Nothing to complain about. The only things i can recall is 1. there was no detergent available to the washine machine. And in the stores there was only containers of 3 liters of detergent available..2. The cleaning team left windows open after cleaning so there were lots of mosquitos coming inside the place and fiested on my blood many nights.

We were supposed to stay at the apartment for 4 nights in May 2023. Unfortunately, we had to leave the apartment after spending just the one night there. Upon arrival, the early signs were good. Though it was slightly overcomplicated to check into the apartments, requiring you to scan your photo ID (in our case passport) into a touch screen device, once in the apartment we found it to be spacious and well equipped, with plenty of room in the wardrobes for hangers to hang your clothes. We stayed in room 1.01. We had an issue with the safe and accidentally set the alarm off, but upon calling the apartment's telephone number this was quickly resolved. Unfortunately after that, the experience was a nightmare. The apartment is in a lively part of the city, which is good as you're in close proximity to the many restaurants and bars. However, the noise from the street is unbearable. The apartment is located directly next to a tourist attraction, one of the trams that goes up and down continuously. We'd read reviews beforehand that stated it was a little noisy, but were completely unprepared for what we experienced. The first time we heard the noise it sounded like an aeroplane flying about 10m above the building, and this, combined with the fact the 25E tram runs directly past the apartment as well, meant that with no exaggeration the noise occurred every 5 minutes from about 6.30am in the morning. This was reason enough to want to leave, but there was much worse. We had arrived on a relatively late flight and so didn't end up going to bed until around 11.30pm-midnight. As we attempted to go to sleep, my wife became aware of what was very clearly the sound of rodents in the ceiling above our room. The continuously scuttling noise went on throughout the evening and my wife, who is terrified of rodents, was unable to sleep at all that evening. For these reasons, we informed the apartment the next morning that we were booking alternative accommodation for our remaining three evenings, which ended up costing us nearly £700. The manager attempted to offer us an alternative room, but as my wife was so upset we had already decided to check out and leave the hotel. We couldn't check in to our new accommodation until 3pm, so tried to make the most of the morning by doing some sightseeing, before leaving later that day. To give the customer facing staff some credit, they were very pleasant when we emailed them and explained to them that the level of service we had received was well below our expectations of the apartment. However, though they sympathised, they were completely unwilling to offer us a refund on our remaining stay, despite us offering to also pay for the second day as the short notice would have meant they would have not been able to offer the room to anyone else. They kept referring to the 'administration' who would not authorise them to refund us. Eventually, we stated that if we didn't receive a refund we'd be forced to share our experienc

Location was centrally located on a quiet street. Bed was comfortable, cleaning services were excellent, bathroom was huge and the shower roomy. The kitchen had everything we needed. Clothes washer was a plus. On the other hand, we received numerous messages from the host, which included a code to enter the front door. We had provided all information for a pre check in. What was not provided was information that the property had two buildings on the same street, so when we checked in at the lobby kiosk and learned our apt number, we went to that floor to find no apt with that number. We used the phone at the kiosk to learn we had to travel up the steep street, with all our luggage, to go to a different building. And balcony was so tiny it was almost unusable.

Par contre pas de réception tout se fait sur une borne. Heureusement un sympathique jeune homme qui faisait le ménage nous a aidé à nous enregistrer. L'appartement est grand avec une baie industrielle sur la cuisine très bien équipée (LV, LL, Grille-pain, bouilloire). Lit très confortable. Salle d'eau bien mais avec remontée d'odeurs par les toilettes (comme partout à Lisbonne). Très lumineux, rue pas trop bruyante avec accès facile à tous les coins de Lisbonne.

The room is really nice... it's clean and tidy and it's like an apartment. It has tableware, a hot water kettle, and even pots and pans... you can cook! But if you are a girl, I don’t recommend booking this place! First of all, the location is in an alley next to the square. When you get out of the subway entrance, you have to carry a suitcase and climb a lot of steps. Even though some of the corners are really dark and emm... the smell of urine... there is no front desk, only a machine for self-service check-in. , don’t book if you can’t speak English at all! !

Located in a quiet area, very close to the metro and a short distance from the historic center and the Prince Real. The check-in and check-out process is very simple. The service team facilitated the change of payment form before my arrival and always answered my questions, even when I warned you would be out of the date combined with a problem in the flight. The only negative point to be highlighted is the space of the kitchen pier, because the above boxes are a little low and therefore the position of using the pier is slightly uncomfortable. But as use is point - even the apartment has a washing machine, but we find it excessive to use because we don't get sweating a canvas in quantity that justifies use - it's nothing to catch the stay.

The concierge staff was amazingly friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance with anything. They always greeted us coming and going. The rooms were clean and met all our needs. Clean and sufficient. The balcony was an added bonus, where we could drink our coffee in the sun each day. The breakfast had lots of options available. There were hot choices (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, hard boiled eggs, toast, etc), and many continental options. The staff in the breakfast area is friendly, clean and attentive. I would stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Lisbon.

I debated between Upon and the hotel apartment in the old town for a long time, and finally decided to stay in Upon, because they are really cost-effective in comparison, and the money saved on taking a taxi or subway is definitely enough. I have seen that the rooms in the better hotel chains in Lisbon are not too big. Their rooms are relatively larger at more than 30 square meters, and they also have small kitchens where you can cook your own meals. Another advantage is that they are not far from the subway station, about 700 to 800 meters, and it takes about 10 minutes to walk. It is very convenient to go anywhere. Moreover, they were opposite Benfica, and there was a game on the second night of their stay there, so I felt the enthusiasm of the fans. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the hotel. It would be better if the kitchen utensils were more complete in size. It would be better to consider the issue of hanging clothes after washing. There are also cleaning staff who don't speak English, but the service at the front desk is still good. If you ask them any questions, they can explain them patiently. If you book a room without breakfast, their breakfast on the first floor seems to be 13 euros per person. Besides, because the children are older, all the one-bedrooms are specially reserved. The sofa bed has been set up and the bedding has been put out, which is quite thoughtful. I will probably choose them next time I come here. It is highly recommended. Oh, and I would like to add that right across from the Benfica Stadium is the Columbus Shopping Center in Lisbon. It is convenient for shopping and eating. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk.

Stayed in the 4-bedroom apartment over Christmas with my family, a sort of family reunion with people from the US, Spain, Portugal, and Holland. I've reserved and stayed in many Airbnbs and such all over the world. One thing you can never be sure about is how they will actually be in person. This one exceeded our expectations. So much space, no one felt crowded, and plenty of bathrooms and options for both socializing and privacy. Close to the beach, and well-equipped. We had two big dinners which we prepared and ate there. And the price was very fair as well. Also loved that they cleaned every day while we were there. Overall, an exceptional experience.
