Apartments in Grande Lisboa, Portugal

An overall great experience in this hotel. The room I got was cute and has a small kitchen, it has the appliances you need to cook a meal, and plates, utensils as well, there is even a oven that you can heat up all the pastries you brought back to your room, the pastel de nata in the cafe down stairs at the hotel’s lobby were good. But what save my trip was the washer/dryer in the room, been travel for almost 2 weeks without doing laundry until I checked in to this hotel. If I’ve ever returned to Lisbon, will definitely stay in the hotel again.

Not their fault... but on the route of landing of the near airport... The room was quite good and modern; I was just expecting more space for a superior room. Just a negative point: the floor wasn't wipe every day.

The apartment is located at the bottom of the bica. Remember to point correctly when using uber. Otherwise you need to carry the luggage and climb all that horrible stairs. That demand a lot of strength…… They have luggage storage and please note that there no service counter and need to use the check in machine I tried to adjust the temperature of the air conditioner but failed and no one can help. Overall satisfying

We liked the apartment. I highly recommend registering in advance via the website (request a link from the hotel manager via email). Then there are no problems with access to the apartment (another way to register is through the machine in the building, but sometimes it does not count the documents). The apartment itself is clean and well-equipped. Every day the service came to us and did a symbolic cleaning: changed the towels, made the bed (without changing the linen), but the floor was not wiped. The soundproofing in the apartment itself is normal, we did not hear anyone. But tourists under the windows sometimes shouted loudly, but in the city center, this is probably inevitable. The street is quiet, there are no bars on it, so passers-by will not bother you much. We recommend the apartment!

Excellent hosting! It has everything you need to spend peaceful days. It's in a great location. The only problem was regarding check in. There were no people at reception, they were supposed to receive the access code before arrival, however, this did not happen. Luckily, a cleaning employee was there at the time and we were able to get in to check in at the machine. Despite this, I recommend hosting! An excellent value for money. We liked a lot!

Nice hotel, clean, well-equipped, good service, the boss recommended a nearby pizza shop is great, all newly baked, very delicious!

Absolutely excellent location! It's right next to the street and it's convenient to go anywhere The bathroom is big and it's great for taking a bath. The bath products are of good quality. You know, taking a comfortable bath in Europe is very rare. I don't know why, but it works every time! As for the bed, since there were three of us and one of us slept on the sofa bed, we felt that the cleaning was not very reliable because the family member who slept on the sofa bed always had a lot of bite marks on his body when he woke up. We don’t know if it’s because the sofa bed is rarely spread out as a bed so there are dead corners that are not cleaned properly. We felt a bit troubled! The service is very friendly, the counter will take the initiative to greet with a smile 😁, Summary: I recommend everyone to stay here in Lisbon, it is homely! (It would be better if the sofa bed could be cleaned thoroughly)

Because it is an apartment, the self-service system operates to get the room number and password throughout the whole process, and the service is not available. Give a 3 point because the self-service machine is equipped with a phone. If you encounter problems, you can ask for help. Enough apartment facilities are definitely not comparable to hotels, but the whole is very clean and hygienic. The location is very central, belonging to the core area of the attraction, walking to the commercial plaza and baixa are very close, and there are many foods. Tips: Because the room is small, up to 2 people.

Great apartment located in the heart of Lisbon. This is an outstanding value with spacious rooms and many amenities. I was genuinely surprised by how much was offered (washing machine, cooking utensils, etc). The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a great place to stay while exploring Lisbon this is highly recommended. I would stay here again.

I debated between Upon and the hotel apartment in the old town for a long time, and finally decided to stay in Upon, because they are really cost-effective in comparison, and the money saved on taking a taxi or subway is definitely enough. I have seen that the rooms in the better hotel chains in Lisbon are not too big. Their rooms are relatively larger at more than 30 square meters, and they also have small kitchens where you can cook your own meals. Another advantage is that they are not far from the subway station, about 700 to 800 meters, and it takes about 10 minutes to walk. It is very convenient to go anywhere. Moreover, they were opposite Benfica, and there was a game on the second night of their stay there, so I felt the enthusiasm of the fans. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the hotel. It would be better if the kitchen utensils were more complete in size. It would be better to consider the issue of hanging clothes after washing. There are also cleaning staff who don't speak English, but the service at the front desk is still good. If you ask them any questions, they can explain them patiently. If you book a room without breakfast, their breakfast on the first floor seems to be 13 euros per person. Besides, because the children are older, all the one-bedrooms are specially reserved. The sofa bed has been set up and the bedding has been put out, which is quite thoughtful. I will probably choose them next time I come here. It is highly recommended. Oh, and I would like to add that right across from the Benfica Stadium is the Columbus Shopping Center in Lisbon. It is convenient for shopping and eating. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk.

A lovely, kids friendly hotel situated next to the beach. The staff was absolutely thoughtful and very kind. Room/apartment was very specious. Thanks a lot for having us and will definitely come back!
