The view on the second floor is great... You can see the whole view of Lake Wanaka... We lost our wallet... The little sister called us to pick it up... thank you
The apartment was unable to move in after 8pm, and when we really couldn't get to the hotel before 8pm, the hotel asked us to arrive at the hotel before 10pm, but a late check-in fee of $30 would be charged. Said that if you still can't arrive before ten o'clock, there is no way to check in, and the room rate is non-refundable... So if you choose this hotel, you must be optimistic about the time! As for the room facilities, it is clean, and there are induction cookers, microwave ovens and tableware, so you can make simple meals by yourself
This hotel apartment is opposite the Hilton Queenstown. The 604 four-bedroom apartment we booked has a lake view and a balcony, but the living room is a little small. There is a twin bedroom on the first floor with a built-in bathroom. The other three bedrooms are on the next floor, a master bedroom with a large bed and bathroom, and two twin rooms with shared bathrooms. The kitchen facilities are basically all there, but there is a lack of non-stick pans and a good cooking pan. There is only one frying pan, which can barely cook some meals. The total area of the second floor is about 150 square meters, which can be called a comfortable four-bedroom apartment. It is quite good and recommended.

It is a lakefront hotel, making it easy to enjoy a walk around Queenstown. Although the accommodation is older, it’s kept clean and tidy. The reception was a bit hard to find, so you need to drive slowly to avoid missing it. We were lucky enough to stay on a lower level, which meant fewer stairs to access our room. The only downside was some noise from next door—guests seemed to enjoy karaoke until midnight, which was a bit bothersome. Nonetheless, it’s a nice hotel to stay at for a family of five.

JJon HaseoOverall our stay in Copthrone hotel is amazing! Thank you Copthorne team! You guys are awesome! We got the family deluxe room with lake view - got 2 king beds, stayed for 6 days 5 nights. And it’s spacious! The view is stunning and loving it! There’s a gym and spa pool (need to reserve beforehand) inside the hotel! And there some parking in the hotel, you can park behind suburbs st if the car park is full. The room is warm and I really like the bed, it’s not too soft and give 2 pillows per person. Also there’s laundry service using coins, you also can change it from the reception if you do not have any cash. Toilet is nice, also have great water pressure. It would be great if they can provide utensils and plates. We did some groceries but there’s no equipment to use. Definitely will return to this hotel if I come to Queenstown again.
MMatthew LimSwiss Belsuites was our favourite accommodation across the 9 accommodations we stayed during our holiday in New Zealand! We absolutely love how spacious the place is. Huge cooking space with a comfortable living room with a large L-shaped sofa made for many nights in to cook our own dinner, which was made even easier with the provision of two dishwashing machines and almost every cooking equipment/cutleries you may need. It is also the only accommodation where we got to enjoy using a smart TV where we could easily use our own subscription accounts (via scanning QR codes) to stream videos during our dinners. The bedroom is also really comfortable and the toilet was very clean as well. We also had our washing machine and dryer, which was really useful as we were in New Zealand for two weeks. The best part of our stay was the view of Lake Wakitipu which we could enjoy from our living room. Was such a great stay that we were so sad to check out at the end. Highly recommended!!
GGuest UserOverall, it was very good. I stayed for one night. It was comfortable and warm. Check-in and check-out were easy and hassle-free. It is located in the suburbs. It doesn't matter if you have a car. Overall, it was very good. There are cats. There is also a small bottle of milk when you check in🥛
GGuest UserWalked out onto the balcony and we were met with these stunning views.
The time that we visited (May) meant that it was slightly too cold to be out on the balcony for too long, but the views that we enjoyed out of the window were magnificent.
When the first arrived the lady on the front desk was very friendly, and helpful.
We had asked for a double bed and had been allocated two single beds. She quickly contacted the ladies from house keeping and they very kindly sprung into action to help rectify the situation.
The housekeeping staff were nice and pleasant, and the location was just right for us to get out and about visiting some of the local attractions like the Kiwi birdlife park.
The big plus about staying at the highview apartments was having a parking space. When you visit queenstown you'll soon find out that in some places finding a parking space is like gold dust.
GGuest UserThe hotel environment is very good. It is located only two or three kilometers away from Wanaka Town. It is very convenient and easy to park if you drive. The room is large and clean. All kitchen utensils are available. It is very convenient to cook.
AAnonymous UserWe have traveled to Queenstown many times. In the past, we stayed near the city center near the lake. The hotels there were built a long time ago, the hotel environment was uneven, the facilities were old, and the accommodation experience was average. Some of them were close to the lake and had lake views. But most of them were on the hillside or near the roadside, and traffic jams were easy in the city. This is the first time we chose to stay in a hotel in the center of Remarkable. The hotel was newly built in 21 years, with new facilities, large rooms, a good environment, and a warm attitude of the service staff. It is close to the business district, restaurants, and supermarkets, and can be reached on foot. It is also very convenient to pick up and return the rental car. We went to Tekapo and came back to book another three nights of accommodation, and then found that the hotel also provides electric bicycles for rent, and the price is more favorable than outside, so I unlocked the skill of riding a bicycle to browse the beautiful scenery of Queenstown. I am so happy🥳. I like this hotel very much and will choose it again in the future.

GGuest UserThis is a hotel run by Indians. Disadvantages are general hygiene, carpets and toilets are not carefully cleaned, and the tables and chairs on the balcony are all gray, not for people to sit at all.
The advantages are large, the living room is very large, the bedroom is also very large, and two bathrooms. Suitable for two to three families together.
GGuest UserThe facilities are not bad, the service is really not in line with the requirements. Complete self-service. It was cold and there was no air conditioning, the heating stove was broken and repaired, and the room was not changed. The squatting can use the electric oil they don't know from the cellar, and they barely resist freezing. Request star service bypass, the price is not high, not recommended
