Apartment grande with fitness room is centrally located in Setermoen in Bardu municipality. It is 1.2 km to the city center. Contents: Bedroom with bed, bedside table and TV with connection to Apple TV. Storage room with various kitchen equipment and possibility for storing and preparing (hot) food. Living room with TV, sofa, table and recliner. Gym with treadmill, spinning bike and various exercise equipment. Bathroom with washer/dryer, steam shower, infrared sauna. Private entrance in basement. Short-term rental.
The apartment is located in the basement of Liveien 5 - private entrance. Drive from the center of Setermoen south on the E6 towards Narvik. Drive past the Smestad building and turn off the E6 to the right and onto Seterveien. Follow Seterveien uphill for approx. 160 meters and then turn left onto Skogveien. Follow Skogveien for approx. 240 meters and then turn right onto Liveien. Liveien 5 is the second grey house on the right side of Liveien approx. 80 meters into Liveien. Free parking in the courtyard.
If you are coming from the south, for example from Narvik/Lofoten, you can turn off to E6 on the left and onto Seterveien before you reach the center of Setermoen, then just follow Seterveien uphill approx. 160 meters and then turn left onto Skogveien, then follow Skogveien approx. 240 meters and then turn onto Liveien where Liveien 5 is the second grey house on the right side of Liveien approx. 80 meters into Liveien. If you use a GPS, you may get different directions, and it will also be able to lead you correctly as there are several roads that can be used.
The key to the rental unit is in the key box outside the door to the basement, see the black key box to the right of the door to the basement. The code to the key box is sent out the day before arrival. Open the key box upon arrival, take out the key, open the door to the basement, go down the stairs and unlock the front door with the key. RRavissara S.The room is spacious and clean. Great view from the room's window. I really like the room layout and it is beautifully furbished. The kitchen is great because it comes with A COMPLETE set of kitchen utensils. You will never run out of anything. This is also my first time staying in an apartment-like hotel in Europe, so I was impressed by the dishwasher. The floor is also warmed, which I like. Especially, in the bathroom, my feet didn't feel cold at all, unlike other places. I could not use the kiosk to check-in, but it worked just fine on my iPhone. I was worried about using smart key in my iPhone, as I read a lot of complaints from other reviews. However, it worked perfectly, including the entrance, elevator, and my room. I had no issue at all despite my thick phone case. During my stay, I met no staff. Luckily, there was not any issue, so everything was fine. Lastly, the location is the best. it is located in the centre, and there are several supermarkets nearby. Overall, it is a great place to stay and the price is very affordable. I think I will stay here again if I have a chance to return to Tromsø.

MMintThe facade definitely stands out and the place was cosy. However, the photos were not representative of the actual place not exactly in a good way. We stayed in the designer cabin (which costs more) but were surprised by how small it was. I would not recommend paying more for the cabin during summer as there is not much to see and less convenient considering we needed to walk a distance to access the amenities including the toilets and kitchen which we did not know when we booked.

GGuest UserThe hotel was wonderful. We arrived from Paris very late, almost 11 pm, and the hotel staff patiently guided us through check-in. Since it was so late, we asked her where the nearest supermarket was, and she immediately sent us the location. She was also very patient on the phone, telling us where the microwave was. The key point is that the hotel is incredibly close to the supermarket!! Just two minutes away! Who knows how valuable that distance is in Norway?! And across the bridge is the Arctic Cathedral, and it's only a 10-minute walk to the meeting point for all activities! We truly stayed in a hotel where everything was excellent! Norway is such a pleasant and memorable place!

EEddie LowOur best stay for the trip. The room is very big, clean and fully equipped. Good location, walking distance to the ferry terminal and 15 mins by bus to the airport. The bus stop is just the next street of the apartment. Shopping, groceries, eateries are all nearby. Lucky to see the northern light on the first night outside our apartment. Strongly recommend all to stay when you are in Tromso.

GGuest UserThe hotel is centrally located, just a 5-minute walk to the shopping street. There's a supermarket and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. It's also less than a 10-minute walk from the hotel to the cruise terminal. The rooms are well-equipped. The front desk is in a small room on the first floor and offers luggage storage until 8:50 PM if you need to pick it up the same day.
