The room I booked was very cost-effective. I thought I was given the wrong room. The room facilities were very good, the area was large, and the hygiene was quite good. The hotel lobby was very grand, and there was a large shopping mall downstairs. The location was very good and safe.

Very close to the airport, 150 meters walk to the airport. Very poor service, not only did they not upgrade the room for gold card holders, but they had to wait until 2 o'clock to check in. The breakfast was included in the original booking, but it was not displayed in the system, and it took a long time to fix it. The next day, I had to catch a flight and left early, and they said they would pack a breakfast box. Please see the picture, the apples were still rotten.

The breakfast was very good and the room service was delicious. The service staff were very fast and very friendly. The rooms are bright and the surroundings are nice.

The room is small but for the price is super well, the location is excellent, clean and the bed is very comfortable.

It should be the best hotel in Monterrey, the equipment is very new, in Plaza Arboleda , there are many delicious restaurants next to it. The room is quite big and the service staff is warm. 🔔 Service: Enthusiastic

The sink is not well drained and it is easy to accumulate water, and the attitude of the lobby staff is average. The only advantage is that it is convenient to eat and shop next to the mall.

The hotel lobby is comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, and the bedding is comfortable. There are supermarkets and big shopping malls next to it. There are a lot of food on the first floor of the big shopping mall. Among them are fast food restaurants run by Taitaishan people. The domestic taste is delicious! About 10 kilometers away from the airport, it is highly recommended.

The scenery outside the window is good, the breakfast is quite rich, and the price is good if you are on a long-term business trip.

The room was large, with good facilities, but a little old. We called the hotel for a shuttle after leaving the Monterrey Airport, and they quickly arranged a large car for us that could hold more luggage. The service and value for money were really good.
