Great location and excellent front of house. I stayed in an apartment which had a great array of amenities to use. Gym a total let down so fyi if you want to train … most equipment broken.

1. Cleanliness - We stayed 4 nights and they didn’t clean the room for us once. Referring to some laws, but other hotels we’ve stayed at this trip all of them offer the daily cleaning service. 2. Location - City center, easily accessible to all attractions - We were able to store our shopping bags in between the shopping spree during the day 3. Service - They just did things as scripted, 2 girls chorus, nothing special. - We asked for bus information. She didn’t know. Most hotel staff should be able to provide this basic city info. 4. Amenities - No fitness. The only good is our room #50 has balcony, extra price for that ofc.

Nice room however no working internet. Only one large towel supplied. And worst was bathroom door jammed. No hotel details provided. Lucky a man on the street advised we could check in at the adjacent hotel which has no connection to this hotel. No instructions provided that this was checkin process. No kettle in room. Hob but doesn’t work. I don’t recommend staying here.

Recently returned from a weekend trip to Verona, the room allocated was in a good walking location to the main arena area and town. The room was extremely spacious well presented and equipped. The Reception staff were very friendly and provided good advice in helping us explore this beautiful city. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Giudecca is the perfect location to explore Venice. The view of the city is exceptional both at day and nighttime. The neighbourhood has a very authentic atmosphere as it is home to many locals whom you can encounter in the shops (some excellent bakeries and a little supermarket just around the corner) and the numerous seafront restaurants. The apartment is perfect, beautifully decorated and functional. It really feels like home from the very start. The only negative thing to mention is the rather cumbersome procedure to open the main entry door as well as the flat itself on arrival. The openow app requested doesn't work properly and we had to call the hotel for help. We were promptly given a 4-digit code which allowed all of us to easily access the house and flat. An app might not even be needed if this were adopted as common practice. We would return to Al Redentore any time if back in Venice!

An ideal location only a few minutes walk away from the Rialto Bridge our apartment was in a block not far from Hotel Ai Reali. We went there first to check in and get our key. We had a fabulous welcome from a front of house person and were given a map, some very helpful information and that was very much appreciated. We were helped with our bags to our apartment, settled in and shown where things were. It was a great way to have an additional bed without the cost of an extra hotel room. We were impressed with the lovely European styling of the apartment and excellent facilities - a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave. Our bins were emptied each day, we were there for 3 nights and felt safe, secure.

My son and I stayed in the suites for 2 days. The rooms are very good sized and comfortable, plus we each had a bathroom which I really liked. There is a kitchen and sitting room area as well. Good size for the amount we paid. Truly liked the location too as it was very close to the Rialto bridge. I would say though that we heard people walking around above us for hours late at night. Most people might not be sensitive to noise but if you are, we had this problem at most places we stayed in many cities. Also of course, the church bells go off every 15 minutes but I didn't notice late at night. Very comfortable bed, very clean and a nice robe and slippers. Good experience. I would stay there again. Last issue though, there is no elevator. I called in advance to see if my room is hard to get to and I was told no worries, you are on the first floor. However, that first floor is up two flights of steps. Be prepared to lug your suitcase up and down. I got help from the very nice guy who works there. Great place, they left out some tea bags and coffee pods.

Wonderful to be in the centre although limited view of canals and happenings. Nice quiet corner and extremely easy to manage , secure access to our flat. Newly refurbished , high standard of finishes and interior design for luxury comfort. Kitchen pantry likewise enjoyment to make coffee and have our light breakfast. The only comment on the size of bathroom, shower is the shower door can only open 70% ( unit 23)) so would appreciate if establishment improved this to sliding door panel. Just a short stay but would definitely recommend this property and also try the other Be mate properties in other cities.

We really liked everything! Modern comfortable apartments in an incredibly convenient location - 5 minutes from the Arena! Cleaning every day, shampoos refilled, towels changed if you put them on the floor. There is a kitchenette, stove, microwave, refrigerator, and 2 small bottles of water are provided daily. The staff at the reception are very nice. Among the small disadvantages: there were problems with the safe, it did not open for two days in a row, it gave an error, although we entered the code correctly, when they came to us to fix it, it turned out that it opened with the usual standard code (i.e. it could be opened any employee just like that). Well, the cost was a little high for the New Year holidays, but everything is clear here :) Overall, highly recommend!

Please do yourself a favor and book elsewhere, this Charming Palace is a disaster. Here is my story. I booked a trip to Venice for my wife’s birthday. I chose this particular hotel because it’s located near Realto bridge, which is where we wanted to be. My wife has mobility issues and we needed that specific location. Additionally, we booked this place because it has a full kitchen which we were going to use because of the aforementioned mobility issues, as well as two bedrooms and canal views, and on the quiet street. The evening before our check-in we received a message from Maurizio, the owner, telling us that there is an issue with the boiler, and he will host us in a “better structure” at another hotel. I sent a message to Maurizio asking whether the hotel also has canal views, and Maurizio did not respond. Long story short, on arrival we were met by a lady who walked us to a different hotel. The hotel was almost 1km away from the Realto bridge, and again, my wife has mobility issues, so for us that was a big deal. Then the hotel did not have water views, it was above a very noisy restaurant where you could see people heads out of the window, and noisy from 8am until 11pm. Obviously no water views, there was no full kitchen, no second bedroom, there were 3 other neighboring rooms on the floor and a noisy common area, the shower was pressure was low, the water from the shower was leaking all over the bathroom and into the corridor because the shower door was not installed, and the whole Venice experience turned into a disaster. I did not reach out to Maurizio during my 2 night stay because we were not willing to move to another hotel even if he offered, due to my wife’s mobility issues, and really because we should not have been placed in that “better structure” from the very beginning. Upon my checkout, I reached out to Maurizio to work out a partial refund, because the place that he put me in was much worse that what I booked, and I am sure it was much, much cheaper too. But Maurizio refused a refund saying that I should have reach out to him sooner, and that it was unfair from my end to request refund upon check out, to which I responded that it was unfair to put me in a terrible room without the views of the canals, on the outskirts of Venice, on top of the restaurant, without working shower, without working AC, and call it a better structure. Needless to say, there are many places in Venice that you can stay in, and AVOID this place at all costs. If you already booked it, cancel it, run away from here. I normally don’t write reviews, but this place deserves 0 stars. I am working with my travel provider to refund me the trip expense, if that doesn’t work I will deal with my credit card to dispute the charge. I am also going to work with Chase / Expedia travel website to file an official complaint, and will attempt to do everything possible to delist this place from those travel websites so that other people don’t end up in the same si

We stayed in these apartments in September and gave us the 9. A apartment that used the top of 7 and 8 and there they put you. A bed under a roof that you had to enter cats. A kitchen that could not cook standing. If you measure 1.60 you are certainly okay, but if you are high@, forget. A room without lift, though ll of the lifts is something normal there. But the full, is that with towels put dressing or coats, I still don't know it was. We asked for change but they said they were complete and said this, they are towels (for them).

Villa Moro Lin is a perfect tranquil haven out of the hustle and bustle of Venice. It was really easy to reach Venice by bus from a stop right outside the villa. The pool was great, we swam everyday. The Sun loungers were really comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the apartment had lots of new fixtures and fittings. The staff were so helpful and polite. We’ll definitely return if we’re in the area again.

Villa Moro Lin is a perfect tranquil haven out of the hustle and bustle of Venice. It was really easy to reach Venice by bus from a stop right outside the villa. The pool was great, we swam everyday. The Sun loungers were really comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the apartment had lots of new fixtures and fittings. The staff were so helpful and polite. We’ll definitely return if we’re in the area again.

We stayed a night at a apartment. Very wide and the kitchen with everything. They also offer a small breakfast. There is the possibility of parking on the site in a private and custodian parking. Unfortunately, it was only a bad and a little cleaning on the ground that had some trouble, but for one night it was more than good. We had chosen the payment in the structure and the possibility of dismissing a little before, and therefore paid a little more. Requesting explanations it appeared that booking does it often, from this possibility, when there is actually no....

This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed at. Horrible staff, dirty apartment, terrible service, didn’t have most of the things that they said they did on the website. Pictures on the site are one big lie. We are here for 10 days due to a summer school in Verona, our showers did not have any warm water and was freezing cold. We went down every day to ask for it to be fixed. They would fix it after some very unfriendly looks but it would be broken again within 5 minutes. We had to go down every day to ask for stuff to be fixed, on day 5 they said a technician would come but it did not work or did not come (for we were out so never saw anyone). We asked them multiple times to change our apartments but they lied to us that there were no other rooms free. While on the site you could still book multiple rooms for those days. On day 6 they finally just gave us another apartment (smaler than the one we paid for) but still we had to go down every day now to get stuff fixed. Our balcony door got stuck we called them to come fix it for we had stuff on the balcony. The man came in did not apologized for anything (during our entire stay did not hear one sorry) asked us in the rudest way “what do you need” and then climbed through our window to grab our stuff of the balcony. Not gonna lie that was very funny but the door is still not fixed. So no more balcony. My friends are also writing reviews they have more on the apartment so read those Before you want to book here. I wouldn’t. The place is way to expensive for what state that it’s in. I know i want my money back for we did not get what we paid for at all. Quick little summary: moldy bathrooms, a lot limescale in the shower head, dirty floors, broken doors, broken hob, microwave broke down then the fridge, terrible staff, place stinks, no hot water, do not have any customer service skills, things barely work, didn’t provide with stuff listed on the website. Pls do not stay here.
