Staycity is located at a perfect and safe environment. It’s located close to anything you may ever think you need. Will surely stay there when visiting Venice again.

1. Cleanliness - We stayed 4 nights and they didn’t clean the room for us once. Referring to some laws, but other hotels we’ve stayed at this trip all of them offer the daily cleaning service. 2. Location - City center, easily accessible to all attractions - We were able to store our shopping bags in between the shopping spree during the day 3. Service - They just did things as scripted, 2 girls chorus, nothing special. - We asked for bus information. She didn’t know. Most hotel staff should be able to provide this basic city info. 4. Amenities - No fitness. The only good is our room #50 has balcony, extra price for that ofc.

Recently returned from a weekend trip to Verona, the room allocated was in a good walking location to the main arena area and town. The room was extremely spacious well presented and equipped. The Reception staff were very friendly and provided good advice in helping us explore this beautiful city. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Quick and convenient settlement. Clean room with new furniture and plumbing. Quiet. There was not enough teapot

My son and I stayed in the suites for 2 days. The rooms are very good sized and comfortable, plus we each had a bathroom which I really liked. There is a kitchen and sitting room area as well. Good size for the amount we paid. Truly liked the location too as it was very close to the Rialto bridge. I would say though that we heard people walking around above us for hours late at night. Most people might not be sensitive to noise but if you are, we had this problem at most places we stayed in many cities. Also of course, the church bells go off every 15 minutes but I didn't notice late at night. Very comfortable bed, very clean and a nice robe and slippers. Good experience. I would stay there again. Last issue though, there is no elevator. I called in advance to see if my room is hard to get to and I was told no worries, you are on the first floor. However, that first floor is up two flights of steps. Be prepared to lug your suitcase up and down. I got help from the very nice guy who works there. Great place, they left out some tea bags and coffee pods.

Wow! fantastic hotel and excellent communication from the staff from the moment of booking. We had a transfer from the airport to the hotel and were immediately welcomed by very professional and friendly reception staff who spoke excellent English. The room was spotless, and well equipped and well serviced throughout our stay. The staff were very knowledgeable of the local attractions and shared this with us to enhance our stay 100%. There is so much to do, and the hotel is situated in such a great location to access all the things to do in this city, particularly the Arena (3-minute walk) which was the main reason we booked it to see Eros Ramazzotti in concert. Upon our departure, there was a glitch with the airport transfer not collecting us, but the very capable receptionist made a few phone calls and very quickly got us picked up and to the airport on time. I can't recommend this Hotel enough as a quality place to stay.

we can just advice the residence Vescovado on all the point , from the area place very charmed in center , to the welcoming of katarina who is a very kind person , available for all help, for exemple she went with us untill the parking to park our car cause we were very tired and afraid to get lost even it is easy to find near the residence, she cared my glutenfree food , the flat is very beautiful, the bed very confortable, you find all your need from the bathroom to the kitchen, you just have to put your suitecase and take your sit as your home ! very very nice experience, that we recommand 100/100 she make all to make your install easy and confortable. if we have to come back vicenza for business we will return to this residence without think to another. thank you so much Katarina !

We were met by the team, and they were very warm & welcoming throughout our stay. Thanks Andrea & Valentina! Location - Really excellent, very close to Rialto Bridge. Just a hundred feet from where the action begins, but at night it wasn't too noisy unlike alot of other locations in Venice. There are some great bakeries and shops around the flat, and if you want all the hustle & bustle, it's just a bridge away. Rooms - Although it's in a small alley, don't let that bring you down. The rooms were lovely, clean, spacious. Was quite impressed with the coffee machine, quality of coffee (well, we are in Italy!) and snacks. Getting there - If you can, take a private boat, it drops you just meters away from the space. If you take one of the bigger water taxi's, still ok, but then be ready to carry your suitcases over the bridge & the steps! Our AC's were working a little below optimal, and we managed the situation, but the team was very proactive to try and resolve it with an urgency that is appreciated. The next day itself they had the AC technician over.

We stayed in these apartments in September and gave us the 9. A apartment that used the top of 7 and 8 and there they put you. A bed under a roof that you had to enter cats. A kitchen that could not cook standing. If you measure 1.60 you are certainly okay, but if you are high@, forget. A room without lift, though ll of the lifts is something normal there. But the full, is that with towels put dressing or coats, I still don't know it was. We asked for change but they said they were complete and said this, they are towels (for them).

Giudecca is the perfect location to explore Venice. The view of the city is exceptional both at day and nighttime. The neighbourhood has a very authentic atmosphere as it is home to many locals whom you can encounter in the shops (some excellent bakeries and a little supermarket just around the corner) and the numerous seafront restaurants. The apartment is perfect, beautifully decorated and functional. It really feels like home from the very start. The only negative thing to mention is the rather cumbersome procedure to open the main entry door as well as the flat itself on arrival. The openow app requested doesn't work properly and we had to call the hotel for help. We were promptly given a 4-digit code which allowed all of us to easily access the house and flat. An app might not even be needed if this were adopted as common practice. We would return to Al Redentore any time if back in Venice!

An ideal location only a few minutes walk away from the Rialto Bridge our apartment was in a block not far from Hotel Ai Reali. We went there first to check in and get our key. We had a fabulous welcome from a front of house person and were given a map, some very helpful information and that was very much appreciated. We were helped with our bags to our apartment, settled in and shown where things were. It was a great way to have an additional bed without the cost of an extra hotel room. We were impressed with the lovely European styling of the apartment and excellent facilities - a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave. Our bins were emptied each day, we were there for 3 nights and felt safe, secure.

Wonderful to be in the centre although limited view of canals and happenings. Nice quiet corner and extremely easy to manage , secure access to our flat. Newly refurbished , high standard of finishes and interior design for luxury comfort. Kitchen pantry likewise enjoyment to make coffee and have our light breakfast. The only comment on the size of bathroom, shower is the shower door can only open 70% ( unit 23)) so would appreciate if establishment improved this to sliding door panel. Just a short stay but would definitely recommend this property and also try the other Be mate properties in other cities.

In addition to the very convenient transportation, the others are very poor. The door is 4L directly to the main island of Venice. Where is the difference: We arranged a room with a single family on the first floor. The door was directly facing the street. Any person could knock on the door. I don't know who will ring the doorbell at night. I went downstairs and saw no one. It was scary and I didn't sleep well all night. Privacy and security are discounted. Secondly, the deposit of 200 euros can not be swiped for cash. If you really want to live, remember to bring enough cash.

I stayed in the family at this facility from 17 to 21 August, and we were really good, especially thanks to Matthew's availability and friendlyness. There is also a free parking possibility and another great comfort is guaranteed by the stop of the direct tram to Venice located just a short distance from the facility.

This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed at. Horrible staff, dirty apartment, terrible service, didn’t have most of the things that they said they did on the website. Pictures on the site are one big lie. We are here for 10 days due to a summer school in Verona, our showers did not have any warm water and was freezing cold. We went down every day to ask for it to be fixed. They would fix it after some very unfriendly looks but it would be broken again within 5 minutes. We had to go down every day to ask for stuff to be fixed, on day 5 they said a technician would come but it did not work or did not come (for we were out so never saw anyone). We asked them multiple times to change our apartments but they lied to us that there were no other rooms free. While on the site you could still book multiple rooms for those days. On day 6 they finally just gave us another apartment (smaler than the one we paid for) but still we had to go down every day now to get stuff fixed. Our balcony door got stuck we called them to come fix it for we had stuff on the balcony. The man came in did not apologized for anything (during our entire stay did not hear one sorry) asked us in the rudest way “what do you need” and then climbed through our window to grab our stuff of the balcony. Not gonna lie that was very funny but the door is still not fixed. So no more balcony. My friends are also writing reviews they have more on the apartment so read those Before you want to book here. I wouldn’t. The place is way to expensive for what state that it’s in. I know i want my money back for we did not get what we paid for at all. Quick little summary: moldy bathrooms, a lot limescale in the shower head, dirty floors, broken doors, broken hob, microwave broke down then the fridge, terrible staff, place stinks, no hot water, do not have any customer service skills, things barely work, didn’t provide with stuff listed on the website. Pls do not stay here.

We stayed a night at a apartment. Very wide and the kitchen with everything. They also offer a small breakfast. There is the possibility of parking on the site in a private and custodian parking. Unfortunately, it was only a bad and a little cleaning on the ground that had some trouble, but for one night it was more than good. We had chosen the payment in the structure and the possibility of dismissing a little before, and therefore paid a little more. Requesting explanations it appeared that booking does it often, from this possibility, when there is actually no....

Better than extremely good ! We went for 2 nights in Lords of Verona without any real idea of where we went since we booked it 1 hour before going there. I cannot find any other words than ”Exceptional”. We are perfectly placed in the center near a very nice ”Piazza dei Signori” in Verona. The decoration is pure Italian design and beds are really really comfortable. The receptionist were all more than welcoming up to the extreme. Very friendly and sincere, they gave us extremely good adresses in Verona. They even prepared a special attention to my wife and brother in law since it was their birthday. This kind of attention is the difference between a 5 and what this place is really : 5 stars ++++. We came only 2 nights but without any doubt, we will come back. Thanks a lot for not being only good, but just excellent !
