We spent a wonderful week in Scily travelling by car around the island. Visited impressive sightseeing places. At the end of the trip decided to stay in Trapani before the flight. And as a wonderful end of our adventures was the stay in the perfect apartment. It is a real well equipped , of modern design and marvellous atmosphere appartment. The host are super hospitable and friendly, enjoyed communucating with them. Everything that you want to see is 1-10 min walk. A lot of restaurants around. The streets are clean , people smily and lively. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in this appartment. That was luck for us.

I stayed here for ten days. There was parking for my rental car. The staff were helpful. They spoke English. I was in a first floor apartment. I didn’t have a view, but there was a lovely patio with fragrant garden. They provide water, but I drank from the tap. The kitchen had everything needed. Even had an oven. Comfortable furniture. There is a washer and a sink for for hand washing of clothes. Hot water. Air conditioning which I didn’t use. Decorated nicely. The town is a short walk away. The views from the upper floor rooms is spectacular. The WiFi was spotty, but eventually got fixed and worked well. The apartment was spotless. Maid service every three days. They provide a good breakfast which you order the night before. Alternatively, they will give you a coupon to use at a lovely cafe in the center of town. At night it was quiet. In the morning you are treated to the sounds of song birds. Sitting on the patio enjoying a coffee was my preferred activity. I highly recommend this place for couples or a family get together.

We were two couples travelling thru Sicily for three weeks, we spent four nights here in a junior suite on the third floor with a sea view. Although it was generally quiet, the mornings were noisy as we could hear the movement of the chairs from the breakfast room above our room – there was no sleeping in. Before arriving we were provided with detailed driving directions and had no difficulty finding the hotel. We lucked in and were able to finding parking along the sea wall, next to the hotel during our stay. We used EasyPark which worked like a charm and parking was very affordable. The entrance door is located about 100ft from the intersection of the Plaza Mercato del Pesce. Check-in was a breeze and a brief explanation of the amenities was provided, and we were informed that the building was once a monastery. As one cannot drink the water, we were provided with two bottles of water daily along with two coffee pods. Anything extra must be paid for. Breakfast was served on the 4th floor in an enclosed area. The seating area is not large but most guests do not linger over their meal. The selection was good and plentiful ranging from pastries to bacon and eggs. The rooms were very well appointed, large and the furnishing modern. Our sleeps were tranquil and we were usually laud to sleep to the sound of the crashing waves outside. There was plenty of storage space. Although there is a small kitchenette I do not know how one would prepare meals as mothing beyond a few plates and cutlery was provided. The hotel is small with only 20 rooms and I believe that there is a building next door where one can rent apartments. The hotel is well located to visit all the sites in Trapani and the ferry terminal is a short 10 minute walk away. If you plan to visit Favignana, book your seat early as the sailings we wanted to take was sold out three days running. Suggest that you also book your return portion at the same time. Also, when the cruise ships come in, the historical area becomes very crowded. There are also numerous restaurants nearby, along with wine bars. Lastly, walking the streets at night was a delight.

Feels like being in an Agatha Christie novel: the style and drama of the converted church with glass antrium are amazing. So is the hospitality. Great value for money. Delicious breakfast and coffee. Lovely staff.

Our stay here was nothing short of excellent! From the comfortable bed, the spa slippers provided, to the mocha pot and fridge, the room was a refuge after exploring Syracuse all day! A great selection of restaurants within a short radius along with a small supermarket. We walked everywhere from the Hotel, day or night. Thank you for a great 6 nights. Shelley and Tom

Great customer service, actually most perfect one we’ve got so far in Italy during our trip. Appartments are clean, renovated with a good taste and make you feel like home and not in a hotel. Location is central and is within walking distance to all recommended restaurants and attractions. We were driving and despite rumors it was pretty easy to find street parking even during peak times. Definitely recommend this place to stay during your stay in Catania.
Sicilia's Art Hotel & Spa

What I liked: - The hotel boasts two lovely pools. - The on-site restaurant serves some of the best food I've had in the area, though it is pricey. - Breakfast is simple yet delicious, featuring eggs, frankfurts, bacon, cheese, pastries, fruit, juices, and wonderful coffee. - You are allowed to enjoy drinks by the pool. - 90% of the staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. - Free parking is available on site. What I disliked: - The room's air conditioning was not adjustable and only blew in one direction, making both the bathroom and bedroom uncomfortably warm. - I had to sleep on the pullout sofa as the bedroom was too hot. Thankfully, the sofa was available; otherwise, I don't know what I would have done. - The spa seemed expensive for a hot tub and sauna, so I didn't use it and can't comment on its quality. - There is an incredible rooftop with views of the bay and Mt. Etna that goes unused, which feels like a wasted space. - The location is very remote, situated in a residential area with nothing within walking distance except for two restaurants and a golf club affiliated with the hotel. - While you can walk to the bay, there are no pathways and the return trip is steep and uphill. - The hotel provides taxis, but they are quite costly. - There is an extra charge to use the kitchenette, which was not communicated beforehand. Additionally, no tea or coffee replacements were provided, which is unusual for a hotel of this caliber. **Tips:** - If you are checking in past 10:30 PM, be sure to call the hotel to ensure someone will be available to check you in. - Renting a car is essential for getting around, as without one, your travel options will be limited and expensive. - This hotel is perfect if you want to relax by the pool and do occasional excursions. However, if you're looking for more activities, you may find the location too remote.

I thoroughly searched for the perfect place to stay since we have 2 teenagers and stayed for almost a month. Incredible staff From the moment, I first contacted this hotel with my many questions until we checked out, the patience, service and warmth of Cristian and Sara was incredible! Crisitan even saved a special side trip I planned for my daughter’s birthday. He was always available! A special thank you to Crisitian for helping us out. Perfect location We stayed in the Green Palm apartment. It’s a few steps away from the main square but nestled in a tiny street so it’s quiet. There is a nearby supermarket and even a washeteria a few steps away. The washeteria offers self-service or pay a little extra and they will wash your clothes. They even delivered it to the hotel as a courtesy. Cleanliness – 5 star ++ experience! I am very picky about hotel cleanliness, and this hotel was spotless! Simona, the housekeeper, ensured that the apartment was perfect every day. Daily housekeeping was such a plus for us during our extended stay! Simona worked with such pleasure and from the heart. She became a friend. Furniture-Like one reviewer, this apartment is decorated to a high modern standard furnishing. Super high quality and new. I loved the feel of the apartment. Lastly, I had the pleasure of meeting the owner of La Malandrina. He invited us to his beautiful lounge bar and was incredibly hospitable. Such a nice gesture! Bottom line – DO NOT hesitate! This hotel is one of the best I’ve stayed at with my family and we are experienced international travelers. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure the highest level of service.
