After a long day of meetings, I was able to unwind and explore the city's cultural landmarks, thanks to the hotel's central location. Whether it was enjoying a leisurely stroll through nearby parks or experiencing the vibrant local cuisine, Athens Downtown Residences served as the perfect home base for my dual-purpose trip.

First of all I want to thank the managment and all the staff of the K29 Athenaeum Hotel for which I consider one of the best accomodation which me and my wife have truly enjoyed. We stayed at the hotel for a total of 12 days and I truly say that the service and dedication provided by the staff was great. We surely enjoyed the breakfast on the 7th floor with a side to side verandah and a fanastic view of the acropolis etc. The brekfast itself was tasty and very delicious and fresh with lots of items to choose from. And a big thank you to the waitress and receptionist who served us always with that sincere smile which shows that the greeks are great at heart. Long time ago I worked on a cruise ship as musician with Epirotiki Lines, the best years of my life. Returning to Greece after so much years proved that these people remain sincere, hard working and they show great respect. The room we had was great, with a large size bathroom and kitchenette which served us to the utmost. It was always cleaned with clean towels, etc. Contrary to what others wrote, the area is completely safe, only during the night like other countries one has to take drastic measures to avoid some narrow side streets, due to the fact that Athens has alot of foreigners and drug abuse is visible in some areas. The apartments are modern. Rooms are spacious. Very clean and also functional accommodation. The location is fantastic. It is in the middle of the restaurant and cafe’s area, minutes walk to acropolis and with excellent public transport possibilities. Janis (the manager) is very responsive and helpful. But Costas (s.photo) is unique!! He received us, helped us with the luggage, provided us with everything we needed and all with a big smile!!! The only drawback is (and it is partially our fault) we had little possibility to sit. We took a 2 bedroom for 6 people and used the sofa as bed. The amenities are absolutely adequate and we even had a bottle of wine as a curtesy of the management. The value for money is really good.

My wife and I stayed here for one night - it was clean and it got the job done. It's great for an overnight stay close to the Athens airport. The apartment itself was good, spacious, and had a great bathroom/shower. The bed wasn't our favorite and it's on the smaller side for two, but the rest was good and I'd recommend this if you need to crash somewhere near the airport.

Breakfast was fantastic and generous and on our last day when we left early for a boat they made up a breakfast box for us to take away. Room was lovely, spacious and nice bathroom. Quiet considering we were very central. Hotel organised taxis for our arrival and departure which was great too. Highly recommended especially for a sightseeing trip, it makes a great base.

A wonderful little find and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Athens. We were a family of 4 - 2 teenagers and we booked a 2 bed apartment. It was very clean and well equipped. The whole building is. We had a complimentary bottle of Greek wine on arrival and chilled water in the fridge. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee pods too. The beds were very comfy and the aircon worked very well. We also made use of the free laundry facilities which was a bonus! We arrived very late due to a delayed flight. The entry process and key collection was very straightforward - and communication with Yannis super efficient. We found the apartment was really well located - it’s surrounded by lots of decent restaurants, a bakery and coffee shops - there is a mini market and pharmacy across the road yet it’s very quiet. We walked to everywhere and felt very safe. Thank you!

The small apartment is not large, but it has all the necessary facilities. The curly guy is very helpful and introduced many attractions, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. in Athens. The location is very good (just on the street on the left in the picture). Popular You can basically walk to all the scenic spots.

We loved this small suite style accommodation in Athens . It is very close to Acropolis and the walking paths that lead to many neighborhoods. The rooftop patio was a big focus for us, as the Acropolis view is amazing ! The staff also very accommodating and made us feel so welcome !

It states that the shuttle is free, but when I contacted them on the day, they did not arrive on time and I was unable to use the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Also, the transfer from the hotel to the airport was delayed by about 10 minutes. I was worried that the hotel would arrive 10 minutes late, even though I had waited exactly as specified by the hotel. (I was nervous because I was scheduled to board a plane that day.) I think I had opened the window to ventilate the air, but there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room, and I killed dozens of them, but the noise of the mosquitoes at night made me panic. I was woken up many times, and in the morning there were still many of them. The room was clean and tidy, and the shower temperature and water pressure were great.

We were looking to book a hotel closer to the airport than Athens because we had a very early Morning flight home the next day. The price was very reasonable and the photos looked great so we decided to book it. There is no staff on site but they were very on top of texting us info on how to get into the building upon our arrival. We jumped on the Wi-Fi at the airport before heading out to make sure we had the codes before we left. It was about a 10 min drive and the building looks very new especially among the surrounding buildings. The room was very clean. This is just a basic room with basic needs. Perfect for your if you just need to sleep. It’s not in an area I would go walking around in necessarily it didn’t seem to have much nearby. We opted out of getting dinner because we were too tired to Uber anywhere. There was a coffee maker which I absolutely need in the morning with Nespresso which I love. The bathroom was basic but only had a handheld shower. You do have to good it to wash off. They offered shower gel only which was fine we had all of our shampoo and conditioner and soap. So if you need those things make sure to have them in hand. The building was very quiet which was great. This place worked if you aren’t looking for a fully functional hotel with all the amenities. It’s a great price for what you get.

We loved this small suite style accommodation in Athens . It is very close to Acropolis and the walking paths that lead to many neighborhoods. The rooftop patio was a big focus for us, as the Acropolis view is amazing ! The staff also very accommodating and made us feel so welcome !

But the location is great - it is only 2 blocks from the metro, making it convenient to everything by metro. Apartment is super modern and great. The response time from the Lux&Easy team is amazing - and they were always so helpful. They r the best. The apartment is in a local neighborhood, people walking dogs, people going to work, others walking to market. Nice balcony to watch it all. Nice!

First of all, the location of the apartment belongs to the prime location of Constitution Square. Athens Airport can be reached directly by x95, but it is really difficult to find. I asked several locals and didn't know it, including the police. Two people dragged the big box around several times, and then I could keep the box in place, and the other one looked for it, and found it in an inconspicuous corner. One word was difficult, two words were difficult, and three words were very difficult. There is no obvious road name and no obvious sign. Let's talk about accommodation, the old-fashioned semi-automatic safety factor of the elevator is not high. I have seen this elevator. What is the elevator of Shanghai Peace Hotel with more than 100 years of history! The hotel has no front desk! ! ! I happened to clean the aunt and found out that all the doors rely on the password, three doors and three passwords, and one of them is wrong. Of course, there were also Ctrip SMS messages received later. The room is still relatively clean and simple. There is a bed in the room, and there is no mouthwash cup. If you want to eat or chat, you have to go to the public area. There are public facilities such as water cups and electric kettles in the public area. Unfortunately, the electric kettle broke in a day. I wrote the email and immediately saw the staff, but I didn't repair it when I left the store. Overall, I felt that I didn't have much hope for European accommodation, so I couldn't talk about disappointment. If 5 is scored full, then score 3 points.

We had a bit of a story, the taxi driver took us from the airport to a 35 min drive to an area called Spetson in another location. He didn’t read the address carefully ((. In fact the hotel is conveniently located at 15-17 min from the airport. Has many coffe shops in the area. We liked the Coava rock cafe bar for evening relaxing drink. Didn’t take pictures of the room, but it was clean, had air conditioner, hot water, and all that you require for a short stay.

We booked the appartment due to its proximity to the airport. We were blown away by the beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean appartment. A real gem. Restaurants only a walk away plus a supermarket even closer. Very happy with our choice. It would make a good base for longer stays

I made a reservation in mainland China for my daughter who is in Germany and going to Greece. It is a hotel apartment near Athens Airport, about 8 kilometers away. The room is large and clean. Because I had an early flight at 6 a.m. the next day and didn't want to go to the city of Athens, I booked it that night. The landlord is very nice and amiable. If you contact her 15 minutes before arriving at the store, you can check in at the apartment. When you are alone in a foreign country, when you are not familiar with the place, when you don’t understand the language well, or when the plane is delayed, you have to go. Living near Athens Airport really gives me a sense of security and landing. The landlady also helped arrange a taxi to Athens Airport at 4:30 the next morning, which was ultimately delivered by the landlady herself. grateful! I would also like to thank Ctrip’s after-sales service staff, who helped with a lot of confirmation, coordination and service between 12:00 and 1:00 late at night, mainland time. Very big room, big projector screen to watch Netflix or YouTube with a desktop computer avaliable, fast wifi no problems, good coffee machine, no keys required, call to get code to check in, helped order a taxi thanks.

Not satisfied 😔 I booked for free airport transfer, but after booking I was told that they couldn’t deliver it to the airport! The location of the hotel is very poor! If you have an early flight, you can only take a taxi to the airport! Although the facilities are complete, the service attitude is not satisfactory! The worst thing is that on the way there, there are no street lights on the whole street, it is very dark, there are dogs barking everywhere, and it is noisy when sleeping at night. The prices in a very remote small village are very high, even more expensive than living in the city center...

The owner is nice. The apartment is located nearby the airport. It takes less than 15 mins by car. The only thing we are disappointed as we couldn’t do any shopping for snacks or personal stuff in the nearby supermarket. It was closed on Sunday.

It is a homestay apartment, there is no front desk and no service. The key to the room is in a small box on the wall of the door. If it weren't for the young people in the building to help find the password, I couldn't get the key. The surrounding area is very desolate, and it takes 15 minutes to walk to small supermarkets and small restaurants to see. The house itself has no problem, the facilities are complete, but there are no slippers and washing equipment. You can call to make an appointment for the next day's taxi to the airport for 25 euros. In short, if you don't go to Europe often, don't live in this kind of homestay.
