This place is great as it’s a combination of a hotel and an apartment. You get totally clean, spacious rooms with a kitchen (including washing machine), bathroom, big internet tv, and a balcony. They have very few staff which I guess is how they keep it so cheap. Definitely no complaints.
It was a seamless stay during my trip in Athens at this service apartment type hotel. Was able to get an early check-in by calling them the day before the stay to see if is available (usually 1-2 hours before 3PM check-in is accepted). As are no physical reception desk in the lobby, we were prompted to download an app one day before the trip as it is for hotel main entrance and room entrance.
The hotline is very helpful and reliable. The room feels modern and nice with a TV per room with bar area and good furnishing. The sofa bed was comfortable. Just keep in mind that there might be an issue on the hot water as the amount is good for three use max.
The surrounding area might seem dodgy on google streetview but it turned out to be the opposite as family would come out at night around that area. Also the weekend is alive with the night bars and music events there (not too noisy).
Bad location, close to the road, not many restaurants nearby
Self-service check in, use the phone to call customer service to get the password
The bathroom is easy to pop water out of the room, it is not recommended to stay

The room was very clean, and the landlord provided very detailed instructions. The location was easy to find, not far from the subway station, and the room was spacious. It also provided some essential cooking utensils and cooking utensils, making it very convenient for cooking. 👍👍👍
The room is not bad, quite big, clean and convenient! This price is set to this room is also affordable, the service is good, I want to eat a scrambled egg at breakfast, and I also arranged it. It is a very pleasant stay.

The apartment is quite modern and clean.
The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable.
The only problem I met in this apartment was the shower architecture, because the water was overlooking because the shower floor is the bathroom floor. Then the shower flex is not very well set up because the water was also flowing from it, but it was not disturbing because I used the shower head rather than the shower.

In general the stay was nice, the room was clean and with a big space, the shower was excellent.
Breakfast was delicious.
However the price for the breakfast in the trip.com was 5€ per person, at the hotel we asked to pay 15€ per person, triple the price!!!
I showed the price in the trip.com to the reception.

The room is large, about 100 square meters, and you can cook and eat. Because I was not familiar with it at first, I took a lot of unnecessary steps before I found the supermarket. After getting familiar with it, I discovered that there are several supermarkets within 5 minutes, some big and some small. Just not open on Sundays. It is very convenient to take a taxi to the city center, the beach or Piraeus Port, and the most expensive taxi fare is only 10 euros. The boss was super nice and gave us baskets of fresh oranges for juice. Highly recommended.

Very Good
AAnonymous UserClean, tidy, the room is fine, but the surrounding environment is rather run-down and messy. It's actually easier to take the subway to the Acropolis. It's not as inconvenient as you might think. There is a small shop downstairs, but you can't pay by credit card.
YyueeeVery good hotel, location is very close to the Acropolis, breakfast is also great, you can order your own food.
The entrance is difficult to find, because the has a small sign, be careful not to miss it.
There's a restaurant and bar or something. It's probably a little noisy at night.
GGuest UserSpanish/English review.

The aparthotel is located very close to the Akropolis and the museum, with the metro stop 300m away, surrounded by services such as supermarket, hospitality and shops. The room was equipped with a kitchen, instruments and coffee maker, an impeccable bathroom and an unforgettable view of the Akropolis (Parthenon)!!
The staff is attentive, polite, they speak English perfectly and were very helpful. Especially Lydia, who deserves the highest distinction and score we can give. Thank you for making our first visit to Greece an unforgettable trip. We will contact you again when we return because, we will return!

GGuest UserLoft room 602 is a near perfect space. Kitchenette is complete with a dishwasher and everything you need for a kitchenette. The living room is comfortable. The bathroom is not ensuite, if that matters to you. The bedroom has a small wardrobe but with neither hanging space nor hangers. There are 2 balconies, one smaller one by the bedroom and a full length apartment access balcony on the other that gives you a great view and has a retractable awning. All guests have access to the roof top viewing deck, one floor above the highest room floor (6th floor) accessible via stairs with sweeping views of the Acropolis and other vistas.
The location is an artistic and local one. We understood that the noise from the ground level cafe/bar/traffic may be an issue but we had no issues on this floor. It's quiet.
We loved this area, there's a unique charm to it that's rather bohemian. We loved it so much that we extended our stay.
Everything else you may need, a concierge service is contactable via WhatsApp, they don't do calls very well. Response time is quick in the daytime.
Special needs accessibility may be an issue at the main door of the apartment complex has a step with no ramp and the same for the stairs-only roof top deck.
GGuest UserLocation is great for multi purposes. Lots of food and coffee shops around . Walking distance to art, music and history places. Great for visits to Evaggelismos hospital. Need upgrade the hair dryer and the fridge also needs to be programmed to be a bit cooler than it is. Clean but the bathroom floor needed a bit more effort (!) - the hose of the hair dryer too, Towels smelled strongly of disinfectant , made you feel safe but not pleasant. Neutral breakfast, basic actually, not for picky eaters but satisfying a hungry stomach. Tv was not offering movies' rental. Wi fi really good for streaming. Helpful staff both front desk , dinning room attendants and handyman/housekeeping. Great touch the sage from Crete at the coffee tray. Toiletries offered a body balm - not bad at all
GGuest UserOverall I was somewhat disappointed with the Elliot Petralona. Although the apartments are new, modern and well appointed, it lacks atmosphere and the location is not ideal.
Firstly, there is no reception, so it feels very impersonal. Someone will make contact through WhatsApp, and you can leave luggage before check-in and after check-out, but besides a few tables and chairs there are no communal facilities, not even a toilet.
The property is in the wrong part of what is a lovely neighborhood - it is about a 15 to 20 minute walk to where the restaurants and bars are. Close by there is nothing, except a small supermarket. The area did not feel particularly safe to me, and the street it is located on was very dirty, in fact, the most dirty area I saw in Athens during my visit.
My apartment was not very cosy, even though it had all the equipment one could need for a short stay. The bathroom and lounge/kitchen is dark, and especially in the bathroom the lighting is not well placed.
Next time I will stay more central; closer to tourist attractions and amenities.
GGuest UserIt's close to the Acropolis and other tourist areas by foot. The immediate area is not the best but you can go anywhere easy enough. You have a good view of the Acropolis from the rooftop. There is no front desk so you have to organize everything by email but they are pretty quick with responses. Overall good and probably would stay again.
MMazi_LaurinzThe pros:
It is located close to every public amenity necessary to make your visit worth it. The Internet connection is good. The rooms are equipped with good facilities and very clean. I highly recommend this place and will rebook if I happen to visit again.
The cons:
Running these homes entirely remotely with only cleaners who do not speak a word of English is a big flop. I and other occupants had issues and had to reach out to admin in Germany for solution. Imagine the cleaner assigned me to a different room, then packed up my belongings to a storeroom including my groceries in the fridge, whereas I had 7am flight to catch the next morning. I got back to the apartment by 10pm to find out, the cleaners would only come once in a day, meaning no human contacts. Imagine the frenzy to recover my items and travel the next day. Till date, the company has refused to make any compensations.
AAriadna TThe hotel is centrally located at only 5 min walk from Omonoia Square. Staff was friendly and welcoming with a good knowledge of the city. The street where is located feels safe, not the parallel ones, but it is extremely noisy day and night (even with the window closed) which prevents you from having a proper sleep. There was a common door which was open at all times to enter the hall to access my room and the neighbours and that didn't feel very safe. In addition, there was a strong tobacco smell at all times inside the from and at the hall despite smoking indoors being forbidden. Breakfast was expensive, the quality of the food wasn't great and there was very little variety of hot items in the buffet since the sausages and other food items were kept warm. There was no staff to greet you or clean the tables at the breakfast room either. The hotel and the room were clean though. So still a good option given the high accommodation prices.
