SShuk Fun KittyGood location, friendly check in and close to the city, go for nearby restaurant for breakfast in walking distance. Small playground for kids. With electric blanket during winter which is very comfortable.

GGuest UserWhile it’s located a bit far away from the CBD (~15 mins walk, with slope), the amenities were sufficient, just like a small apartment. Quiet environment, good for resting and sleep. Easy access to a supermarket nearby. The bed was a bit too soft for me. Housekeeping every day. However, there were lots of ants around the bathtub and a spider hanging on the ceiling of the bathroom in an early morning! I informed the reception staff to remark and clean my bathroom asap when they are open (the front desk not open for 24 hours but receptionist reachable by room intercom call). They have dealt with the issue for me and responded quickly. The staff there were helpful and friendly. They helped me to book a local taxi to the airport at early morning (cheaper than uber).

Overall a nice stay, the problem was not the the apartment, it’s Trip.com service failed me.
I booked it here, but they didn’t give the owner any of my details, so the owner couldn’t contact me for check in details at all. I didn’t know it’s an air B&B, I tuned up at the office after hours, only found it’s closed. Then I realized it’s actual address was not the office address, so I went to the apartment, also no one there, of course no one, it’s an airB&B, I was the only one staying that night, luckily I got the owner’s number and rang, warmed you, it’s after 7:30 pm, I was lucky to get hold of her the second time. Then she told me whoever booked the room for me, never give her any details of me. How does that work Trip.com?

TTraci13Walking distance to Battery Point, the pier and Salamanca Market. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Closest supermarket is Salamaca Market, a little pricier than Woolworth's which is a 20 mins walk.
Can see the room is aged, but it is well maintained and clean. Kitchen is quite equipped for cooking. Lovely and accommodating staff. Laundry costs about $6 and located on the ground floor.

GGuest UserGood location, close to waterfront. Unfortunately, also close to Hobart Hospital so you can hear the helicopter coming and going which was quite noisy at night.
Our apartment was spacious but more dated than it appeared in photos and we had a view over the air conditioning units. ☹️
Restaurant was great for dinner at night but the only good thing I can say about the breakfast is the lovely friendly waitress that served our table. Food was awful and not good value at all.
The apartment was serviced daily, the toiletries were good quality and replaced which was appreciated.
Good for family trips.

CCkl02The hotel is conveniently located near Launceston city center, about a 10-minute walk away. It's also very convenient for those driving, as there are parking spaces available right in front of the hotel. You can request a reserved spot from the reception staff for around HKD 50 per day. The hotel is situated next to the yacht marina, so even city view rooms might offer a glimpse of the marina and river. The rooms are very spacious, featuring a large living room, a big sofa, and a large bedroom. There are also kitchen utensils for self-catering. Downstairs, there are several restaurants that are popular with locals and offer good food. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

GGuest UserVery spacious, clean and fully equipped. We love cooking, the cooking equipment and dishwashers are wonderful. Quite and convenient for family stay. Supermarket within working distance and a shopping mall nearby (4 mins drive) which got two big supermarkets and shops. Got Telstra shop inside the shopping mall which helped us settle the phone card problem.
Only a reminders for those who drive with big car. Car park is quite small for big car (7 ). Maybe good for skilful drivers, but not for those not good at parking.
Help desk team are nice and responsive .

The beds are comfy! We stayed for 6 nights and we had undisturbed deep sleep throughout the night.
The apar**ent is very spacious and cozy. Highly recommended for family!

AAgnesKwokThe villa was reasonably clean, though some areas could use an update. The towels and bed sheets appeared a bit worn, and the carpet looked old and dark, which made it less comfortable to walk on. However, the location is excellent—just a few minutes’ drive from the city centre. A memorable highlight was seeing wallabies visit our garden at night, which was truly unforgettable. With improved cleanliness, this could easily be a perfect stay.
