Good location, friendly check in and close to the city, go for nearby restaurant for breakfast in walking distance. Small playground for kids. With electric blanket during winter which is very comfortable.

The hotel offers free parking right at the entrance, which is very convenient for road trips. The hygiene was acceptable, but the shower curtain looked old and not very clean. The bathroom exhaust fan was noisy.

It’s an air B & B. Overall a nice stay, the problem was not the the apartment, it’s Trip.com service failed me. I booked it here, but they didn’t give the owner any of my details, so the owner couldn’t contact me for check in details at all. I didn’t know it’s an air B&B, I tuned up at the office after hours, only found it’s closed. Then I realized it’s actual address was not the office address, so I went to the apartment, also no one there, of course no one, it’s an airB&B, I was the only one staying that night, luckily I got the owner’s number and rang, warmed you, it’s after 7:30 pm, I was lucky to get hold of her the second time. Then she told me whoever booked the room for me, never give her any details of me. How does that work Trip.com?

King room with small balcony was comfortable, clean and spacious enough for an overnight stay. Free car parking was a bonus.  Concierge staff were very helpful and friendly. À la carte breakfast included in our room rate was excellent with free coffee and juices. Excellent value and highly recommended!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 10-minute walk to the harbor and market. Hobart isn't very big, so it's perfectly walkable for sightseeing. There's on-site parking available, which is convenient for those driving. The front desk staff were very efficient. Our booked room was in the building across from the front desk entrance. Overall, this renovated old building offers a very unique hotel experience. The duplex room had a large bed upstairs and another large bed in a separate room downstairs. Plus, there were two toilets downstairs, which was incredibly convenient. The bathrooms were very new and clean, and towels were changed daily. There were no slippers or toothbrushes, but shampoo and body wash were provided. There's also a separate laundry room. If you want to cook, there's a kitchen available too. Overall, I was very satisfied and would recommend it to other friends.

The staff is so nice and very helpful, we check in at night and the staff help us a lot. Our room is spacious with kitchen, clean and tidy. Location is great with lots of outdoor equipment shops and very close to woolworths, there are some awesome cafe close by, very enjoyable. We will back again definitely.

The stay was very pleasant. We booked two rooms, and one was upgraded to a suite. The rooms were comfortable, well-equipped, and very spacious, which made the elders very happy. The hotel is a bit far from Launceston city center, about a 10-15 minute walk, but there's a restaurant downstairs with good food. The hotel staff were friendly and polite, always willing to answer questions. However, on the day of check-out, due to our schedule, we needed to leave our luggage at the hotel for a while. The front desk hours indicated service started at 7 AM, but when we arrived at 7 AM, no staff member was on duty. After waiting for a bit and still no one returned, we had to take our luggage back to our rooms. I hope the hotel can address this situation.

Very spacious, clean and fully equipped. We love cooking, the cooking equipment and dishwashers are wonderful. Quite and convenient for family stay. Supermarket within working distance and a shopping mall nearby (4 mins drive) which got two big supermarkets and shops. Got Telstra shop inside the shopping mall which helped us settle the phone card problem. Only a reminders for those who drive with big car. Car park is quite small for big car (7 ). Maybe good for skilful drivers, but not for those not good at parking. Help desk team are nice and responsive .  Thank you !

The stay here was in perfect location to the wharf and the Salamanca Market. I did have some privacy concerns with the studio apartment such as being able to see into the bedroom from the shared balcony as well as the frosted bathroom window.

We checked in at the end of winter and the beginning of spring. The motel is right by the sea, at the foot of a big rock, with many seagulls in Stanley Bay behind it. The scenery is pleasant, the hotel has complete facilities and large windows with sea views. The design of the hotel is very retro, the environment is clean and tidy, and hot water is available at a limited time, from 9:30 in the morning to 11:00 in the evening. You need to go to the nearby Stanley Hotel reception to get the key. You can walk to the beach at night to watch the penguins return to their nests. It is very close and convenient. There is also a lonely cafe and a small fishing port near the hotel. You can walk there to relax.
