’ve been here just once. I had a good memory, so I reserved this hotel again as my sibling came to GZ from Korea. I booked two different rooms, one of which has a balcony with a private pool since recently it rained so much, which might not be able to let us enjoy outdoor pools. 雷欣 (lei xin) is a person helping us while staying here. On the first time only my family visited, no one came to us and tried to explain the place or any other things, but this time two women who are pretty good at English guided us and tried to explain the place, which made me communicate and understand them, even if only my husband can speak in Chinese. The room rate is reasonable and all condition is perfect for family travelers. I am willing to visit here again.

It should have been a hotel for the government in the past. It's very close on the highway. It belongs to the city center and there are many places to eat next to it! You can also order takeout! This hall has obviously been renovated in a new style. The internal road of the hotel is like a Jiangnan garden. It's an old building, but the flowers are fragrant! On the night I checked in, I was greeted by a male waiter, and the service was very good. When I checked out, I forgot a bag in the restaurant, and he helped to find it! The breakfast buffet is on the first floor, relatively simple and filling! The room was quite clean. I wiped the bedside myself again and there was basically no dust!

The swimming pool is the highlight! The requirement for children to use lifebuoys is too strict. If we don't allow children to bring lifebuoys to the swimming pool, there is no point in staying in a hotel with a swimming pool. After all, the safety of children is the most important.

Room is large, modern and clean. Bed is very comfortable. Sometimes the wifi signal is good enough to access Whatsapp. There is no English TV channels though. Friendly staff provides great service, esp Ms Fan. They called taxis for us. They gave helpful advices and recommendation. Breakfast spread is a combination of Chinese and Western. However, the latter is limited. Food is yummy and there are some changes in daily breakfast spread.

I don’t know why the waiter said we were in trouble. When my friend was taking the elevator, he happened to hear the waiter saying that we were in trouble. We just wanted to wash clothes, but the hotel’s laundry detergent was out. We asked for some. I needed to hang my clothes to dry, so I asked for a hanger, and then I ran out of toilet paper quickly, because there was only a small roll for 4 adults, and then it seemed that it was all gone. In the end, the store said there was free parking, but I paid for it for two days. On that day, the store owner knew I wanted to park but didn't ask me. But in all fairness the room was quite nice.

Very close to the New Town Bus Terminal, about 200 meters walk, convenient for the next day. Breakfast coupons were also sent, the room was clean and hygienic, the toilet was smart, the room had intelligent voice, and the room type was upgraded for free. The front desk lady was enthusiastic and patient to answer questions, and overall it was good.
