Qingyuan Hotels with Shuttle Service

Service here is good and the staffs are very attentive; the facilities, especially the hot spring area is good quality, great atmosphere in around the hotel and it’s exactly why I like the New world hotel brand. It’s a form of art. Some disappointment though as we were expecting a relaxing atmosphere during our stay, there’s actually a wedding function at the restaurant which makes it quite noisy through out our dinner.

Environment: I recently went to a hot spring hotel and the overall feeling was very good. The setting of the hotel is very peaceful and surrounded by lush trees which makes it feel very relaxing. Service: After reading previous customer reviews, I thought all rooms had independent bathing pools, so I booked a special room, which was really troublesome. Fortunately, the store's customer service was very good and they upgraded us to a room with a soaking pool for free. Thank you. I will stay here again if I have the chance. Facilities: The independent soaking pool is large and can accommodate four people. The hot spring water is very comfortable.

First time staying at Qingyuan and choose this hotel. Overall is satisfactory. Only complaint is that my favourite hot tub is small and crowded, locals don’t seem to leave the tub even when they are not using it, and talk too loudly. Sauna and steam rooms temperature has set too high. Due to cold weather we have dinner at the Chinese restaurant for 2 nights, and satisfying on both occasions, food was good, service was good, and reasonable prices. Difficult to call taxi though if you want to move around.

The customer services were really excellent, after checking in, you will have a 專屬管家 to show you around the facility and guide you to your room. Also if you got any problem, you could contact her via Wechat, and her response was quick. The room is really clear and comfort, it gives us a warmth feeling. The shading is a little bit poor, but everything else is good. The facilities are quite new, the location is convenient, there are many places to eat, free parking, the parking lot is quite large, there is also an underground garage, charging piles

The B&B experience was great! The room is clean, tidy and warmly decorated, making it feel like home. The room layout is original, complete facilities, comfortable and pleasant. The boss is hospitable and the service is attentive, making you feel at home. The location is excellent, close to the scenic spot, and the surrounding environment is quiet, making it very suitable for leisure and vacation. I will choose here again next time I come, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

A popular B&B on Xiaomou's book. I stayed in a garden-view room on Thursday, which was not a holiday. The room rate was 1400+, which was not cheap. I went there for the view. The weather was not good, it was cloudy! However, the scenery and venues in the B&B were quite photogenic, and it was obvious that the design was well thought out. The front desk, restaurant and cleaning ladies were all very smiling and polite, which was great. A few small suggestions for the store's reference: 1. The brother who picked up the guests by the battery car could take the initiative to help the guests carry their luggage; 2. After adding the housekeeper's WeChat, he could actively recommend various activities to play and check in nearby; 3. The B&B could consider hiring a photographer to provide photo services to guests; 4. There are no other restaurants near the B&B, so you can consider providing free goodnight sweet soup; before leaving, give Qingyuan specialty souvenirs, etc., to add more human touch.

The decoration of the hotel is not fashionable and very old-fashioned. The restaurant consumption is amazing and the products are average. Apart from the old-fashioned decoration of the room, everything else is fine. To be sincere, the decoration style is really not from the same era. The 60s/70s style is too ugly.

The hotel is currently in trial operation. Please take advantage of your free time to write down your feelings for friends who are about to stay: 1. I guess it has just been renovated, but the room still feels stuffy. 2. The whole hotel has a fragrant aroma. If you smell it for a long time, you will feel uncomfortable. If you smell it deeply, you can still smell the newly renovated smell, so we always sleep with the windows open. 3. All facilities and equipment are very new. The voice assistant Xiaozhi Butler is not very smart. The most annoying and frustrating thing is the smart light after turning off the lights at night and going to bed. If you put your feet slightly outside the bed, the bedside lamp will turn on. And hallway lights! ! ! (The front desk reminder to turn on the do not disturb mode is useless) 4. The TV has already been turned off, and will turn on automatically after a while, over and over again. Finally, the only option is to unplug the power before going to bed. 5. Can hear the sound of TV sets and voices in other rooms 6. Currently the gym only has table tennis tables and badminton courts 7. Breakfast currently only has porridge, noodles, rice + various steamed buns➕corn, sweet potato and eggs 8. The pillow is too high. It is recommended to use a high pillow➕low pillow 9. It is recommended that guests open the windows for ventilation after checking out. 10. The positioning on the Amap map is incorrect. Can it be adjusted if possible? In short, the hotel is very big, the equipment is new and parking is convenient, but I hope the details can be better
