Villas in Yamanashi Prefecture, Japan

I decided to book this hotel cuz I cannot watch the Mt. Fuji at the first time with one day trip. Happy that I could get the nice view of Mt.Fuji in the morning. Appreciated that the staffs’ services here, their attitude are nice and patient. Thank you for their professional service provided. The hotel also provides shuttle bus service to send us to the nearby station or Fuji Highland, which you need to make the appointment with hotel before the day. There is a kitchen in the hotel you could buy your own ingredients from the supermarket nearby. Much pity that I only stay there for one night. Would recommend the hotel to my friend! The hotel room is clean and well equipped. You could also get the bath salt from the information centre if you would like to bath!

The room is very cozy, has free hot springs, and can see Mount Fuji. Suitable for family travel, it is very convenient to eat around, and the service attitude is very good. The air conditioner was not warm enough at first, so I patiently helped to solve it.

Frankly speaking I am short of words to tell about this property and hospitality of the owners. This property is Outstanding , fabulous, marvellous, beautiful, comfortable, ideal, perfect and bla bla bla for the family and friends to stay. We were two families with small kids and was thinking to book one villa where 8 people can adjust just to save money but the owner suggested us to book two villas next to each other in same price we were quoted for one villa. Because in japan most of the tariff are according to people staying in house. So they gave us two villas with lot of space and kids had great fun playing around. We arrived Kawaguchiko station by bus and Hiroyuki san the host of villa arranged our pick free of cost from station. He came along with his father in two cars and one car went to villa whereas the other took us to super market to buy groceries. We appreciate his father who waited for us in super market as we took about 30 mins. He was very kind, generous and helpful. The host were available 24 hours and asked us to ping them if we need any help. Special thanks to Hiroyuki san who took us to city centre for the dinner and then picked up also without charging anything else we might have paid about 8000 yen on taxi. Location of the villa was so beautiful in a country side area and you can just feel that you are in heaven when you are walking along lake Kawaguchiko and Mt. Fuji is standing next to lake. Oh I cannot explain the view but you can judge from the pictures I have attached. In the last I would like to thank Hiroyuki san’s mother a very nice and gentle lady. She gave souvenir’s to our kids and played around with our kids. She is a gem of a person. The host and villas are excellent. We will surely come back and will stay atleast for 3-4 nights because location is mind blowing if you are in love with nature. Thanks once again to Hiroyuki san and his family for taking care of us and provided us everything we asked them.

The place is clean and spacious, the service attitude is good, and the food quality is first-class. However, the shuttle bus was 20ms late and the facilities were not complete enough.

This is a very nice single-family villa, right by Lake Kawaguchi, without any obstructions in front, you can enjoy the beautiful view of Mount Fuji while lying in the bathtub. Downstairs there is a living room and kitchen with everything you can cook for yourself. There is also a small courtyard where you can drink coffee and soak in the sun to see the mountain and lake view, which is so beautiful.

Received the instructions to check in days before our stay, and instructions are super clear. The house is very clean, and comes with everything we need - stove, washer and other basics. Ground floor is the living hall and bathroom, upstairs there’s one bedroom and outer area where are floor bed are placed. We went there with average temperature of 4 degrees so the floor were freezing cold and it took a while to activate the heat. Location wise pretty good, right opposite there’s a 7-11, and down the street 10-15 mins walk there’s the Hikawa Clock Shop, but we don’t see any restaurant nearby maybe because we were there during New Year closure

慣れておらず、キーを受け取るのに手間がかかりました。中に入ると家具や装備品がキレイに並んでいて、水回りも掃除や換気がしっかりされているようでした。 夕飯は外食、夜食や朝食は近くのスーパーで買いましたが、買い忘れがあってもコンビニやマツキヨが徒歩圏内にあり安心でした。 子供が走り回るためホテルや旅館は心配で、今回こちらを利用しました。家中何度も探検ツアーをして庭でも走り回り楽しそうでした。見守るこちらも神経を尖らせず、穏やかに過ごせました。 朝、2階のカーテンを開けると素晴らしい富士山の姿が見られて感激しました。 河口湖方面に行くときには、また必ず利用したいです。

The disadvantage is that many windows do not have curtains, and the room does not block light when it is dawn, which affects sleep. Another drawback is that there is only one bathroom, which is inconvenient when there are many people.

The living environment is very clean and the location is very good! The photos of the room are exactly the same as those provided on the website, so there will be no disappointment It's a pity that the room was too late to take pictures when I remembered that day It is very close to large supermarkets and tourist attractions, and I would like to stay again when I visit next time

Location and facilities were good

You can rent BBQ equipment at a reasonable price, but you have to pay extra to rent an induction cooker with a side stove. There is no washing machine and only coin laundry is provided. At this rent, you still have to deduct a few points, but there is a central office and a very cheap bicycle rental service. It is a 5-minute walk to Lake Kawaguchi. Very clean and highly recommended. It is suitable for a group of friends or two or three families to stay together👍🏿
