The staff are super friendly and helpful. The villa is clean and big. We booked the one with the theatre view and can clearly see Mt Fuji from our room, the rooftop and hall. Definitely a good choice if you want to have a good view of Mt Fuji. There is even a projector in the room

The hotel is worth staying in, the view is great. When I checked in, it was newly opened and some of the courtyard facilities were not yet complete. The hotel is located halfway up the mountain, with an unobstructed view of Mount Fuji. The only drawback is that it is a bit far from Kawaguchiko Station and the lake. However, the hotel provides a free shuttle bus to Kawaguchiko Station or Fujikyu from 8:00 to 10:00 in the morning. Sometimes when it is busy, there are also buses at noon and in the afternoon. The staff is not very proficient in English, but they work hard to communicate and provide services. All in all, it is a good experience

Overall, everything is good. It is located near the station. Each room has air conditioning, the kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils. It is a pity that you cannot leave your suitcases before check-in. Keep in mind that the house itself has the smell of an old house, not everyone may like it.
