Phuket Villas

We stayed in a beautiful 4 bed villa Cupacine Villa C with stunning views for one week, starting December 22nd. The property was spotless and well-suited to our group of six adults, a three-year-old, and a baby. Beds and Comfort: While the beds were generally very firm, two were uncomfortably hard, making it difficult to sleep on the first night. Upon closer inspection, we noticed these two beds lacked toppers, unlike the others. Once we reported this on day two, the concierge promptly provided new toppers, resolving the issue. Noise Issues: The downstairs bedrooms initially suffered from excessive noise. On day three, we reported this to the concierge, and engineers identified the source as the pool pump. While the issue was resolved within two days, some residual noise from the air conditioning compressors remained, as situated with pool pump close to the downstairs bedrooms, which was mildly disruptive at night. Cleaning Supplies: There were no cleaning supplies in the villa. When our three-year-old was sick on the bathroom floor, we had only toilet paper to clean up the mess. After contacting the concierge, they sent over a mop and bucket but requested it back the next day. While daily housekeeping was excellent, it would be helpful to provide basic cleaning supplies for emergencies or to help guests maintain the villa. Similarly, when our baby was sick another evening, the concierge quickly provided fresh bedsheets, resolving the situation efficiently. Safety Concern with Bedroom Locks: Each bedroom can be locked from the inside with a simple twist knob. On our last night, our three-year-old accidentally locked himself inside, causing concern when he stopped responding to the babysitter. We contacted the concierge for assistance, but in the meantime, we discovered that one of the sliding doors to the room wasn’t secure, allowing us to enter. We found him asleep on the bed. While the concierge arrived within 15 mins, they didn’t have the right key. They later provided a key in case it happened again. Families with young children should request a key that can unlock any room in advance. Kitchen Equipment: The kitchen was minimally equipped and not child-friendly. We had to purchase basic items like dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, a coffee plunger, and a blender. Outdoor Area: The outdoor seating area was lovely, but some of the cushion covers were torn and showed noticeable wear and tear. Construction Noise: There was a construction site nearby that occasionally caused significant noise. Service and Concierge: The concierge team was very responsive to all our requests and concerns. For example, they helped us resolve the bed topper issue, noise complaints, and provided fresh sheets quickly when needed. On our first day, we ordered food from the villa’s F&B service, which was satisfactory. For dining out, Silk and Catch were our favorite restaurants. Another local favourite was LILO. In a word, it feels like home! The hotel price is very suitable, but staying here has completely exceeded the gains and happiness! Facilities: Complete accommodation facilities Hygiene: Very clean, I brought disposable sheets but didn't use them Environment: The location is a little remote, but very quiet, just right for Googlemap navigation. It is a good place to relax, rest, and enjoy the holiday Service: Two local staff, the service is also very good, and the breakfast they make is delicious! ----- Next, start to highlight the key points! If you like quiet, clean, and thoughtful service, you can come here with complete confidence. However! If you care about details and the service is particularly good, consider carefully. The air conditioning here will be louder than in China. There is no 24-hour service when the staff gets off work at night. It really discourages tourists who care about quality and value the service experience to bypass! There are many additional value-added services here that you can't find in any hotel. The proprietress can help you make reservations for boats to go out to sea, rent motorcycles, etc., and will recommend you places to eat, play, and drink. It's a walking Little Red Book! But don't ask directly right away. These services are not your obligation. You still need to understand and respect each other. If you can get along well, you can ask the boss lady how to play. She will be willing to share. As long as you have a motorcycle, it is convenient to go anywhere! It is very close to Karon Kata Beach! I also read some of the previous guest reviews. The basic hotel photos are the same as the scene, very clean and comfortable.

Traveling here was part of our honeymoon and we absolutely loved it. We stayed in a lovely little villa with a halal option for breakfast. Everything is so lovely and clean. Sopita at the front desk was very helpful, she helped us organize our itinerary, gave us a lot of advice, and told us where to go. She is truly amazing! Thank you so much, we will definitely be back again.

There is a private swimming pool with very good sanitary conditions. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms. The master bedroom has a large bathtub. The water quality is indeed average, but not bad. The hotel is very quiet and private. It has a kitchen, refrigerator, oven, microwave, tableware, etc. There is no odor, which perfectly solves the problem of no tableware when ordering takeout here 😂😂 The landlord is also very nice, check-in is smooth and convenient, and the bath towels that are changed every day will be placed at the door, and there will be no disturbance at all! It is about a ten-minute walk from the beach, and there is a 711 and a pharmacy within a five or six-minute walk. We drove to the surrounding attractions, and it was only 20~30 minutes by car, which was very convenient. It was about 60 minutes away from the airport without traffic jams. It was very comfortable overall, highly recommended, 24-hour air conditioning and power supply~

The 2 bedroom jacuzzi villa was really nice, new, nice furniture. But only new villas, the oder ones were really old and crap, we had at first 4BR garden villa and I couldn’t take a shower cause bathrooms were nasty. We paid for first day completely but came very late in the night-ok its our problem. But at our last day they throw us at 12.30pm outside in the heat with a 2 years old toddler before a 16 hours flight home saying they need to clean the villa for new guests so no late check out possible. We ask 3 times if it’s ok if only the baby sleeps in one room, no need the whole villa, answer were NO. Then they said we can pay for a day and stay there for 3 hours so our toddler can sleep! So no new guest? 😅 What a shame. Saying our baby should sleep outside at 30 degrees heat, wow not a family resort at all… really disappointed and definitely not coming again. The animals (especially roosters) where screaming every morning starting 5am, all the windows are not isolated so you hear everything, no sleep from 5 am! We stayed 15 days and the villa price was very expensive and offering no compromise for 3 hours extension except paying for the hole villa is really rude. The location is ok if you rent a car, because nothing to see around, but there are few really good restaurants nearby and a supermarket, no car needed. Nice new community infinity pool, the old one with children pool has broken floors so not recommend using with kids!

Located in the southern part of Phuket, this villa is the sister hotel that belongs to the Stay Wellbeing and Lifestyle Resort. Service is flawless and villa clean and well maintained. We tried breakfast and dinner at Fresca and both are surprisingly very good. Strongly recommend to young people who enjoy fitness and massage/spa. Since the hotel and villa are quite isolated, self drive is necessary. Our family love and enjoyed staying here.

Bangtao Beach Modern Wind Pool Villa, great experience! This trip to Phuket chose the modern wind pool villa at Bangtao Beach, it is so wise! The Thai butler service is super intimate and responsive. Any problem can be solved quickly, so that our vacation has no worries. The villa is very new and well equipped. The pool is awesome, the moment you turn on the lights, it is beautiful, and there is a massage function. It is very comfortable to open the massage when you are tired. The four bedrooms are equipped with separate bathrooms, and the living room has a separate guest bathroom. It is too convenient for many people to travel, and there will be no trouble in use at all. The combination of washing machine and dryer is also great. The clothes after drying are not wrinkled and can be worn directly. The ice making function of the refrigerator adds a lot of coolness and convenience to the tropical holiday. The air conditioner is quickly cooled and can be felt as soon as you enter the room. Every detail of the villa shows the quality and comfort, and every day spent here is relaxed and enjoyable. Highly recommended to friends who come to Phuket to travel and want to enjoy a high-quality accommodation experience!

Villas are beautiful and the staff are very friendly but I cannot give this more than 2 stars. For the cost of these villas you would expect absolute 5 star service. First of all we were arriving earlier than check in time as our flight arrived in the morning. We asked if we could check in earlier and we were told we had to pay an extra whole night! Now when you’ve done a 16 hour flight with a baby you just pay it but seemed a little steep. Wouldn’t have minded 50% charge as the villa was completely empty and cleaned/ ready. electricity is not included in the room rate which is bizarre. So another £150 gone. We had a little baby and asked for a cot and high chair to be provided and were told this is at a charge of something like £6 a day. We were there 2.5 weeks so another £150 gone. When we checked out the staff came round and honestly inspected the villa like we were some kind of criminals, counting the cutlery, glasses, towels which I’ve never experienced before ever. Well certainly not when you’re still in the room. Luckily there was no damage but I just think the price you pay if one glass was accidentally smashed are they really going to charge you for it? It’s normal wear and tear and should be covered in the room rate and cost of night. Seemed a shame as it put a damper on such a lovely villa and location. We forked out an extra 500 on stuff that was to me essential stuff that needs to be included in room rates. I’ve travelled the world and stayed in many luxury villas/hotels and not one was as made as this in the additional charges. I think they need to assess their room rates and charge families appropriately so that everything is included.

It’s just great, the place is quiet, the house is well decorated, the facilities are very complete, there are karaoke, mahjong machines, swimming pools, and barbecue grills, except for a little bit off

Good villa with private pool, you need to rent a car or motorbike to see more on the island. Everything was good and there a little cafe that is named origami that sells really good food!
