Great hotel in a great city. My friend and I loved everything. Ayutthaya is the best city and a must visit! You haven't been to Thailand if you haven't visited this beautiful ancient city.

I like accommodations near the water. But if you look at the view from the top, you'll see a lot of the roof below. You have to come down to see the water view at the bottom. It's better. In the room, the WIFI signal didn't arrive, but the hotel said they were going to move the box. The next one should be better. Everything is good in the room. The big bed was comfortable.

Most important thing is the customer service! They are so lovely and helpful. I arrived early in the morning and they let me keep my stuff on a table and use the restrooms/terrace. Same when I had a late train when I left, they even told me to keep the towel in case I wanted to shower during the day. The hotel is very nice, like an old school wooden house. It's sooo close to the station and to the boat service to cross the river. They also have a beautiful kitty. Just let them know if you have a problem with steep stairs so they can give you a room on the first floor because going upstairs can be a little slippery and steep. Also let them know in advance (the day before) if you need to get your laundry done. I got a room with a fan and shared bathroom and it was always clean and also not too hot in the room. Bring a blindfold if you can't sleep easily with light because the curtains don't cover much the light, but hey! You're in a beautiful place, waking up early is okay 🤣😁 I would totally recommend this hotel and will go back if I pass through Ayutthaya again. Oh, and don't miss out on their sunset boat tour!

I stayed here with my family. It's located right next to the Ayutthaya ruins and can be reached on foot. It's built like a good old Thai mansion, and it was a fun experience that was different from a business hotel. The air conditioning worked well, so we had a comfortable stay. For breakfast, we chose from a variety of menu items and had it made, but it was plentiful and delicious. They even made sure we were full (lol). The owner was always smiling and very comforting.

A very unusually decorated guesthouse, located 2 minutes from the temples. The friendly hostess will tell and help with any question: from a boat ride to bus tickets to Bangkok. And although breakfast is not indicated on the card, it will be waiting for you in the morning: toast, muffins, fried/boiled eggs, tea/coffee and bananas - quite enough until lunch. The only thing that was missing was good water pressure in the shower, but such are the realities of a flow-through heater. And there was only one towel per person, I would have liked more for hands and head. There was no closet in our room, only one hook with 4 hangers on it. Overall, I recommend this guesthouse for the atmosphere and location

It was the best experience. The host and staff of the inn were very kind. The room was clean, luxurious and had everything. When I woke up in the morning, I saw Ayutthaya illuminated by the morning sun. It was truly amazing. I was lent a bicycle and had a great time riding along the road between the two ruins. I stayed with my parents who are 75 years old. Highly recommended. Thank you so much.

Отельчик маленький несколько номеров . Место положение супер! На этой улице в сторону развалин ночной рынок , на параллельной улице станция мини басов . Очень чисто в номере, хозяйка супер. Полотенца правда имели неприятный запах при намокании, но это проблема маленьких отелей не только в Тайланде , но и в любой стране. Не простирывают их, стирают на быстрой стирке в холодной воде. Тем не менее рекомендую отельчик , тихо , уютно. Разрушенный город первый дегь смотрели с тукером 200 бат час. Возил конечно кругами , чтобы больше времени ушло, но мы зато изучили город. Пешком умрешь по жаре. Потом взяли байк в отеле и проехались еще. Катание на слонах супер аутентичное рядом с развалинами, Завтрак с отличным кофе Coffee Old city, обед рекомендую  Phak wan, тукер нас туда привез очень достойно и недорого.

A small area is adjacent to the house where you can park a car or a bike. The area is closed by the gate. The yard is full of green, in the evening a pleasant atmosphere creates a lot of girlland. Although it is in the city, the house itself is located in a quiet alley, in the morning you will wake up to singing birds, with a pleasant feeling of staying in the middle of the forest. The settlement process is not difficult, before you enter you will get a detailed instruction with passwords from the locks. Just follow the instructions and everything will work out. With the owners personally didn't meet, at the time of my stay of the neighbors, too, so I was the only tenant in the whole house. Thank you to the host for hospitality, especially for the cold water in the refrigerator, as it is impossible by the way, after a hot day.

We loved staying here. Ayutthaya is beautiful and it's well worth it to rent bikes from the hotel to ride around the ruins. A word of caution, do not not try to put a child on the back rack of an adult bike. Our daughter got her foot caught in the spokes leading to a very bad sprain. The food at this hotel was amazing. We ate here for each dinner and every meal was outstanding. They were extremely kind when our daughter hurt her foot and we had a great stay. Highly recommended.

Overall good, the service staff are friendly, everyone. The facilities are quite reasonable. Breakfast is very good. Especially the ancient porridge Breakfast has many types to choose from, very good, uncle sugar is very awe-inspiring, loves the cat.
