The scenery overlooks the sea, the environment is beautiful, the hot spring is large, and the breakfast is diverse and delicious. The hotel has a large parking lot with free parking. The overall experience was good and comfortable.
I checked in on my birthday, and the waiter thoughtfully gave me a small gift, which was very heartwarming. The room was large and looked out to the sea. The environment was very good and clean.
It is really a pleasure to feel the sea breeze and the sound of waves while soaking in the hot springs.
The building is also very Japanese-style, and the hotel also has a special shuttle bus to the station, which brings convenience in the inconvenience. Both the waiters and drivers are attentive and everyone has a smile, which made me have a happy, romantic and A thoughtful birthday.
I hope I will stay at this hotel again in the future. It is a great memory.
For a small town this hotel was very great. The staff were quite friendly and helpful. It was a great location to all izakyas and restaurants and the bus terminal to go to the Sand Dunes. It was also right beside the train station. The room itself did seem a bit old but the bed was very comfortable and the temperature controls in the room were easy to use. The hotel was clean. I didn't include meals with my booking but the area where people ate looked very nice.
The hotel is conveniently located, about a 5-minute walk from Tottori Station and a 5-minute taxi ride to Hokkaido Kaiten Sushi. It boasts a nice onsen (hot spring) and was very clean. Complimentary disposable amenities were readily available for guests. On the downside, the breakfast was quite disappointing – very basic with limited variety, and many items weren't restocked, which certainly didn't justify its price. Also, be aware that if you're staying with a child in the same room, there's an additional charge of 3000 JPY per night, and breakfast for the child is extra.
The hotel model feels like it has a history, but the facilities are well maintained and new, the lobby is bright, and it should be considered a relatively large hotel in the area. The service attitude is also very good.
The hotel is close to Tottori Station. Just cross the road after exiting the station and you will reach the hotel. There is a bus station next to Tottori Station, so it is very convenient to take a bus to Osaka, Kobe, and Himeji. If you want to take a bus to Tottori Sand Dunes, there is also a 4,000 yen taxi tour in Tottori. In short, the location is great! ! !
Disadvantages: The room is dark with yellow light, which I don't like. The room temperature cannot be adjusted. I woke up in the middle of the night because of the heat and called the front desk, who arranged for the staff to come and open the window, which made things much better. (The wind blew after opening the window, which was very comfortable ~ but it felt a bit dangerous if there were children, so it was not recommended)
As a ”free” old powder, Tottori Yanmei is a must to punch in. I chose this ”Shaoyu かまや” from the website of Yanmeiyu Tourism Agency. It is near the Pufu coast and it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Pufu coast. Take No. 33 from Tottori Station to ”Pufu Coastal Exit” and get off the opposite, the whole journey is about an hour's drive. The hotel is a typical old Japanese building; a little old, the hotel has free Wi-Fi; the washstand and toilet are outside the room; The bathroom is on the first floor and is public (but it is also used by one person). Booked a berth and two meals, dinner will be served according to the season. The hotel is mainly managed by 2 grandmothers who are nearly 80 years old. The day of check-in coincided with the Japanese three consecutive breaks, and the residents were basically Japanese. The hotel website says that foreign tourists who can speak Japanese and English will try to introduce room facilities, meal times and so on in unskilled English. On the day of check-out, Grandma asked me if I was a ”free” fan? I said yes, she also sent me two free postcards. There is also a millet shop next to the station opposite the hotel. At the beginning, I chose this one and there was no comment on Trip.com . Because I will arrive early, I specifically asked Trip.com if I can help contact the hotel, Trip.com I contacted very responsibly. Indeed, when I arrived at the hotel, my grandmother helped arrange the luggage. I went to take the Pufu cruise and my luggage was already in the room after I came back. Hotel facilities are not too high-end, but they feel like living at home. If you want to experience this feeling, you can choose ”squat house”.
My two nights here were a perfect escape. The room felt like a retreat into calm. I especially loved the private baths, quiet, serene, and easy to access.
What made the stay truly unforgettable was the kindness of the staff. From the afternoon tea with a Japanese sweet served in the room to their constant thoughtfulness and gentle smiles, every detail made me feel welcomed and cared for.
My stay here will remain one of the most memorable parts of my time in Japan.
Very good hotel, first-class location, just a few steps away from Yonago Station, opposite is AEON, shopping is also very convenient. The front desk was very polite, the breakfast in the restaurant was delicious, and if you don't want to go out at night, it is also recommended to dine in the restaurant! Thank you very much for your care these days. I will choose this restaurant next time I go to Yonago!
The biggest Pros: 5 mins walking distance to Yonago Station & their hydrogen treatment (శωశ) Key highlight: They offer few coupons for discounted dine-in experience if you are interested to try out restaurant nearby. 'Green Rich' is known from the taxi drivers community so they will able to take you to the right place if you can only speak in English. This hotel is just close to the aki (train) statin and few of the rental car places, however not much going on in the night. It will take you at least 15 mins walk to shopping mall Tsutaya or convenient stores on the main street. I like their free coffee drip bags from lobby and very attentive staffs!
Personally I prefer western breakfast than Japanese breakfast. The hotel location is very convenient , it is just 1 min.walk fm the Yonago JR station. Besides, there is a tourist info center at the ground floor of the JR station

GGuest UserRoom was clean and comfortable, breakfast was pretty nice considering the price of the hotel. Location was a bit far from yonago station which you do not have access to English ticket machines at Bakurōmachi Station, which caused a tiny hassle since it takes around a 10 minute walk from yonago station while Bakurōmachi Station takes only 2 minutes to get there. Overall would recommend this hotel for every aspect.

GGuest UserIf you're only staying for one day, Tottori Station is the most convenient base. From there, you can visit Conan Town and the Tottori Sand Dunes. Just be aware that both attractions close early, and public transport also stops running quite early. So, definitely check the schedules and operating hours in advance!
SSlimchinThe location is very good and the nearby restaurants are delicious. Parking is provided in the hotel's garage. Every time you pick up the car, you need staff assistance. Parking is in the hotel's designated parking lot. The hotel can pay the parking fee. The staff are friendly, but most of them do not speak English and communication is a little difficult. The room equipment is very historical, but the victory is clean and tidy. There are laundry facilities on the second and third floors of the hotel, which is convenient.
GGuest UserWe were given a room that smelled strongly of smoke. We spent a lot of time explaining to the front desk that the room was not acceptable and had to request a room change. It seemed obvious that someone had smoked in the room before, and it needed a deep cleaning, but the hotel had not done that. This made us feel very uncomfortable. Additionally, the front desk did not remind us about the included breakfast, so we ended up going out to get breakfast on our own on that day.
NNga SuetThe toilet and bathroom are public. When I booked it, I didn't see clearly that it was not convenient for a family to use. Children have to go to the toilet often and have to go out and enter the room. There is a hot spring written, but it is only like a hot bath? You have to pay a tax of 150 per person when you check in. Fortunately, the room was clean and tidy, I saw a lot of stars at night, and I could see the sea in the morning. The staff was friendly. But the price I booked was too expensive, more than twice as expensive as usual. It is recommended to come with friends, and it may not be very good for children.

GGuest UserI actually arrived quite late at around 11.35pm since my train just arrived 5 minutes prior. It's an easy walk from the station since the hotel logo is well lit. Reception seemed abit too eager to see me arrive haha. I would caution against arriving any later since when I went to the ground floor for the hotspring, the reception was closed (with the blinds fully down).
The hotel breakfast is above average, although variety seemed abit lacking.
