3-Star Hotels in Tottori Prefecture, Japan

Stayed one night in a twin room. Super near the train station, 2-3 mins walk. Bed was very comfortable. Perhaps the only things that were not as good was the lack of power points - only one between both beds, none at the table so it's hard to do work there. If you want to boil water in the kettle you gotta either use that single power point between the beds or use the other one in the toilet. Another thing that could have been better was the fee for the coin operated laundry services... ¥300 for washing mashine which is normal, but ¥200 for 30 mins of dryer, which is more expensive than most other hotels (usually ¥100). But as a whole, it was a good experience and I would recommend!

The biggest Pros: 5 mins walking distance to Yonago Station & their hydrogen treatment (శωశ) Key highlight: They offer few coupons for discounted dine-in experience if you are interested to try out restaurant nearby. 'Green Rich' is known from the taxi drivers community so they will able to take you to the right place if you can only speak in English. This hotel is just close to the aki (train) statin and few of the rental car places, however not much going on in the night. It will take you at least 15 mins walk to shopping mall Tsutaya or convenient stores on the main street. I like their free coffee drip bags from lobby and very attentive staffs!

Hotel within walking distance from kurayoshi station. I used Tottori Prefecture in the travel process of moving with dune → Conan / Kurayoshi → Oyama. The facilities were clean, although they felt a little history. The public bath was one for men and women, so it was time change. (Female は 6-9 と day-17:00, male は 18:00-night) Women only use the shower in the room at night, but the morning (used around 8:30) was reserved and it was very comfortable.

The service is excellent, the staff is enthusiastic, the room is spacious and very quiet, the hot spring also has a quaint flavor, and the interior decoration is full of surprises

The room with courtyard view is so beautiful and comfortable. It just snowed when I went there. When I opened the window, I could see the beautiful snow scene❤️ The room is very clean and tidy, very suitable for rest The breakfast is delicious and suitable for a family There are USB and type C charging heads in the room, which is very considerate Bath and facial sets are available, and you can choose to wear beautiful yukatas The most important thing is that the staff's service is very considerate and thoughtful. It snowed when we arrived, and the staff came out with umbrellas to help with the luggage, and carefully introduced each facility. Free hot tea and snacks were delivered to the room, which was really heartwarming❤️ On the morning of check-out, there were staff who helped to clear the snow off the roof of the car ❤️ (my family just happened to see it 🙈) Of course, the hot springs are also very comfortable, I will come again 😊

The location was great, with a view of Mt. Oyama and the JR turntable outside the window. The room was also clean. We only had breakfast, but there was a large menu of Japanese side dishes which were delicious. We were worried about the price as we stayed during Golden Week, but it was very reasonably priced and the service was good, so we were very pleased. However, the double room was a bit small for a couple, so we wished we had booked a twin room.

The biggest Pros: Paid-indoor parking (less worry in the frozen winter) and close to businesses on the main street (⁰▿⁰) Key highlight: The room is spacious compare to other hotels in major cities, neat and clean. Travelers can enjoy the artificial hot spring, which was a nice addition to the snowy days. Services was just average, most of them seem to be tried and the coffee drip bags was not refilled (not like other green rich hotels). It does make a difference for me as a coffee drinker. You will probably visit the sand dune and come back with sandy clothes - and then found out the paid laundry service was only washing your clothes with clear water (detergent was sell in the counter and cost another few hundred yens). Would try another hotel next time!

The hotel model feels like it has a history, but the facilities are well maintained and new, the lobby is bright, and it should be considered a relatively large hotel in the area. The service attitude is also very good. The hotel is close to Tottori Station. Just cross the road after exiting the station and you will reach the hotel. There is a bus station next to Tottori Station, so it is very convenient to take a bus to Osaka, Kobe, and Himeji. If you want to take a bus to Tottori Sand Dunes, there is also a 4,000 yen taxi tour in Tottori. In short, the location is great! ! ! Disadvantages: The room is dark with yellow light, which I don't like. The room temperature cannot be adjusted. I woke up in the middle of the night because of the heat and called the front desk, who arranged for the staff to come and open the window, which made things much better. (The wind blew after opening the window, which was very comfortable ~ but it felt a bit dangerous if there were children, so it was not recommended)

The hotel is located in the front row of the beach, and you can see the sea from the room, with a beautiful sea view. The room is spacious and clean. The hot spring is not too big. It is divided into outdoor and indoor areas, and it is very comfortable to soak in. The dinner and breakfast ordered were small in quantity and a bit insufficient.

Let me start with the advantages. The hotel has rooms with views of the mountains, which is really beautiful. Next is the disadvantages. After checking in at the front desk, the view of the room I was given was particularly bad. I saw that many rooms on the same floor as mine were all empty, and they could see Mt. Tottori. The hotel did not arrange these rooms for me when there were rooms of the same level available. I went downstairs to ask if the hotel could give me a room with a view of the mountains. The hotel initially said that they did not want to change it for me, saying that the room was being cleaned. I said I could wait and asked her how long it would take. She said one hour. I said OK, I would wait. Then the magical operation came. After 30 seconds, a room card was taken out and told me that it was ready. Isn't this really because they are afraid of trouble? Why did they tell me that it would take an hour to clean the room when the room was ready? The other scenery is indeed very good, and I get full marks for this.
